My husband and I are avid campers and knew we wanted to get married in the woods: what we didn't expect was that this could be possible next to such a gorgeous venue! Parth the own...
er was so accommodating even with our 200+ guest list and Erin the coordinator took care of each detail the day of our wedding for an absolutely worry-free day. Our families stayed in the opulent manor rooms, and Parth let us and our friends camp in tents and grill on the grounds for a chill Fourth of July weekend. We had a Saturday evening summer wedding with delicious food, full bar, and firespinning to end the night. The grounds are gorgeous and we covered them in LED lighting for a magical, burning-man like feel. If you are looking for an all-in-one venue with both nature and elegance: this is the one!

Our wedding at Stone Manor Inn was truly magical, and we are so grateful we chose this venue. There were a few bumps along the way, but overall the experience and the day itself we...
re everything we hoped for and more.
Communication varied throughout the planning process. About six months out, the response time was not as quick as we would have liked, especially because we were doing so much DIY and needed specific details like measurements and inventory. That made some planning a bit more challenging. In the final one to two months before the wedding, communication improved dramatically. Every question was answered promptly, thoroughly, and kindly, which mattered most when the day was approaching. Even without a full planning package, our day-of coordinator Erin was wonderful. She provided guidance, helped shape our timeline without being overbearing, and made us feel supported but still in control.
The staff throughout the weekend was fantastic. They were warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. Erin in particular struck the perfect balance of being present when we needed her but never hovering. We felt genuinely cared for. The only small hiccup was during the rehearsal dinner when our group overwhelmed the bar staff at first, but after that moment everything settled into a smooth and lovely experience.
The venue itself is stunning. We chose Stone Manor for the forest ceremony space, and it exceeded every expectation. It felt enchanting, romantic, and exactly the natural setting we dreamed of. The manor house, with its artistic and eclectic charm, created a fun atmosphere for cocktail hour. The tent reception area provided a blank canvas that we personalized using mainly our own DIY decorations with some additional items from their inventory. It all came together so beautifully. Our guests could not stop talking about how magical the ceremony felt.
Amenities were overall great. The bridal getting-ready suite was enormous and had everything we needed, including a huge bathroom, plenty of seating, and space for hair and makeup. The groom’s room was smaller but perfectly fine for what we needed. Breakfast on the wedding morning was a lovely surprise. The gourmet pancakes, fresh pressed juice, bacon, and parfaits made the morning feel luxurious and special. The next morning’s breakfast, however, was surprisingly sparse for a bed-and-breakfast. It included a bit of fruit, bread, and jam. This felt like a mismatch, especially since we booked the whole inn for our wedding party.
In terms of value, the venue is definitely on the pricier side for the area and season. Much of it felt worth it, such as the location, the staff, and the ceremony space. A few details did not feel as polished as the price point might suggest. However, none of those things affected the actual wedding day in a major way.
There were also several small add-on items that felt like they could have been included in the main package rather than offered a la carte. Things like the champagne cart, having the fire pit lit during the reception, and the sandwich bar for the wedding party while getting ready all came with additional costs, along with a number of other small options we chose not to add. None of these were major expenses on their own, but it felt like including them in the overall price would have elevated the experience and made the value feel more aligned with the cost of the venue. Many of these touches were low-cost but high-impact, and bundling them into the package could make the offering feel even more special for future couples.
The day-of execution was excellent. The timeline flowed smoothly, and we were kept on schedule with gentle reminders and flexibility when it mattered. They handled the setup of tables, chairs, and linens. We handled our décor and florals ourselves, which may be standard but is useful for future couples to know. Cleanup of food and drink was handled by the staff the next morning, but we were responsible for all of our decorations.
Vendors were easy to work with. The venue was flexible and never strict about who we brought in. They recommended some options, and we appreciated having those suggestions even though we did not end up using them. One challenge was that a partner property they initially offered discounted rates for changed ownership halfway through, and the discount was no longer honored. It was not fully the venue’s fault, but a bit more communication during that transition would have helped us avoid scrambling.
Food and catering were overall delicious. They prepared everything we asked for, including Yorkshire pudding, which they absolutely nailed. Our entrée dishes had great flavor, and cocktail hour items like the samosas were a hit. There were a few surprises, such as during our rehearsal dinner which they also catered, the chicken parm was served with salsa instead of marinara, and during the wedding ceremony, the open bar ran out of some alcohol before the end of the night. The champagne cart for the bridal party was a lovely touch, although the crackers may have been prepared too early and were stale. Still, it added to the fun of the morning.
Cleanliness and condition of the property were consistently good. We had no concerns at all.
What truly stood out was the feeling of the ceremony. It was serene, emotional, and incredibly beautiful. The forest was breathtaking, and it felt like our exact vision came to life. Our guests are still talking about it.
In final thoughts, we would choose Stone Manor again, especially for the ceremony and the day-of experience. If we were to do it again, we might not book the whole weekend simply because of the added cost and the early check-out. Our contract led us to believe the cleanup time was later, so learning closer to the wedding that we needed to be out by 10 AM made the morning more hectic than expected. Staying the wedding night itself was lovely and absolutely worth it. Booking the Friday night is something we might reconsider. However, since we had a lot of décor to set up, we are not sure if renting the space both days without staying overnight was even an option.
Overall, we would definitely recommend Stone Manor Inn to future couples. The beauty of the venue, the caring team, and the magic of the ceremony space made our wedding truly unforgettable.

