The moment we stepped onto the property of Lange Farm, we knew we wanted to get married there. It reminded us of our original home state (PA) with the gorgeous trees and farmland. ...
In the months after our first tour and when we booked them as our venue, they must have changed owners because I was no longer in contact with the same person from the beginning. We were never informed of any changes in ownership but it wasn’t a problem as it didn’t hinder our contract -- just the beginning of what would be a lack of communication.
Liz and Dory were wonderful to work with every time I emailed or called with questions and they were extremely patient as I made many trips out to figure out what decor to use from their decor barn.
The day before our wedding, we showed up for rehearsal and were devastated to have to move everything (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception) inside because of the hurricane that decided to happen. As we were trying to re-design the ceremony for inside, we felt as though they were pushing us not to use certain items more for their convenience than for aesthetic reasons. We relented to their suggestions but looking back I feel as though they could have definitely been more accommodating given the circumstances. After the rehearsal, we began bringing our personal items inside the venue room when we were told that was against policy even though this was never communicated to me or my husband (or our coordinator) in the 2+ years leading up to our wedding. Since everything was already unloaded, they let us leave it there.
On our wedding day, I popped into the reception to see how setup was coming and noticed they were using the wrong chairs for the family table; I know I had mentioned that to their team during one of the meetings but it wasn’t noted -- I’m glad I caught this in time for them to correct. The ceremony seemed to be going great until ten minutes into the ceremony when the power went out and the venue didn’t have a backup generator! How you own a venue in FL, a state known for tropical storms, and don’t own a generator is questionable to me. The power was restored shortly after but the ballroom was extremely hot for the remainder of the evening. My coordinator also heard one of their staff members mention during the breakdown that we weren’t supposed to use real candles which we were never told about, either.
All in all, the venue was great, the team good to work with and helpful especially with all the COVID changes! I do wish they would have communicated more about certain things (like when we could bring our personal decor items).
I got married at the Garden House in July of 2020. My vision came to life and was then exceeded by Dori and her staff. I then convinced my friend she had to get married at the Blue...
Barn this past weekend and let me tell you, it was MAGNIFICENT. The grounds are so well kept, Dori is so attentive to her clients, and words cannot describe how lovely everything was. I am obsessed with Stonebridge.
Prior to posting this review we reached out to Stonebridge in hopes to resolve the following issues. Stonebridge did not care enough to respond.
Our first meeting was with Brooke....
She informed us the property had just been purchased JW Fulwood, and they had big exciting things coming. The owners’ previous wife owned a Christmas shop and the venue now had its inventory to use for wedding decor. They were also going to build a chapel that we could use as our ceremony site. At the end of the meeting, we booked the venue. After many unanswered emails, my husband spoke with Dori (Fulwoods daughter) who advised that Brooke and Brittany no longer worked for them.
Dori also informed us that the Christmas décor was no longer available as they had sold it. That meant we had to come out of pocket to purchase décor we originally did not have to. The chapel would not be done in time for our wedding. Then, a couple days before our décor appointment, Stonebridge cancelled it. Dori who told us that our wedding planner never booked this appointment. Our wedding planner provided proof that they had and Stonebridge chalked it up to their internal miscommunication; we ended up having to pick another day a month later. At the meeting we picked out our décor, our linens, our new ceremony site, and the wooden cross back chairs with Dori and Jenny (just been hired).
A few days prior to our wedding, Dori advised our wedding planner that we could no longer leave our décor overnight as they would now be closed the following day. Our contract stated we could leave our personal décor overnight as long as it was picked up by 10am the morning after the wedding.
The day before our wedding, one of our vendors arrived to drop off Christmas trees for our wedding. Upon his arrival, Dori attempted to deny the delivery, stating they had not approved it. After providing proof that they had, she again chalked it up to their internal miscommunication. This is when we found out that also Jenny, now no longer worked for them either.
That same evening, Dori texted us that they had another internal miscommunication and made a billing error. We now owed them $800 for the extension of the wedding and then some more (amount undisclosed) for table runners, to be paid that night. We extended our wedding and made our final payment to Stonebridge months prior, with confirmation all totals were paid. Linens were included in our rental of the venue. My wedding planner contacted Dori to discuss and got all the numbers to prove that by doing table runners we were saving the venue money. Dori didn't budge. We had to come up what ended up being an additional $1,027. We missed the final hour of our rehearsal dinner handling this and figuring out how to come up with the additional money.
The day of our wedding, the venue set up our floor-plan wrong. When our food truck showed up, the venue refused to unlock a gate allowing him to gain access to where he needed to go. They used the white fold out chairs as opposed to the wooden cross back chairs. When it rained during our reception, the venue refused to assist, forcing our wedding guests to move the furniture inside the barn. They were soaking wet.
Even my wedding planner has decided to no longer do business with them after watching them mistreat many couples. The rustic barn and garden house venue is not unique to Stonebridge Weddings & Events. I urge all couples to consider literally any other option. Don't suffer our same fate.
This venue was very nice. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are helpful and attentive. From months of planning to the big day, they were there for me every step of the way an...
d answered my multitude of questions in a timely fashion. They had a big selection of decor that I could use and I did not end up using a rental company for any decor items! Our wedding day was unseasonably freezing, and they made sure to cart our guests to the ceremony site so they wouldn't have to walk the, albeit short, distance on a very blustery, 40 degree day! We had our ceremony at the I Do Tree which was simple but had exactly the natural charm that we wanted. Our Reception at the Garden House was elegant and so beautiful. Aside from our florals, the Garden House did not need any other decor since it had beautiful flooring and crystal chandeliers. My absolute favorite was the wrap around porch and French doors. Our guests loved that they could hang out outside and enjoy the view.
I did not give a 5-star review because there was some communication issues that could have cost me a couple thousand dollars if I was not as diligent as I was in reading the contract and contract revisions. At the time we signed, I was told that the event insurance would be provided (as part of the signing deal), but after some later unrelated revisions to wedding details, the contract stated that we were responsible for it. Luckily, I had everything in writing, so I would definitely advise you to read EVERYTHING and keep all documents and emails so you have something to show them just in case!
Very dissapointed in the experience overall. innappropriate comments and overall poor communication from the staff. After we made our deposit we were immediately ignored. Skip ahea...
d a couple weeks and we finally get ahold of someone and told them we were unhappy and wanted to change venues... ya your deposit is nonrefundable.
I feel like this place took advantage of my Fiance'. Pressured her hard to get some of her money, and then completely ignored us.
Very nice looking facility but BE WARNED

