nt to have to do anything on the day of, so I could just relax during the wedding day and have really good food. They went above and beyond and hit the mark on both those things. I didn't have to do a thing the entire wedding weekend. We dropped off all our decor on Thursday, and after that it was out of my hands. They set it all up, packed it all up, AND they loaded it up into our cars. We were brough cocktails and appetizers after the ceremony and during photos. And, the drinks just kept coming. All night long. Erica was truly an amazing wedding coordinator. We couldn't have asked for better help. She continually checked in on our parents and us the entire night. Everyone was so impressed with her professionalism and how kind she was. Since our wedding on Saturday, we have received so many compliments on the food, the venue and the staff. If you want a venue that doesn't require you doing a lot of decor work, allows you to relax on your wedding day/night and next day, has amazing food, and will impress all your guests. This is the place. Don't look anywhere else.

ime we visited the grounds (for our initial tour, engagement photos, the menu tasting, and our rehearsal and wedding days), they were immaculate and we were always greeted with a smile. Ken and Karen put so much work into making the property breath-taking. Over the past weeks since our wedding, we have had many of our guests reach out to us to tell us that it was the best service and food they had ever experienced at a wedding - the hors d'oeuvres, entrees, drinks, and pizza as a late night bite were all amazing. As the bride and groom, we were constantly being handed drinks and food so we never felt like we were missing out on what the catering team was preparing. The whole team at Stone Mill Inn made our wedding day run so smoothly. Different members of the staff were always checking in with us throughout the day to make sure we had everything that we needed. They truly went above and beyond what we expected. Our wedding coordinator, Amber, was there for us every step of the way. We are forever grateful for how much time and effort she put into making our day perfect. She was always there to answer our questions, give advice, and come up with ideas to make the day exactly as we imagined. She was always so upbeat and positive throughout the whole experience, and was able to make it so we were never stressed in the days leading up to the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she kept the day flowing naturally. We never felt like we were under any time constraints or rushing through important parts of the day. We were able to fully be in the moment and not worry about what was coming next. We will always speak so fondly about our day at Stone Mill Inn and will 100% recommend them to anyone needing a venue in the future.

Thank you so much Corrine for being such an amazing planner and helping with everything and even with last minute changes. We were the first to be married in the woodlands with the new changes. When we saw it completed we couldn't believe this was where we were going to be getting married. The hard work Ken and the others put into it showed. The food was exceptional. I am still hearing about the food from my guests. They were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions along with my guests. Stone Mill Inn holds a special place in my heart. From the moment we stepped onto the property it felt like home. The food - amazing, the venue- flawless, the people- some of the best humans you will meet, the wedding knowledge - unmatched. You will not regret one thing if you book this venue! They are truly one of a kind. We were so blessed to have the most perfect day there.

at the Stone Mill Inn went above and beyond and made the mother-of-the-bride role exceptionally peaceful. They took care of EVERY detail, from the planning to the execution, so I could enjoy the day with my daughter and the rest of the guests. This was particularly impressive since I live in Florida and so much of the planning was remote. The property was amazing! From the expertly manicured gardens and the chandeliers in the trees, to the spacious and elegant bridal suite and the beautifully arranged reception space, everything was perfect. And the food was 5-star-restaurant quality food. My father-in-law, who is a pastor and has been to countless weddings, said it was the best wedding food he had ever tasted. I cannot say enough about the excellence and ease of the service at the Stone Mill Inn.