e sure our big day ran smoothly without us having to worry! She is so thoughtful and made sure everything was well-planned out, including our rain plan and making sure we got the chance to have our cocktail hour snacks and drinks while taking photos! The venue itself is perfect with a unique ceremony setting in the woods as well as other picturesque spots around the property! We stayed with our wedding party Friday-Sunday which made things easy and allowed us to fully enjoy the weekend, with a delicious breakfast included on Saturday morning! The rooms and home are beautiful, historic, and elegant, it was perfect for our rehearsal dinner and indoor/outdoor cocktail hour! In addition, they have their own in-house catering and bar services, which made the planning process a lot easier! You will not be disappointed with the food either, Parth is an amazing chef, so many of our guests commented on how good the food was! We had the wedding of our dreams come to life at Stone Manor and I can’t say enough good things about the venue and everyone there!

The owners of this property were amazing to work with in the lead-up to the big day! They gave us multiple tours and walkthroughs, accommodated every request we had (especially re...
garding the sourcing of our meats and variations to their menu), and were always very responsive. The property is absolutely beautiful, and the rooms were well-appointed and clean. Their new in-house wedding coordinator was also fantastic to work with, and kept everything humming along and organized on our wedding day. Everything went off without a hitch, and for the price I don't believe you could do better than the Stone Manor for your wedding weekend.

ere a huge help every step of the way. Very glad we had our day here! We reserved the venue for the weekend and it was at the BEST CHOICE we made when choosing our venue. Being able to stay at this cozy B&B for our wedding weekend allowed us to enjoy our special day even more without the worry of being rushed in and out of a venue all within 8 hours. The extended wedding weekend was perfectly utilized by Stone Manor Boutique Inn and I am SO happy we chose this venue! Our guests raved about how beautiful the space was and the natural greenery really pulled the event together.
We have to admit our favorite part was the bonfire after the rehearsal dinner! We all cozied up and enjoyed s'mores and laughs the night before our big day. Again - such a great place for our wedding!
The food was amazing! Not only were we able to have an intimate food tasting, Parth and the team made our experience all the better by accommodating our food preferences! At the rehearsal dinner, we were served a taco bar (comparable to Chipotle...soooo good!) and it was a hit with our guests. For cocktail hour, we chose bacon wrapped scallops, bruschetta, and a cheese platter (which is great because some places in the area could meat, cheese, and bread, as their "3 app choices" and it really minimizes a couples' options) Our guests raved about the selection of appetizers and quantity! For our dinner selections, we chose chicken marsala and beef tips served as our main selection. For our sides, we chose mashed potatoes, summer veggie selection (AMAZING sautéed veggies OMG!), and angel hair pasta with a simple house salad. We were once again in love with the food and options. Our guests had great things to say as well! We had so much food left over and were happy to leave most behind for the amazing wait staff to enjoy (seeing they accommodated us for the entire weekend and I KNOW we were a handful!) We drank a significant amount and ran out at 10pm but it was definitely worth it!
The only worry I had was that the linens for the tables were not ironed and wrinkly; my sister had to ask for the linens, including the napkins, to be ironed. In the grand scheme of things, I'm glad she caught it because it probably would have irked me during the reception.
Overall, I am beyond pleased with the Stone Manor Boutique Inn and their service for our wedding weekend. If I had to do it all over again, I would 100% choose this venue!

Parth was our main point of contact and he was always very polite and professional, as well as super responsive and flexible. All the staff were great and provided exactly what we ...
needed in a timely manner. The venue is beautiful and undergoes upgrades all the time - it looked even better the day of our wedding than when we first visited! Many of the guests commented that it was the best wedding they ever attended and the most delicious food, which the vendor prepared in-house. The 7 course breakfast the next morning was also very good! Overall, we were extremely pleased and highly recommend Stone Manor.

