Facilities and Capacity Prior to the main event, the wedding party is free to make use of the functional get-ready rooms that are available on site. These rooms offer privacy and comfort for the preparations so that everyone has time to look and feel their best before walking down the aisle. Full-length mirrors, lounge furniture, and stylish decor help to create an inviting ambience for pre-ceremony rest and relaxation. For the elevated event that is the ceremony, the main indoor area offers a romantically rustic atmosphere. White chairs may be arranged to flank the aisle so that invitees can sit in comfort as the “I do” moments take place. Minimalist windows allow in some natural light while overhead chandeliers glisten with sophistication. At the head of the room, the happy couple may join hands in front of the barn doors as they exchange vows and usher in the start of their marriage journey together. This same space can also be used for the reception. Here, the newlyweds’ nearest and dearest can savor the evening festivities surrounded by wooden decor, remarkably high ceilings, and decor such as authentic barrels. The overall capacity of Stone Hill Ranch is for approximately 250 people, meaning that it would be suitable for large gatherings. Services Offered Aside from ceremonies and receptions, Stone Hill Ranch can also accommodate engagement parties, rehearsal soirees, elopements, and more. A variety of event enhancements may be provided such as an altar, chairs, decor, lighting, and others. Vintage chairs and sofas are available upon request. Setup and cleanup services are also available so that this event space can be brought to life prior to the celebrations. Afterward, it can be restored to order by attentive staff.