aph beautifully, and the entire venue feels warm, intimate, and timeless. Our ceremony was held at the Abbey, and it was breathtaking — exactly the atmosphere we wanted. What truly sets Stone Mill Inn apart, though, is how wonderfully everything is run. The team was organized, communicative, and ready for anything. Even when I fainted during rehearsal (yes…that happened), they handled everything calmly and kindly, never making me feel embarrassed or rushed. On the wedding day itself, they kept everything moving smoothly so we could actually be present and enjoy it. We had about 77 guests, a black-tie dress code, six signature mocktails, a live painter, a tarot reader, a string quartet, dogs in the ceremony, and a Sunday-night timeline, and the staff made it all flow effortlessly. They coordinated beautifully with every single vendor, from our photographer and videographer to our florist, DJ, dessert table, and even our dog handler. The reception space inside the Mill was cozy and elegant, and our guests still haven’t stopped talking about how gorgeous the venue and how amazing the food was. It was truly the perfect place for our wedding, and we’re so thankful we chose it. If you want a venue that feels enchanting, unique, and impeccably run, Stone Mill Inn is it. We’d choose them again in a heartbeat.

They also took great care to account for allergies, which was very appreciated as someone with several! I was a nervous bride convinced that I couldn’t plan a wedding by myself (I’ve never gotten married before!). But even without a dedicated planner, the staff is so knowledgeable and kind that I never had to do it alone. Our day went off without a hitch. Our coordinator, Nicole, handled everything seamlessly and seemed genuinely happy to do so. She offered great suggestions to incorporate our unique tastes. We trusted her and she delivered! Overall, we are so thankful to the Painters for their tireless dedication to their venue. We are thrilled to have Stone Mill Inn as part of our story forever and we know they feel the same. g other venues in the area, and after a really disappointing experience we called Stone Mill and asked if we could bump up our appointment time. "Come on over!" was the response we received, and we got to tour around with one of the owners, Karen. In mere seconds of talking with Karen, I could feel the stress and anxiety of wedding planning melting away. The property itself is beyond gorgeous thanks to Ken, the other half of the dynamic duo of owners. Despite being incredibly beautiful in pictures, the grounds are truly that much more stunning in person. My husband is a landscape designer himself, and this was the only venue that he actually got excited about. We knew immediately that we had finally found our place, with the staff making us feel like we were already part of the family.  Fast forward to our actual wedding day in late September 2025, and our wedding exceeded our wildest dreams. The team at Stone Mill takes care of everything, with detailed planning meetings leading up to the actual big day. I had multiple people tell me that I was the calmest bride they've ever met, and that is largely in part to the dedicated staff at the venue. From dedicated coordinators (thanks Corinne!), to property owners on site, there is absolutely nothing to worry about when you know every member of that team is working hard to give you the most memorable wedding day. Ken & Karen, and their team's attentiveness to our guest's needs,  was remarked upon throughout the entire wedding, and days following. I don't know of many other venues where the property owners specifically involve themselves into making sure your wedding is perfect beyond measure.  Weeks later and our guests are STILL talking about the food. Some of which said that the side dishes almost rivaled the entrees themselves. Can you imagine? One guest sent me a picture of the salad she tried to recreate at home because she loved it so much. I had another friend tell me that he almost didn't want to eat dessert, because he was afraid of "sabotaging the experience" of his Chilean sea bass and risotto. We're seriously wondering if we can sign up for another tasting just to enjoy the food again.  Finally, the property is just gorgeous beyond measure. We are absolutely thrilled that it was a beautiful day so our guests could check out various parts of the grounds. Had it rained, however, we know the experience would have been just as wonderful, thanks to the team. Having a wedding experience as memorable as we did at Stone Mill Inn, is something that words truly can't define. Thank you Ken, Karen, and the entire Stone Mill Inn team for giving us the absolute best day of our lives. We are forever grateful, and we hope another one of our friends gets married here just so we can go back and enjoy everything all over again.

have been so helpful and kind. I wanted my wedding day to be stress-free. My day of coordinators (Corinne and Sarah), ensured every little detail was taken care of and I did not have to worry about a single thing. The food was some of the best food I've ever eaten (I'm not exaggerating). If you don't believe me, you can ask any of my guests who are still RAVING about how good it was. Many of our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. We could not have asked for a better wedding day. All thanks to SMI and their amazing team!