I got married here on 12/3/2021 and it was more spectacular than I imagined! I had a 15 people guest list, mostly immediate family and they RAVED about the accomodations, service, ...
friendliness, and the FOOD (omg the food...)
My intimate event felt very luxurious and special. They helped me with looking for other vendors (flowers, photographer, cake) and everything was OUTSTANDING!

ommodating as we changed things around to account for COVID precautions. The venue itself is beautiful, it was the perfect location - the ceremony site itself feels like you're in the middle of the forest and my hippie heart loved it. Parth and his family did the catering for us as well, and all the guests raved about the food. We rented out the entire B&B for the weekend which we absolutely recommend doing. The morning breakfasts were delicious - they even made me separate gluten free items (pancakes, scones, etc). The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the inn itself is so fun with tons of character. We will be staying there again at some point. We highly recommend you try their homemade Chai tea!! We only had two minor issues. We wanted champagne toasts and I'm not sure what happened as those never came out. The other issue we had was the cake cutting - since everything was outside I think the cake was not as sturdy by the time they went to cut it…so part of one layer got cut, but then the rest was just left on the table so guests were left to go cut their own pieces. Overall, we would highly recommend hosting your wedding at Stone Manor. Parth and his family are so incredibly kind, and we thoroughly enjoyed our entire weekend there.

An amazing place to hold a wedding!
Everyone was so kind and professional, from the first stages of planning til the day of the wedding. We were thrilled to find somewhere where we...
could have both the ceremony and the reception. The scenery is beautiful and the day was just as we had imagined it. Many people mentioned to us how beautiful the property was.
Parth was our main contact, and he was very helpful. He was always happy to answer questions and provide assistance. His parents were also very kind!
We also used Stone Manor as our caterer. Planning the menu was easy and fun, and the food was sooo good. Several guests commented how good it was!
We chose to stay there the wedding night, and the room was beautiful. They brought us breakfast in the morning, which was delicious.
I cannot stress how wonderful the day was, in large part due to our amazing venue!

Our pre wedding venue cancelled on us last minute And be some stroke of luck, we found the Stone Manor Boutique. No one could believe that it was a last minute venue. The place was...
absolutely gorgeous and the dinner area looked exactly right out of a fairy tale. I was really impressed with how effectively the team dealt with the power outage and efficiently put lights around the dinner area. It did not feel like there was a power outage at all. The multiple areas to hang out really provided variety for pictures as well as for our guests. There is a large fire pit in the venue as well that provided some warmth when needed. All the tables and chairs were organized exactly as we needed it.

*Perfect for small to medium -large size weddings*
Like thousands of others, during the Covid Crisis, we had to scale down our wedding. This venue could not have been more perfect ...
for a such a wedding. Although Stone Manor can accompany many more guests, we found it perfect for our tiny family wedding. There are several unique places on the property to get married, both inside and out.
*The food! WOW!*
The joke is it should be renamed "Scone Manor Inn"! We stumbled upon the Inn by googling "elopement packages" and decided to visit it. We were greeted with amazing Coconut Scones and Chai Tea for our first visit. Since we are appreciative of the diversity and multiculturalism in our area (Northern Virginia), that was the hook that made us seriously consider it the venue for hosting our tiny, socially distanced wedding.
We chose the Italian Menu (plated) for our wedding night dinner and the Indian Menu (family style) for our second night. We have a Vegan family member who said it was the best Vegan food she'd ever had (both dinners and two breakfasts). After conversations with Parth, we found out they have hosted many multi-cultural weddings and can accommodate a variety of diets. We even were able to have Gluten-free food for family members with Celiac disease. They are so welcoming and gracious with the property-sharing all aspects of the Inn. Parth's mother even welcomed my Vegan stepdaughter into the kitchen to share how she made the delicious dishes-sending her home with spices to cook with and recipes!
*The Gardens and the Inside of the Inn are Gorgeous!*
Our photographer scouted out the property ahead of time and found the areas with the perfect lighting to take pictures (we were married in the "Cathedral in the Woods" (as we called it) at 5:00 in the afternoon. Much cooler there in the summer than in the spectacular gardens. We had plan B in case of rain-we would be married in the Manor itself. We spent both nights of the weekend there. It is very spacious, so we had the three young adult children stay each in their own rooms. They were excited at the luxury of the accommodations inside.
In short, give Stone Manor Botique Inn a visit! You won't be disappointed!
