Stone Gate Farm

The venue was beautiful and absolutely perfect. More importantly Cindy, the owner, was very sweet and accommodating. All our family lives out of town so we asked to revisit the venue multiple times and she happily scheduled it every time, even when she was out of town dealing with an emergency. The planner provided by the venue was amazing. She was on top of everything and handled our day of emergency like a boss. Our bakery didn't make our cupcakes and she was on top of it and made them deliver. There are definitely many beautiful venues in the area but none will take care of you and be in your team the way Stone Gate is.

This venue is perfect! Cindy, her husband and staff go above and beyond. The barn is beautiful! We received a lot of compliments on how beautiful it was! We rented the guest house for the day/night of the wedding. It was nice to have the guest house for the wedding party to be able hang out, have lunch, watch football and get ready. After the reception we were able to go back to the house, have drinks and relax on the patio. Thanks for helping make our daughter’s wedding day perfect and the best day ever for her and her husband!

My husband and I were married at Stone Gate Farm this past April 2018. It was (thankfully) a beautiful and sunny day. This venue is gorgeous for an outside ceremony with the gates and then the inside hall/barn is great for the reception. It is easy to decorate, as the barn with it's wood and lights and decor is most all the decoration needed to create a great wedding feeling and not much else needs to be added. The venue and package are great for the price. There are items to rent to add things you don't want to buy outright. We rented some items and added our own centerpieces and done! Cindy, the owner, is great to work with! She was there whenever I needed to ask a question in the year leading up to the wedding and was patient with all the questions I asked her as I planned it all. She definitely wants to provide a great experience for those renting from her and will work with you. Two thumbs up!

The Barn at Stone Gate was simply amazing. They helped my daughter’s fairytale wedding dreams come to life. They are the most affordable venue and supply more services than any other. Best venue in the area hands down!

This venue is amazing! We absolutely loved having our wedding here! We fell in love with the venue as soon as we saw it and knew this was the venue for us. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. Cindy was always there to answer questions when they came up and made sure that our wedding day was perfect! The venue is so beautiful itself that not many decorations are even needed.

This venue was everything we could've asked for! Not only have we had several compliments on its beauty, we also couldn't have asked for better people to work with! Cindy was so helpful and always made me feel at ease. She's truly one of kind to work with!! Pictures will never do it justice but I would recommend this venue a 100 times over!!

Incredible!! This was the first venue on our list and the last. As soon as we saw it and met Cindy, we knew this was the place. I called and canceled all of our other venue tours. This venue is gorgeous on its own and doesn't need a lot of decorating. The owners are wonderful and very accommodating. We live in Florida, so all of our planning was done over email. Our day of coordinator Valerie was amazing! She did everything to make sure our day went just as we had planned it. She kept me calm when a storm rolled in about 15 minutes before the ceremony! All the staff at Stone Gate were so friendly and professional. All of our guests were blown away with the venue and how beautiful it was. We had guests from all over, even from other countries! We rented the guest house on the property which was perfect for our families. Plenty of space and everyone was comfortable. Our night at The Manor was perfect. It is a beautiful place and well maintained. Cindy and Doyle (owners) treated us to a lovely breakfast the next morning before we headed back over to the guest house. They are just the sweetest people and we are so thrilled that we were able to get to know them. We will definitely be back to The Manor next year. I highly recommend Stone Gate and The Manor!!

This venue is incredible and the value is unmatched in the industry. Cindy, the owner, is extremely responsive and was with us every step of the way and ready to answer any questions we had. This venue provides so much which makes planning easy. Also, you have the freedom to use whatever vendors/caterers you want. We had an ice cream truck! We loved our experience at Stone Gate and wouldn't change a thing if we could go back.

Stone Gate Farm is a beautiful venue with beautiful scenery. The barn is very rustic with amazing décor as well as room for a large wedding. The gate is breath taking. From the moment we walked through the doors and spoke with Mrs. Boyd, we knew this was the place for our wedding. Although, our dreams of an outdoor wedding was stopped by the weather, Mrs. Boyd and her team immediately went into action with our family and inside the barn become our dream wedding. Mrs. Boyd and her staff were very attentive to our needs and questions. The guest house where the bride and groom get ready in was very accommodating. When my bridesmaids and I arrived into our section of the guest house to get ready there was a gift in the room for myself from Mrs. Boyd and her staff. The venue is a beautiful place to have a wedding and the price and all that comes with it is an amazing deal as well. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or staff to have our wedding with. I would recommend this venue to everyone.

We recently had our wedding at the Barn at Stone Gate Farm! When we first looked at the venue, we knew it was the one! From the bridal and groom suites, the bed and breakfast, the gorgeous barn and stone gate, the landscape and the friendliest staff, we had the wedding of our dreams! Thank you so much for everything! We will cherish these memories forever!

Mrs. Cindy at Stone Gate Farm was beyond amazing! Probably one of the few vendors that didn't cause me stress once during the wedding planning process. She is so on top of things: I would have a random question I would think of in the evening, shoot her an email, check my email in the morning, and she had already responded back later that previous night! So many venues nickel and dime you for every component, but at Stone Gate so much of that is already included in the already very reasonable price when you book it! (For example: the tables, tablecloths, chairs, gorgeous Italian string lighting, chandeliers, bartender, rustic barn pieces). Honestly with how cool the barn and setting is, I didn't really need any other decorations, I only got flowers for the tables. Another plus was her staff along with herself being there to ensure that things are running smoothly the day of, I mean at one point she brought the groom and me a refill for our drinks! Lol. At Stone Gate and The Manor they are so attentive! I would definitely recommend also booking the guesthouse adjacent to the barn. We booked it for the weekend for the wedding party to be able to stay after the rehearsal dinner, wake up and get ready onsite, and then have a close safe place to sleep following the reception. It's way cheaper than having them book a hotel room somewhere. Additionally it was convenient having The Manor: Bed and Breakfast for other out of town guests to book close to the venue. Not to mention, booking the venue includes the bride and groom getting a room to themselves at the bed and breakfast for the wedding night. Which was so special and breakfast the next morning was delicious and perfect having that time to just debrief and reflect on everything from the night before! Overall, I cannot rave enough how much I loved this venue and Stone Gate made sure our wedding day was everything we had imagined!

Over all I have been very satisfied with my choice! I could not have found a more beautiful and rustic outdoor location. I am not a "country" girl and did not feel it was "too country" of a barn wedding. It was very elegant and sophisticated. I enjoyed working with Cindy and loved being able to rent the guest house for the grooms family and groomsmen who were all coming from out of town. The cost was still more then I wanted to spend, but was comparable to other locations and was worth the work Cindy and her staff put into it, plus the night at their beautiful bed and breakfast!
