I never ended up actually booking with Stockroom. However, I had a floral consultation with them and they said they’d get back to me with a quote within a week. I waited over 3 weeks to hear back from them, and I never received a quote. As a result, I ended up booking with someone else. I’m not sure if there was some miscommunication but I was definitely frustrated about waiting my time trying to receive a quote from them. I cannot speak on their actual quality of service for weddings, but my initial impression was not good because of this experience.

Caution Caution: be very mindful on the contract you sign. Terms and conditions have been angled in a way that if anything changes with dates/times, it is at their “company's discretion to accommodate rescheduling”. My wedding was postponed with no issue from this vendor, with no terms given with a “use by date”. They changed their policy and emailed customers that retainers must be used by x date and only cared about their customers enough to send this HUGE announcement just once. No one was called or emailed again, simply because they don’t have to. Everything is covered in their contract to give them control over a lot of important terms and conditions. I was 7 days past the “expiration date” on my deposit and was given no grace period. This vendor does beautiful work, but it’s a bit concerning where their heart is behind this business practice. I requested a supervisor call me and am still waiting. It seems they do not care to or feel obligated to communicate with their customers outside of email. It’s disheartening to think about all the money they took from customers that needed to change their dates recently, some brides are probably still not even aware that these funds have been completely lost to them.

Stockroom Picks was awesome to work with! Our wedding was in a remote location in Three Rivers and it was no problem for them to get us the furniture/things we needed. Sami did an AMAZING job with our flowers. I told her some random things on a phone call and she somehow read my mind and created the most perfect arrangements I ever could have dreamed of. They were all great to work with. Highly recommend.

The Picker Chicks are the BEST. Seriously one of the best vendors in the Central Valley. Not to mention their pricing beats the other rental companies in town. Rikki was so kind and flexible to work with which was hard to come by when compared to the other vendors we were in contact with. We loved working with them and hope to hire them again for future events. Stockroom cannot be beat!