ng went smoothly. I highly recommend her as your wedding planner and wedding day supervisor.
My husband and I just visited the farm on our 5 year wedding anniversary and everything was just as beautiful, if not more beautiful, than it was 5 years ago. We love the additional lightning outside the garden house and barn, and the remodeled Antique Barn and bride's dressing area. Gorgeous!
My husband and I are so incredibly blessed to have been able to have our wedding at a The Lange Farm! The venue was gorgeous and have heard nothing but great things from our guests...
on how it was just stunning in itself. We worked with Danielle to coordinate all the little details leading up to the big day. She was extremely helpful, fun, friendly, and quick to respond to all my emails and questions. She was very attentive to all of our needs, even things we didn't even realize we needed. My husband was so impressed with how she was right there after the ceremony with waters, appetizers and the golf cart to move us and the photographer around the property. She even wiped cake off my husbands shoe when we cot a little messy with the cake cutting! We were highly impressed with her coordination the day of as well. So many people complimented how the day was perfect and everything flowed smoothly and flawlessly. Danielle was able to move 170 guests from the ceremony in the lawn, to the barn for the cocktail hour, and then the Garden House for the reception with ease and no hiccups! Seriously, I cannot thank The Lange Farm and Danielle for how perfect our wedding day was!

d around any complications we had. Lesa was our coordinator for the day of and she could not have done a better job. She was there for us every step of the way so I did not have to worry about a single detail throughout the night. The venue is just beautiful and unlike anything else you can find in the area. ~ Nicole Smith (Bride)

