d. We were still able to have our ceremony at the venue thank goodness! Kelli was our Day of Coordinator and my goodness was she just a doll! I absolutely loved working with her. She was so easy to get along with and completely understood my vision! Her and an assistant set up at both locations and ensured everything went off without a hitch! I highly recommend them for your wedding coordinating! You definitely won't be disappointed!

ce on 07/26/2019 at The Garden at Los Robles Greens in Thousand Oaks,our venue required us to use a wedding coordinator from their preferred list which could have not been a better idea since thanks to that we found Stop and Stare events! After meeting with almost all the coordinators from that preferred list as soon as we met Kristen we knew Her and her team would be the perfect fit for us. Kristen was very sweet, compassionate, professional and informative, she made things very straight forward and easy which was a huge plus for us since wedding planning can be complicated.
Kristen informed us a couple months later that she was blessed with pregnancy and we would have MICHELLE as our lead planner since by the time our wedding date came around she would be on Maternity leave. She assured us that we were in great hands and working with anyone from her team was just as if we were working with her, we did not doubt her one bit!
Now for THE BEST WEDDING COORDINATOR EVER MICHELLE!
as soon as we started our communication via email we knew we were in amazing hands, she was very detailed oriented and brought details to our attention which we wouldn't have ever thought about. We got soooo many compliments from our family and guests on how attentive to everything and everyone she was. Seeing Michelle in action at our rehearsal day ensured me we had nothing to worry about!.
Michelle was in constant contact with me weeks prior to the wedding to make sure we got every possible detail taken care of, she coordinated everything so efficiently with all our other vendors and made excellent executive decisions. We can truly say we didn't worry about ANYTHING the day of our wedding and thanks to that we had an AMAZING time. From dealing with last minute family arrangements to ensuring my now husband and I did everything on our timeline but still got to enjoy and have fun to making sure we always had drinks and moments to take it all in, she did it all! Michelle's kindness and warmth radiates as soon as you talk her, she is truly a very special person who we will never forget as well as we will never forget how perfect she made our special day.
To our huge surprise Michelle let us know the day before our wedding that Kristen was also going to be helping out the day of which was an amazing surprise. Kristen was also amazing and went above and beyond for us, we truly could not have chosen a better team to coordinate our wedding. We owe a huge part of having the wedding of our dreams to them!.
My Husband and I would 10000% hire stop and stare over and over again. My advice to any couple out there in search for a wedding coordinator who is professional, well organized, genuinely kind, upbeat, fun,sweet and that will truly care about you guys and your wedding HIRE THEM! We were so fortunate to have the best of the best.

ng process that we wanted a day-of-planner (It's so worth it!). Stop and Stare Events was on the list of recommended vendors from our venue, and I’m really glad we went with them. Leading up to the wedding they were easy to communicate with, and even gave some additional advice (outside of their initial scope of services) when finalizing things with our caterer and make-up/hair vendors. The month before the wedding Michelle prepared our day-of timeline, and confirmed/arranged all of the drop-off/pick-ups with vendors. The day of the wedding Michelle and her assistant arrived on schedule and kept the ball rolling the entire evening. Everything ran so smoothly. My husband and I were able to enjoy our big evening without having anything to worry about any of the details.

We met in person three times before the wedding so I could outline my vision and vendors with her, discuss all of the details regarding my decor, and pick up the decor and essentials (ex. Marriage license and vendors' tips) a week prior to the wedding. She created a thorough timeline based on how I wanted the wedding to flow, and provided recommendations when fit. Although I am a planner by nature, Korin did find areas I did not account for that only a wedding planner would think about. It was great having an expert.

Since we paid for our wedding ourselves, my goal was to find the best coordinator I could find for the best value. From the start she was quick to provide super valuable feedback of my ideas. Her vendor references and insight through the process were all top notch She knows EVERYONE and had references for any price point. She really respected where we were budget wise, and also respected our time and was super flexible leading up to our day. My wedding itself was very challenging -a multi level outdoor estate location that was up and down stairs, with family that was sensitive to each other, and I was a bit OCD and very specific with how I wanted things to look. I made this ridiculous spreadsheet of large and small details, and she was not phased the least bit -- she handled everything with grace and professionalism, and made sure it was all executed day of. She also contacted all of my vendors without me having to ask and took SO MUCH off of my plate making sure everyone was squared away right before my wedding.
My wedding was undoubtedly my dream come true, and I really do owe a part of that joy to Kristen and her team. Her DAY-OF performance and rehearsal walk thru performance was SUPERB. She managed my huge wedding party (of seemingly wild adult children) so so well, and had so many great ideas to improve the flow, where people stood with the space, etc. etc. She really thinks of many details that you don't think of, and quite frankly, don't want to be worried about on your wedding day. She took every worry off of my shoulders and even when there were issues, she handled it without me even knowing. She is the best liaison for any bride, her wedding party, the event itself and your vendors. I cannot speak more highly of her and her team, and her husband.

rdinator but it was the best money I ever spent and I'm so glad she was there. There are so many details a bride needs to think about and she took care of everything. I think the most important part was so took that stress off my shoulders and I didn't worry she I had 100% confidence in her to make the night seamless. And oh man did she deliver.
She went to our venue on her own time with the DJ and they mapped out a floor plan for us. Who does that?!! Kristen does. It was something I was stressing about and she just took that right off my plate. Then we had a decor meeting and she went home and did a mock up table on her own dollar to give me an idea of how our tables would look.
She also gave me some great ideas on how to tie together my theme with some backlighting, pipe and drape and some small floral arrangements. She helped me save so much money buy being creative and honest about what I really needed and didn't need.
She took care of ordering my floral arrangements (she drove all the way to Fullerton for me!), ordered napkins/linens, ordered and coordinated pipe and drape, ordered my seating chart banner and affixed it, coordinated my cake delivery an payment, coordinated my party rental delivery, venue details everything my god she is incredible.
The week of my wedding she offered to pick up all my decor and bring it to the venue for us. That was seriously the best thing ever. I had no clue how I was going to get everything there and she just took that off my plate in one swoop.
The night before my wedding she emailed me all the balances left due and made my accounting easy and straightforward. I put all the amounts due in little envelopes and my mother in law delivered them to her on our wedding day.
On the day of my wedding she didn't bother me with any details, she took care of EVERYTHING. It was the most relaxing day. When my husband and I arrived for our grand entrance I was stunned it all looked so magical. The day was perfect I wouldn't have changed a single thing.
After the reception was over she stayed to break down and pack up everything. When I came the next day everything was labeled and organized.
I'm so impressed with Stop and Stare Events. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Kristen!!
