Meredith at Stoked did a fantastic job helping us plan (and re-plan) our rehearsal dinner this July in Ipswich at True North Ales. She was always responsive, and had her ducks in a row. When the event came the staff on hand were all friendly and helpful, and people loved the food. The appetizers, pizzas, and cannolis were all so amazing! All in all we were extremely pleased with Stoked and would absolutely use them again.

Stoked Pizza catered our Wedding directly from their food truck and I have to say not only are we convinced this is probably the best pizza you can get in Boston, but also some of the best customer service throughout. Meredith and Toirm were SO genuine, hard working, and caring that it simply added to the pleasantry of our day. Not only does Stoked have the most fantastic pizza on the planet, they also have meatballs to die for, scrumptious salads and apps and even brussels sprouts you never thought you'd want but can't get enough of. You won't believe what they can pull out of a single truck, and how expertly they can manage a crowd. Young, old, gluten free - you name it, they can get it to even the pickiest cousin or new in-law. Be prepared for some very specific planning to make sure no one is waiting in line or stumbling around the grounds thinking they have to go to a window. The DJ will call your guests to the buffet by table, and it couldn't be a smoother process - and everyone winds up with fresh, hot, tastier-than-heaven pizza. Identify your GF guests and they'll make those pizzas to order in a flash, as GF pizza should never sit on the buffet for more than a minute or two - it's the nature of the beast. Keep everyone happy at the tables while they await their turn with delicious meatballs, brussels sprouts, bread and oil or whatever you choose. Once everyone has their first few slices, it can be a free-for-all and the pizza just keeps coming. It's amazing. Merry and Toirm have not just pizza, but parties too, down to a science, and will hold your hand every step of the way to an unforgettable day. Their team is both talented and professional, and if you have a lot of people, they'll get you the best of whatever extra help you need to make sure the whole shebang runs like a Rolex. We can’t say enough great things about our entire experience with our caterer, Stoked Wood Fired Pizza Food Truck. From beginning to end, Merry and Toirm were such a pleasure to work with. They always added a personal touch, we never felt like just one of their clients. My husband and I are big foodies so the catering was our number one priority and Stoked sold us on their delicious, artisan pizza and gourmet apps. Guests reached out (especially those who were wary of our food truck idea) during and after the wedding with nothing but compliments about the pizza and appetizers. The staff was incredible; professional, personable, attentive and prompt. They made all the workings of the wedding smooth, and it all was happening behind the scenes.Merry was patient and worked hard to tailor the food to both our pallet and our budget. She also always made sure there was a fresh, hot pizza at our sweetheart table. It was a pleasure working with the team, we highly recommend them!
