I purchased a ring for my soon-to-be husband and we both absolutely adore it. It even arrived earlier than expected which was very positive for both of us. It's beautiful and I'm sure both of us will enjoy it the rest of our lives. Would recommend the company to anyone who asked.

Stonebrook was terrific. They have a huge selection and their ability to customize was fantastic. Communication was quick and personal, sometimes within an hour. I had a custom ring made they sent a picture of my request. The finished ring was exactly what I saw and wanted. Production was quick and it was delivered ahead of schedule. They offer sizers N/C to make sure you get the right size. I highly recommend them.

We found Stonebrook on an internet search for wedding bands with Irish Claddagh. They were more than helpful and willing to do custom work. Communications were fast and easy. The rings are exactly what we wanted but unable to find anywhere else. We would recommend Stonebrook to anyone looking for quality jewelry.

There is not enough good things to say about this place. I saw an ad, and I never click on ads, but I liked the look. The customer service was so good. You can't get better service on jewelry than this. Kamisha walked me through so many options, and helped me narrow down to my husband's taste. I had to rush a custom made ring! Not only did it get there 2 weeks before my rush time, but the ring was impeccable. My husband could not believe how gorgeous it was. SERIOUSLY! This place is the best for men's wedding rings. My father, who hates men jewelry even wants to go here to just buy a ring. You will NOT be disappointed if you pick this place. Customer service, quality, timing, everything is so great! And the pricing? WHOAH! Can't find this type of quality and service at the price you get. I'm not just saying that, I am dead serious. This is THE place to get a wedding band. For men's jewelry this is my new one stop shop!

My husband's wedding band is perfect!! We accidentally ordered one size too big (not understanding comfort fit), but the customer service was so amazing that we had the new and correctly fitting ring within a week! We couldn't be happier!

I could not be more satisfied with my experience! Not only were the ring & packaging gorgeous and high quality. I got the ring sizer kit before ordering my fiance's size and ended up ordering the wrong size. I quickly realized it, emailed the team, and they replied in 10 minutes letting me know that they changed my order to the correct size. Outstanding customer service.

We did a custom order with Damascus steel and cocobolo wood. They worked well with me on creating the perfect ring and then production was quick, the packaging was professional and attractive. WE LOVE THE RING! We absolutely would use Stonebrook again.

Ordered a custom Damascus Steel ring and it is exactly what I wanted. The gold insert was expensive but it was I absolutely perfect. Wouldn't change it for the world.

Beyond frustrated. I ordered the cobalt chrome baseball ring. AFTER 2 DAYS OF WEAR the red baseball stitchings were faded. I emailed stonebrook because they have a lifetime warranty, and after 2 days especially this shouldn’t be happening. The company told me that the cerakote finish on the red stitches wasn’t applied correctly. Naturally, I asked for a new ring. They said no. Ok whatever. So then they say to ship the ring back and offer overnighting to and from so I can have the ring back ASAP considering it’s my husbands wedding band. I sent it Wednesday 7/11 and was informed today after trying to figure out if they had even gotten the ring, that they will not be done with it till 7/19. We’ve had 20 emails corresponding back and forth for me to have to wait over a week for my ring. I will never buy from this company again and am warning everyone I know. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I wish I would have never bought this stupid ring.

I got my ring from Stonebrook, and I absolutely love it. They do a lot of non-traditional styles - I got one that was Damascus Steel - and they don't really upcharge you to customize your ring. (I just wanted a few changes) Plus, it's so much cheaper than a storefront! Having read reviews they seem really into their craft and I'm glad I found such a cool creator.

My fiancé wanted a Damascus Steel ring but we weren’t able to find anything local that sold it so we decided to try Stonebrook because we’ve never heard anything bad about them. We found a design that he loved and it arrived much faster than we though it would and turned out so beautifully. He absolutely loves it and can’t wait for the big day so he can finally wear it! Stonebrook was very communicative every step that was necessary and seemed open to further communication if we needed. Over all, we are very happy with our decision to use Stonebrook, they gave my guy the ring of his dreams.

Perfect fit and finish! Ordering from Pakistan I was a bit worried about the sizing (since we use Italian sizing here, not US) but the customer service team did all the conversions for me. They were so accommodating of all my requests and even managed to execute the tricky engraving I wanted (and wasn't available on the specific ring I liked on the website). The band is such a unique and well-finished piece. Highly recommend!

Great company and a beautiful ring. They were very open to working with my specific requests combining multiple aspects from different claddagh rings on their website and changing stone details after the order was placed. The ring arrived quickly and I can't wait to wear it everyday! The box it came in was good quality also.

Loved the ring! My husband was amazed with the quality of the Damascus Steel and the smooth Jade wood interior. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the box it came in, it was a small cardboard thing that left much to be desired. With the amount I spend I would have expected such a quality ring to come in a quality box. I ended up purchasing a ring box through amazon as I felt the original took a little something away.

