Stone Oak Country Club

I cannot say enough great things about Stone Oak as a reception venue for a wedding. Kristin was awesome to work with! Being an out of town bride, they were extremely accommodating to scheduling tastings and meetings for when I was in town. Kristin had great ideas and suggestions and let us be creative with how we did our food. And when a monsoon threatened to put a damper on our day they worked so quickly and efficiently to make a last minute decision to move the entire reception indoors. They did so much work to transform the space to accommodate all of our guests and no one had a clue that it wasn't what we had initially planned. Everyone working the night of our wedding was so friendly and polite. We highly recommend Stone Oak!!

Stone Oak Country Club was a beautiful venue for our 120 guest reception. They also had the capacity to hold the ceremony, but we chose not to have it there since we wanted an indoor ceremony. The event coordinator we worked with was wonderful and so helpful. She did a great job putting our minds at ease and it was obvious she knew what she was doing. The day of the wedding, I was impressed with the wait staff and on-site coordinator provided by the club. They were all friendly and professional and even helped us pack up our personal decorations at the end of the evening. I absolutely recommend Stone Oak Country Club for a reception and know it would be a beautiful location for an outdoor wedding as well.

There are two areas you can get married at the club! Both are amazing sites. Mine was located on the golf course, very pretty lots of shade and flowers. They also set up inside for you incase it rains so that was a us for us! Staff was very helpful in friendly

We had both the wedding ceremony and the reception here. We had the ceremony out on the Round and it was beautiful. Spring flowers were in bloom, they had some flowers that had died over the winter and I had the first wedding in May, and they made it a priority to replace all those flowers that didn't make it so that we could have a beautiful back drop. The staff were amazing! The wedding planner that we worked with, Kristin, was fantastic. She was so easy to work with and so willing to work with us to make everything that we wanted possible. The reception space was perfect for our 150 people reception. And there was a huge deck space that we could set up on as well. The food was amazing! People LOVED the strip steak and the salmon was divine! When it came to the bar, they have a lot of different options and they are very willing to work with you on options and pricing. The bar that we ended up with wasn't even an option on their plan and it was very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to use as a venue! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day!