oordinator who was rude to me and our guests. We did the entire set up ourselves and I would not recommend this experience to any bride.
FUTURE BRIDES BEWARE:
My husband and I are mortified by the treatment we have received from the owner himself, TOM LANGE and his coordinator, LESA. DO NOT USE LESA as your coordina...
tor. If you would like someone who could care less about you and your future husband’s big day than she is the perfect person. For starters she won't greet you or your family when you walk in the door ever on any occasion. To get a smile out of her is simply impossible. The staff does not make you feel special on such a big occasion, since they do weddings every weekend you are simply a dime a dozen.
Lesa is not on top of the vendors and does not show up on your wedding day until after 3pm when the vendors have already left so they basically wonder around until they figure things out themselves. She was also late to our reception, as we confirmed with the cake vendor as she was not there when he arrived. Lesa will also dress unprofessionally, and sit in the bride and groom’s chairs for an extended duration (which mind you was in the middle of the dance floor, who does that?). Lesa will also casually suggest things that make life easier for her on your big day, such as having your limo leave a half hour early (to get everyone out so she can go home). She told us at one point she could not come in any earlier than 2:30 because she had to be up early the next day….at 10:30 and she couldn’t do that. Not sure on which planet 10:30 am is early or why that should affect our wedding day? They do the bare minimum to get by.
There is not much Lesa had to do on our big day and regardless we still did pay the coordinator fee just in case. Our ceremony was offsite and we set up our entire reception room ourselves the day before. Our linens almost didn’t make it there (they were 2 days late) and I had to call the VP of the linen company myself to make sure they were coming or it could have been a disaster. I never received an apology, only an excuse.
In addition to being rude to myself and husband, Lesa was rude to family members as well as the bridal party. On our wedding day we were outside taking pictures and it was the time we discussed to have dinner. Lesa came outside for the first time she is seeing us after being married and does not only refrain from saying hello or congratulations but rudely says, “When do you want to eat??” My bridal party was stunned. My aunt also walked into the reception room to ask someone for a chair and Lesa said, “What do you want?”.
I wrote a professional letter after all of this to the owner because in no way would I want something like this to happen to another bride. I received quite the rude and unprofessional letter back without a single apology and claiming my aunt was “confused”. It clearly shows you what kind of people are behind the scenes running the place.
I decided to follow up because it seemed that no way this could have been written by the owner, as no proper business man would, but I was wrong. Tom Lange, the owner preceded to tell me that I am difficult and yell to over the phone. I am still in shock, as a woman to be spoken to in such a manner. He then decided to hang up in the middle of my sentence. My husband is horrified and we both would NEVER RECOMMEND this place if not due to Lesa than certainly due to the absolute disgraceful owner Tom Lange. He is an absolute embarrassment as not only a business owner but a human being. No wonder he doesn’t deal with the clients directly because he wouldn’t have any!

gushed about how beautiful the venue was. We worked with Danielle as our day-of coordinator there and I highly recommend using that service because I had such a stress-free wedding day with her on the job. The people who work at the farm are amazing and the scenery is so gorgeous that you barely need any decorations to have a beautiful wedding.

mony was under the Joesph Tree and reception was in the barn. It was a little cold that night (Feb 27, low of 40) but we got some heaters and everyone loved it! Perfect rustic venue!!!!

rth it. Our ceremony location under the Great Oak Tree was decorated perfectly. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was. Our wedding coordinator was originally Sarah, but she ended up moving away five months before the wedding and Danielle C. took over. Danielle was amazing! She had such great attention to detail and really made sure our day was perfect and that we had a smooth transition. I definitely recommend getting a day of coordinator! The only thing that I would say that could be improved on was the bonfire/s'mores station. It was a very dark pathway to get to the bonfire so it was hard to see where you were stepping. The sticks for the marshmallows were also very short so guests had a hard time toasting their marshmallows. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed with every vendor they recommended and could not be happier!

or the ladies that worked there, we were not to happy of. We had a year and a half booking and within that time we were passed to 4 different people who are in charge of our "wedding". The final girl was awful and rude and since we decided not to pay an extra $1k for day of coordination she wouldn't answer any questions we had. I even asked how most people walk down to the gazebo during ceremony and she wouldn't even tell me. She was extremely unprofessional and constantly had an attitude with my husband and I. She also made us pay an extra $75 to twisty tie flowers on the gazebo after already telling me she wouldn't since the top of the gazebo had blown off and they have yet to replace. We also weren't too happy that they only give you 2 hours to set up and take first look photos prior to the ceremony.
Other then that, we loved the looks of the venue and set up!!

id such an amazing job decorating everything perfectly and making sure everything else flowed just right. I literally did not have to worry about anything because she took care of it all for us. Her name is Danielle and I highly highly recommend her! If it wasn't for her awesome organizational skills and punctuality then my wedding day wouldn't of came out so perfectly. She even helped watch our toddler son as we took pictures. Although the venue is a little expensive, it is well worth it. Danielle went over and beyond for us to make sure our wedding was perfect and that I wasn't so stressed! I really can't say enough about how wonderful the venue was and how amazing my coordinator was. Highly recommend!