Really great ring! My fiancé loves it. They are on the pricey side but it’s so unique it’s worth it. My fiancé wanted a “hammered” style rig and the jewelers near us had nothing like that. He didn’t want anything with stones or gold. He wanted a grey or black ring with that hammered unfinished rugged look. We love the ring! Very cool. Only thing I would say is I did get it engraved and because of the dark grey metal color and the marbled look in the steel, it’s nearly impossible to read the engraving if you don’t know what is says. It was also nice to be able to customize the width because he didn’t want something too wide.

Very happy with the overall process, from communication to the ring. I live in Denmark and am I in love with Damascus steel and couldn't find anything of the sort here in Europe. Customer service helped me throughout the process and deleivered my ring very quickly and promptly for the wedding. I love it and the ring is immaculate!!

My fiancée had to pick a ring from the USA, we live in Canada. I said I didn't feel comfortable with that at all, but he just couldn't find one here that compared to how much he loved that ring. I decided to take a chance and order it. Being a jervous bride I emailed multiple times to check on the status. Kelly C was there to quickly answer all of my questions. I never felt I was being a bother. The ring arrived the day after it shipped. I was scared to open the box in case it didn't live up to expectations. It did! It is so beautiful, the picture on the site looked great, but in person it was amazing. I will love seeing that ring on my husbands finger for the rest of our lives. Magnificent rings, crafted finely and exactly as I saw and ordered; would without hesitation get my next ring from them, for whatever purpose I needed it for, well done!

Our ring got lost in transit. It made it as far as Memphis, but somehow couldn't make it the rest of the way (we live an hour from Memphis). Mason was wonderful about it -- as soon as I alerted him, he made a replacement ring and overnighted it to us on his dime, even though we don't need it for six more months. The quality is superb. The ring is everything my fiance wanted (and he's picky), and the price was really reasonable for the craftsmanship. I would definitely work with Mason again!

I was really happy with my fiance's ring. Mason really worked with me to customize the ring.I was able to select the color of gold, and change the wood inlay to my own preference. The ring was so awesome that I instantly fell in love with it. However, I showed my fiance a page of different rings, and he went straight to the same ring. When it arrived, he couldn't wait to open it, so I came home from work to him proudly wearing it. I did bust his bubble a little when I told him most men wait till the wedding to start wearing their ring. The ring was not bulky at all and was very light. I am very satisfied with my purchase and impressed at how attentive Mason is to his customers. He answered all of my messages pretty quickly. It was scary to make such a large purchase online, but he made me feel secure about the purchase.

I ordered the Damascus steel wedding band with rose gold mokume inlay for my fiancé, I can't even begin to describe how beautiful this ring is in person. It looks just like the pictures, except even more gorgeous. My fiancé is absolutely thrilled with it and everyone we have shown it to is blown away by the beauty and craftsmanship. We ordered our "Custom Made" Titanium rings from STONEBROOK JEWELRY / RENAISSANCE JEWELRY in Utah. We thought it would be cool to have custom made, matching Titanium rings that were made by a small business here in the U.S. instead of something overly commercial made somewhere else in the world. We got the rings and looked them over (there wasn't a lot of light at the time), tried them on to make sure they fit and then put them back in the boxes until the wedding. A few days later I had taken my ring off and put it on the desk, under the lamp and at just the right angle to see "ROXY & NATE 05.17.14" My name is is not Roxy and my husband is not Nate. Our wedding was not in 2014. So Stonebrook wants me to believe this ring was custom made as part of a set for us??? It has another couple's names and date from 2 YEARS ago in it. I was devastated!!! I cried and cried - this was supposed to be MY wedding ring. I tried to call Stonebrook but their number went to voice mail. I e-mailed them and tried to call them again during business hours. Nothing. Several hours later I got an e-mail stating that Stonebrook was "very sorry" for the "inconvenience" but they have a NO RETURN policy. Even though this is their mistake, I cannot return this ring and they will not make me a new ring. They said they would grind out the engraving and send it back to me. WHAT???? This is not acceptable. This is apparently someone else's ring and not custom made for me - it is not what we paid for. I don't want another woman's ring even if her name and her husband's name are ground out of it! I called other jewelers and they said that grinding it out could be done but that it would never look right again (because the metal is so hard) and as inexpensive as Titanium rings are, it would be more cost effective (and look better) to just make a new ring. STONEBROOK REFUSES TO DO THE RIGHT THING. After two days of back and forth e-mails - when I called it went to voice mail and they refused to call me to discuss the situation - I have decided to cut my losses and tell everyone I can about this company! Needless to say we will be keeping these rings - we don't have a choice in the matter. And we just ordered new rings today. Rings that don't have someone else's names and wedding date engraved in them. AVOID STONEBROOK JEWELRY / RENAISSANCE JEWELRY in Utah. They will not treat you fairly and they obviously don't care about their customers.

Mason from Stonebrook Jewelry made a custom wedding band for my husband. He was very flexible in trying a new design and working with both rose gold and titanium. When things took longer than expected, he emailed us to let us know and then provided free overnight shipping via FedEx to ensure that we got the ring on time.
