Katt with Stinger Event Co. was the only reason I did not go crazy with wedding planning! Decision making and event planning are not my forte and I was so thankful to have Katt’s expertise every step of the way. Her timelines and spreadsheets kept me on track in the early planning stages of our wedding and she answered any and all questions I had along the way. Her knowledge and experience in wedding planning made the process as smooth as possible. It is evident she truly enjoys event planning and making couples’ visions come to life. She was always by my side literally or virtually when it came to the venue walk through, vendor meetings, etc. I was so relieved when we had check-in meetings with her. She got us back on track and reassured us everything would get done. She coordinated our 10 vendors to verify they all got the proper permits and insurance to work with our venue and to ensure they all knew where to be and when. The days leading up to the wedding Katt helped me complete my to do list so I got to enjoy family coming in to town and the rehearsal dinner. She made sure everything we had spent months planning was prepared the way we had planned it. The rehearsal, which we were not able to complete on-site, was well organized and everyone knew what they were supposed to do. Day of the wedding, Katt and her staff made everything run without a hitch. I had no idea about little hiccups with other vendors until she told me after the wedding, because she resolved them out of sight. We just got to enjoy and take in our wedding day thanks to Katt and her team. We could not have done it without her!

I am so thankful that I hired Stinger Event Co. as my day of coordinator. Katt and her team did a fabulous job bringing my dreams to life. They went above and beyond with the setup on my wedding day and perfectly set up all our decor and DIY florals. Katt has a calm and happy presence which is so helpful on your wedding day. I appreciated how smoothly our day ran and I could totally trust that Katt would keep us on schedule and fix any issues. It was a pleasure to work with Stinger Event Co and I would highly recommend booking them for your wedding coordinator needs!

Katt was absolutely amazing and such a huge part of how perfect our day was. From our first meeting we knew that we were in good hands. Thanks to Katt and her team our venue looked amazing, our day ran seamlessly, and my husband and I were able to sit back and enjoy our day instead of being pulled in 100 different directions.

Katt was the best decision we made for our wedding day! Her team was professional, fun, personable and most importantly made the day and month of our wedding run smoothly. I truly could have not asked for a better wedding coordinator. Our previous coordinator ghosted us and we were left with no one less than one month away from our wedding. Luckily I found Stinger Event Co. Katt was truly a life saver. Katt and her team were so on top of everything and made our wedding day perfect. It is evident that they care about their clients vision and advocate for them during venue walk throughs, etc. Our big day was stress free and we were able to enjoy every second of it because of them. Her and her team are so genuine and friendly as well as very organized and proactive - always one step ahead of me!! I highly recommend Stinger Event Co, you will not be disappointed!!

My wife and I got married in October and we truly couldn't have asked for a better coordinator experience than what Katt and team provided. We didn't have to stress on anything because Katt was already one step ahead and had all of the answers to any questions. On top of that they were both super friendly and professional. She met with us roughly a month out to do our final run thru of the venue and go through a final checklist that helped put our minds at ease leading up to the day. On the day itself everything went smoothly thanks to Katt and her team and they worked seamlessly in tandem with our wedding photography team as well. Couldn't recommend this company enough for your wedding day! Thanks again Katt!
