Beware of AI!! When I made the appt for a tour, it was through AI. When we showed up for the tour, we waited for ten minutes before anyone was aware we were there, then the person ...
giving us the tour seemed surprised to see us. When we emailed and asked for quotes, it was AI. The only time someone real communicated with us is when they told us they would not accommodate our ceremony only request. Overall, there was one red flag after another. If you are booking a ceremony only or a small wedding, look somewhere else. Seems like they are not interested in accommodating that.

in order to compete with all the Corparate run venues now we have to have a service that gets you quick initial information and once you tour the owners handle all communication till wedding day (which you definitely wont get with corporate owned). As far as ceremony only events we only allow those for on certain time frame situations. Unfortunately we aren’t going to sell a 1200 3 hour ceremony date during prime Thursday - Sunday when we are going to sell a full rate full day ( I don’t think any venue who does 100+ events/year would). My attendant apologized not noticing you were there, there is a sign and pager system at the front door. If you believe this is worth a one star review, then we atlesast apprectiate your feedback and we wish you luck your upcoming wedding. Thanks, Ryan

ecause I wanted to get married outside, and a reception space that was beautiful and didn’t require much extra. The outdoor ceremony space here was perfect. It looks like you were in the hill country. The indoor space was gorgeous and I received so many compliments on just the building itself! The large porch was perfect for cocktail hour and for guests to gather throughout the evening and the bathrooms are super nice! I also liked how the bride and groom suites were so separate and that there was a space in the back to put things like our dessert table and Photo Booth . It was everything we wanted and more.
What I appreciated more than anything that I didn’t know I was going to get, was the incredible service and attention that I received. No amount of money could pay for that. Anyone and everyone involved was quick to respond to any question that I had and was happy to hop on a call if needed. They assisted my coordinators in making the day perfect and seamless. The best part for me is that it was supposed to pour all day on our wedding day but they were so flexible for me in that decision time and when we decided to move forward with the ceremony outside, they dried off all of the benches right before the ceremony. Kind, professional, and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for better people to help make our day, and all of the days leading up to it, perfect.

fortably. It is one of those venues that does not need a lot of flowers or decorations. It is so beautiful on it's own. They had window washers cleaning the morning of our wedding and tables/chairs were set up when we showed up. We had a lot of guests tell us afterwards that Stone Crest is the best venue they have seen. Beautiful views, clean venue, I could go on and on.

We had tree stumps we wanted to use along the aisle for the ceremony and they worked with us to figure out the logistics of getting those set up. ful, but the land and breathtaking scenery was what won us over. It truly feels like you have been transported to the Texas Hill Country one you walk outside. We absolutely loved the various outdoor areas for guests to mingle, the fire pit, and the lounge (which we used for table games!). The bride and groom suites are also spacious and newly-renovated. One of the biggest selling points was that we were able to bring in our own vendors, which allowed us to have the exact wedding of our dreams as well as save some money in the long run. We received so many compliments on this venue!

that you might have! The owners were so easy to work with and very laid back-- it felt like we were always welcome rather than just another wedding in their place.
We had so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the ceremony site, reception hall, and overall property was! Due to a pretty full schedule, we had a Friday wedding but it turned out better than expected. We were able to do a walk-through of the ceremony with our wedding party the Thursday before, which was so helpful. I am so glad that we chose Stone Crest- it was such an easy decision :)

Everyone I worked with at the venue was very responsive and helpful, I never felt like I was a burden or bothering them. I really wanted a mountain-esque wedding but that's just never going to happen in super-flat North-Texas, but the different elevations and the scenery at Stone Crest really give you that vibe.

o go to the venue whenever I needed to to measure or look at different options for decor. I also was able to do my bridals there which I have loved! Planning a wedding during a pandemic was not easy but knowing I had a venue that was working with me to move my date and keep the safety of my guests a priority was very helpful. On the day of it was Looking like it was Going to rain right when we were supposed to start the ceremony. They graciously told me I could push back the start time a little and they would allow us to stay a little late that evening. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

outside of the city. I love that stone crest lets you bring in all your own food and alcohol with the vendors of your choosing so you don't feel trapped into vendors you don't want. They were so helpful working with me reschedule my date due to COVID-19 and kept me in the loop of how the venue would be effected and kept their facebook up to date with any changes. I would 100% recommend this venue, our big day was a dream.