ments from guests! And they are still talking about it! One of friends told us that it was the most beautiful outdoor ceremony that she had ever been to! Our day of coordinator, Whitney, was phenomenal! She made sure all our little personal details for decor were taken care and placed exactly how we pictured. She was a great help through the entire planning process! We highly recommend Lange for anyone who wants an outdoor feel, but in a classic way.

ven find out about until after the wedding! It's totally worth it to pay for the coordination. We got compliments on how beautiful the grounds were. Only thing I would suggest is that they add another bathroom to the Antique Barn, as there is only one. We only had 70 guests, so it wasn't that big of a deal, but they should at least have a separate ladies and mens room.
We had our ceremony at the Joshua Tree and the reception at the Barn and the whole night was absolutely gorgeous. Our photos look like a fairy tale- the Spanish moss on the trees i...
s beautiful!
We decided to include 'day-of coordination' which was really helpful since we were from out of town. Unfortunately a few months before our wedding, our coordinator left the Lange Farm (to work for our caterer) but the transition to out new coordinator was flawless and no details were missed. Our coordinator leading up to the wedding was Sarah Ruiz. She also handled the day-of coordination and I couldn't have nicer things so say about her. Not only was incredibly nice, but she was hard working and stayed on top of every detail. She helped coordinate our linens and worked with our other vendors which was a huge help being from out of state.
The only downside of the outdoor ceremony and reception- October in Florida = lots of mosquitoes so citronella candles are a must. But its so beautiful you barely notice at the time! Also- the venue has only 1 bar provider, Lundy's. They were great and their bartenders were very professional and nice, but the bar can only stay open for 4.5 hrs max for some reason- it was not an issue for us though and everyone was able to get plenty of drinks before they closed (we had the bar close for 30 mins during speeches so it could stay open 30 mins later in the night.)

from cowgirl theme. The Lange Farm was perfect. My husband and I were married under one of their beautiful oak trees and the reception in the garden house. They also offer a barn but the garden house is elegant with it's chandeliers without the ballroom feeling. You can feel romance while walking their lawns and such a beautiful place. Our coordinator Sarah was amazing through the whole process. Unforgettable day

azing for pictures. The photographer had so many great places to take us for pictures and the lighting at sunset was unbelievable. The staff there is very friendly and great about answering all questions. We got the day of wedding coordination and I believe that was the best investment of the whole wedding. Sarah was our coordinator and she did a fantastic job. She made sure everything was running exactly according to schedule, handled all the vendors and finding all of my family members to help get their flowers on them. She made the rehearsal go very smoothly and without confusion. The whole night many people commented about how awesome she was. I could not have asked for a better coordinator. She gave me such peace of mind and helped with so many decisions! My wedding was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and I am so beyond happy with the service and the way my vision was brought to life here!

sa who I worked with is extremely nice and answered any questions that I had. The only downside to this venue is that it ended up costing us more than we thought. We had to use their linen vendor and that ended up being way over our budget as did the fact that we had to pay extra to hang a sign from the tree. So beware of being nickle and dimed. Other than that the location is truly beautiful.

During the wedding Mrs. Lange came to see how it was going, during the cake cutting we discovered that Publix did not deliver a cake cutter. Mrs Lange ran up to the garden house to get us one. I would recommend that you take a look at their site. You won't be disappointed.

Though I would have liked a bit more responsiveness and enthusiasm in the planning months leading up to the wedding, when the day of came, they were on-the-ball and attentive. I did not hire them to do day-of coordination however. Instead I used my florist as she was a bit cheaper and much more responsive and enthusiastic about the work.

g sooner we moved our location to the terrace lawn a day before the wedding. Our wedding coordinator was amazing at being flexible for the move. She accomplished everything that we asked. The venue itself is amazing, my only issue is that you have to do a lot of planning yourself. They provide you with a list of preferred vendors, but every option is left up to you. If you like that, this place is perfect for you! Our pictures turned out amazing and my husband loves that every different place we took a picture could have been a different venue. From the trees to the bridges to the fountains and finally the old wrap around porch: AMAZING! I would highly recommend for your wedding if you are looking for something different from the typical Florida beach wedding.