ds. Our dream wedding was “forest fantasy whimsical,” so when we saw the Woodlands, we were hooked. We opted to have our ceremony in the Woodlands without any added flowers or decorations because the setting was just so perfect as is. Our guests have been posting pictures of their families all around the venue, and it’s so fun to see where everyone thought the prettiest spot was! Between the Abbey, the Woodlands, the Moongate, and all the gardens, there are so many gorgeous spots. Our families were transported to paradise for the day. As a very organized person, I was so grateful for SMI’s planning team and process. They were clear and helpful in every step of the planning process. Between the planning meetings and all of the easy-to-navigate documents, everything was organized just to our liking. Our coordinator, Amber, was simply amazing. She was receptive to every little quirky thing we wanted and every last-minute change. When wedding week arrived and the stress started amping up, Amber was just a text away. There was some pretty nasty weather predicted for our wedding weekend, and Amber made us feel completely secure that everything would still work seamlessly - and would still be as beautiful as we imagined - if we had to use the rain plan. The rain plan was thorough, and it was a relief to know that we as the bride and groom wouldn’t be the ones taking care of the logistics if the weather didn’t cooperate. We ended up having beautiful weather, but it was amazing having a team that would have been able to handle it if it had rained! Once wedding day rolled around, the SMI team treated us like royalty. We have never felt so pampered! There was always a cold water bottle at the ready. The planning team had little ear pieces to coordinate with one another; they were completely in control of making sure we didn’t see each other before the first look, and they made sure the shuttle had arrived and all our guests were seated before we started the procession. Ken made a point to personally bring my mother her preferred drink, and the SMI team was so incredibly helpful with our grandfather, who needed a little extra care (shade, a folding chair, and a golf cart to travel around the grounds). Our parents cannot stop raving about the staff at SMI. And we can’t say enough about the food!!! Our biggest “splurge” was the cocktail hour apps. We and our guests absolutely loved all the pass-arounds. The tasting event back in the winter was one of the highlights of our year. We did a Pittsburgh cookie table for dessert, and Amber was so helpful in answering every single question (and we had A LOT). We brought in home brewed mead to serve as our specialty cocktail, and this, along with the beautiful woodland setting, prompted one of our guests to call our wedding “fantasy-core.” Mission accomplished! We hope one day we’ll be lucky enough to come back to Stone Mill Inn as guests!

The entire staff made us feel valued, important, and genuinely cared for. Staff extended that same warmth and attentiveness to our families and guests on our wedding day, which meant the world to us! This venue and team exceeded every expectation we had and made our wedding day better than we could have imagined. We are forever grateful!

Our tasting? 10000/10. The day of? 10000000/10! We could not have made a better choice in selecting Stone Mill Inn for our wedding day. Something that immediately sold me on this venue was the true beauty everywhere that you look. Ken, Karen, and everyone on the Stone Mill team make the grounds absolutely breathtaking each time that you walk through. I couldn't WAIT for our guests to see the venue and they have not stopped talking about it since the wedding. Something else that was very important to my husband and I was the food for our wedding. I read every review raving about Stone Mill Inn's food and i'm here to say the same thing! The food? 1000000/10. We, as well as our guests, were OBSESSED! Not only was the food amazing, but the service was incredible as well. Jim consistently checked in on my husband and I and honestly is so amazing at what he does. The entire staff made the night go so well and made it the best we could have ever asked for. We also had the help and support of Casey (our day of coordinator) throughout the day (& well before the big day!) and are SO grateful for all that she did to make our day run so smoothly! Ken and Karen Painter take the best care of the property, consistently improving the grounds. Jim, the event manager, was so attentive and made sure we had tried the cocktail hour food and that we had a drink of our choice in our hands all night. Nichole, our coordinator, was the best person we could have asked to lead our day. Not only did she make sure all of our decor was displayed, she executed our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception flawlessly. Leading up to the day, she never batted an eye at the numerous questions and details we had to ensure our day felt unique to us. And lastly, she was ready to protect us as a couple at all costs - when we showed any signs of stress, she asked what she could do or who she could talk to to help alleviate any stress in the moment.
