Facilities and Capacity The nine even spaces at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens offer couples the choice of having both indoor and outdoor locations for their wedding ceremony, reception, bridal shower, engagement party, rehearsal dinner, or elopement. Couples can invite up to 1,000 friends and family to celebrate their union together, and spend their time celebrating in the banquet spaces or in their signature landscaped gardens with a koi pond and fire pit. Guests are free to use the on-site parking at the facility, which also has wheelchair access and shuttle service, if necessary. Services Offered Couples are allowed to bring in their own outside vendors for many of the wedding necessities, such as florals, decorating, wedding planners, and specialty cake or desserts. The Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station staff is happy to help set up for an event as well as provide break down assistance afterwards. The brewery also has chairs, tables, barware, flatware, linens, china, and glassware that are available for use. As this venue is a brewery, they have exceptional bartenders waiting to serve your guests a delicious glass of house beer or wine, or specialty beer. Couples can choose to have an open bar or cash bar at their cocktail hour or reception, and the bar can even accommodate a champagne toast. Location Streets away from the North San Diego Bay, Stone Brewing Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station is perfectly situated in the Midway District of San Diego. Landmarks such as the San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld San Diego, and multiple parks and nature reserves are less than a 15-minute drive away, while the San Diego International Airport is just over a 5-minute drive from the brewery.

They took care of everything! Very responsive and made the day stress-free. Only issue is that there seems to be a limit on the volume of the music that can be played so that impacted the formal dances.

This review is long overdue. We had our wedding back in October 2023 and it was perfect. Stone was the perfect venue for us because we wanted something “chill” but also elevated at the same time. Sydney and Danielle were amazing throughout the entire planning process. I had a million questions and they always responded so promptly. On the day of the wedding, Sydney was actually there for a couple of hours which calmed our nerves so much!!! She reassured us that everything would go great that day. The staff working our wedding were awesome. Even though they were also hosting another big event in another area and with the indoor dining space open to the public, it didn’t interfere with our special day at all. We loved that we were able to have our reception in one area, move the cocktail hour to the bocce lane space, and then reception in the movie courtyard. We have zero regrets with having our wedding at Stone and we talk about it often about how perfect it was for us because we love breweries! We were also able to have our dog there! If you’re worried about the airplanes, don’t. When the day came, we didn’t even notice them and none of guests even mentioned it. Couldn’t have been more perfect. Thank you Sydney and Danielle!

We hosted a small and semi-casual wedding celebration at Stone Brewery last month. Lexi, who was our event coordinator contact from Stone since we started the process late last year, did an amazing job from start to finish. She was very responsive to our questions through email and we met with her twice for walk-throughs of the space to answer questions and plan. Our event was held in Outdoor Building 12, which is located under a majestic and large tree and adjacent to a large grassy plaza inside of Liberty Station. Everything was set up and ready on time. We played our own music from an ipad and the acoustics sounded fantastic. The staff that worked with us on the day of the event was great and super friendly. Food options were great and we really enjoyed the s’mores bars. Parking is free and plentiful in liberty station.

The BEST venue! We live out of state and the staff here made the planning process so easy. They are so accommodating and provide so many services that alleviate the stress of planning and carrying out a wedding. The food here is delicious and all our guests commented on both the amazing food and the beautiful venue. The venue is gorgeous and they have options for different sizes and budgets.

Stone Brewing was the perfect venue for us. We love and brew our own beers and wanted a venue that was close to the airport for all our out of town family and friends to get to, and this was it. Not only was the location perfect, our event coordinator Sydney made the whole process seamless. Our tasting was amazing and we got comments throughout the night that it was the best wedding meal our guests have ever had. Sydney was also able to get us into the brew kettle area for some photos and helped us walk through with our beers. They handled everything, from the place cards, table numbers, to the menu so we wouldn't have to do anything but show up. People were impressed by the beer and wine list as well as it was extensive and delicious. I cannot recommend Stone enough as a wedding venue. NOTE: We had an indoor space with an outdoor space. The outdoor space can get loud with the airplanes fly by. Just a note for folks who wants to do their ceremony outside.

I got married on Sunday, and had my wedding here next to the tree, followed with a reception in the movie courtyard. Our wedding was the best, and we are so very impressed with Stone and the exceptional and seamless service that was provided throughout the planning and during the event. They helped set up everything, and the event packages they offer are very reasonable, and are unbeatable considering the location, food, and service is amazing! Sydney was great in answering any questions we had, and narrowing in on any decisions that needed to be made. It was a pleasant surprise that she was present at the event, and directed it through the ceremony. Kirk was also so awesome in being present and so very helpful throughout the entire event. The food was great, along with a very fun and gorgeous reception location. We felt very supported through the event, and we will gladly recommend this as a venue for events and restaurant to visit. Give our best to the team as we really appreciate all that they did to make it exceptional!

We had our reception on the bocce ball court and couldn't have been happier. It was the perfect size for our group. Everyone that helped out that night was great. The waiters and waitresses were on top of everything and the food and drinks were great.

Getting married at Stone Brewing was a phenomenal experience that I would highly recommend. I would definitely say they are fairly expensive, but amazing value. Our Event Coordinator Stacey was great to work with. She was patient, attentive, quick to respond, offered great suggestions, and provided insight to a lot of the little details we hadn't thought of. Stone also provided a lot of the little details and enabled us to only have a handful of outside vendors other than Stone. The day of team also did an amazing job and instantly synced up with our day-of coordinator making for a smooth day. Gorgeous event space, we basically only did florals! Amazing menu, and the air traffic noise was extremely manageable and actually provided great moments to compose ourselves during the ceremony.

Stone Brewing was absolutely incredible! I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars! My husband and I wanted to do a low-key brewery themed wedding in San Diego and chose Stone Brewing World Bistro and Gardens at Liberty Station as our venue. From the amazing service and planning to the incredible food and reasonable prices, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were planning this wedding from out of town and as a destination wedding. Stacey, the event coordinator, was patient with all of my requests and questions and was absolutely fabulous to work with. Stone provided so many small details that really took away the headache and worry from planning a wedding.

I couldn't have asked for a better wedding! There were a few hiccups here and there but nothing earth shattering. The day went smoothly, Stone was super accommodating, everyone raved about how much fun they had and the food! Apparently the churros were a hit for a dessert. I would recommend them and ordering more than you think.. I didn't get to have one! Kaylee was on top of it as their event coordinator! Yes, planes fly over but no guests complained. They instead said it added to the experience and made it more fun!

Horrible customer service and responsiveness. Misleading information on costs and amount of supplies provided. It felt like we were pulling teeth just to schedule a tasting. Another couple showed up at our tasting time because the coordinator never responded to their request. Also, we were never informed that there was a maximum amount of tables at which guests could sit. A good venue should have a couple more in storage in case of damage or if people want more tables. Overall, we cancelled so that we would not be stressed out or mistreated on our wedding day.

Gorgeous Venue! Their staff there is also very helpful and professional. The food was also amazing & our guests loved. Bonus - all menu items there are made with local & organic ingredients. You can taste the difference. We are so happy to have held our special day there.