ow beautiful the venue/our wedding was. Linda and Ryan were wonderful and were quick to respond whenever we had questions or requests. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL both inside and out. While our day ended up with perfect weather (sunny and high 60s), one of my reasons for liking this venue so much is because the inside ceremony space is just as beautiful as the outdoor area. Stone Crest has so many amazing amenities including a fire pit and outdoor heaters, up lighting that is included in the total costs, tables/chairs, and lots of other small décor pieces to borrow the day of. I can’t imagine getting married anywhere other than Stone Crest!!!

mity to Dallas. The owners were easy to work with and communicate with and always let us make last minute visits, even on wedding days. Karen, the day-of helper, is an ANGEL. The rules and expectations are completely fair and they don't make you use any specific vendors either. The only additional costs are if you want the outdoor heaters or the fire pit and they also have a few easels and decoration pieces you can use for free. Great "getting ready rooms" for the bride and groom, amazing outdoor ceremony spot with turf and sound equipment, and a beautiful reception area that barely even needs decorating. So many people said it was the most beautiful venue they had been to! Highly recommend!

edding. You walk out to the ceremony site and you forget you are in a city. It overlooks rolling hills and gorgeous landscape. The Stone Crest team was incredibly responsive and was flexible with all of our requests. We were pretty much able to come view the venue as many times as we wanted which was awesome. When we arrived wedding day they had everything set up exactly as we had requested. They made our day go so smoothly.

The people who work at and own the venue take such great pride in the facility. I visited multiple times and people were always around working on things to keep the place in perfect condition. They were also willing to work with us on certain things and were readily available for contact. The day of our wedding it stormed and we were afraid we might have to move it inside (luckily we didn't) but the venue manager even went outside to catch us rainwater in a jar to keep. We had a perfect day, even with some rain, and I can't thank, or recommend, Stone Crest enough!

The moment my husband and I walked into the venue for our tour, we knew we had found our wedding venue. It is THE most stunning wedding venue in DFW metroplex! I honestly could not...
have imagined getting married anywhere else - it was perfect!!! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. The owners are so wonderful and flexible, and let me come visit the venue multiple times before my wedding. The only issue we had was on our wedding day the sound system for their TV wasn't working. I had made a video slideshow to play during dinner, and my husband had secretly made a sweet video to surprise me with right before our first dance, both of which needed sound. Both were tested at the venue beforehand and the sound worked great. The staff was informed that the videos needed sound before our big day, but unfortunately when the time rolled around they couldn't get the sound to work. Everyone awkwardly watched the video that my husband made but sadly since it was SO quiet I couldn't hear it and his sweet surprise was ruined. We also couldn't play the video slideshow that I spent months making. HOWEVER, aside from that mishap this venue did not disappoint and I would absolutely choose to get married there again if I had to do it over!!!! It really was a dream and I am so happy we found this venue!

rained the morning of my wedding, and the staff was on standby ready to help us flip the room if needed. Thankfully, the rain let up, but I knew it would still be gorgeous if we had to do it indoors in front of the massive fireplace. This was one of the main reasons I chose the venue in the first place - to relieve that stress caused by the one thing you cannot control on your wedding day! The outdoor turf and evergreen plants allowed us to still have beautiful outdoor pictures on a cloudy February wedding. The staff is super helpful and responsive, and willing to work with you and your vendors.

it does not do the actual location justice. The scenery surrounding the venue itself is so dreamy, and the reception space is great for a large or small wedding. Also, the staff/owners of the venue are super friendly and easy going. I would definitely recommend hosting your wedding or next event here!

scenic venues, twinkly lights, and fire pit. I cannot tell you how many of our guests were amazed by the venue. The staff is very accommodating and even let us drop of items for our wedding the day before since they didn't have any other weddings that day. I don't know why anyone would get married anywhere else!!

ty. We chose Stone Crest Venue for the rustic look, natural lighting, outdoor scenery, quiet location, and large space. The icing on the cake: they were extremely flexible on the vendors, therefore we were able to customize it how we wanted. Due to the weather, we were forced to move the ceremony inside, but honestly could not go wrong either way. Would definitely recommend!
