I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Julie was wonderful to work with. She listened to our requests, stayed in constant contact throughout the planning phase and made our ceremony so special! We couldn’t have picked a better fit.

Julie was INCREDIBLE!!! We are so thankful that we chose to work with Storied Celebrations for our wedding and have Julie officiate for us. There is no one that could have done a more beautiful job officiating our wedding. From the first moment we spoke with Julie up until the day of our wedding, we felt so calm and at ease knowing that she would do such an amazing job as our officiant. She was professional, kind, genuine, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire process leading up to our wedding. Julie spent time speaking with us during our planning meetings in order to ensure that our ceremony was everything that we dreamt of, which it truly was! We are so happy that Julie and Storied Celebrations were the ones to begin our marriage and highly recommend their services to any couple looking to get married!

Julie was simply the best! She got to know us, wrote a beautiful personalized ceremony, and helped us with all of the paperwork that comes with getting married. So many guests told us they loved how personal our ceremony was and how Julie told a special story about us. She gave us a wonderful binder with all of our information/copies as well as a keepsake. The officiant was the last thing we decided on for our wedding. We were so indecisive about having a friend officiate the wedding vs having a stranger officiate it (we had a non-religious ceremony so a religious leader was not an option). We are SO HAPPY we decided to hire a professional officiant, and especially happy that we specifically hired Julie at Storied Celebrations!!!!! It took SO much of the stress off of the wedding planning. Julie has officiated many non-religious ceremonies so she has tons of suggestions of non-religious readings, vows, etc. She has a great presence and made the ceremony feel comfortable even though we had only known her for a short time! She also shares helpful information on the marriage license and how to change your last name if that is what you choose. I trusted her with turning all of our paperwork in to the county so that we could get off to our honeymoon the next day! We had our marriage license processed before we even returned home from the honeymoon!

My husband and I got married in October and we chose Julie from storied celebrations to be our officiant! It was the best decision we could have made! She was so kind, organized and put together a beautiful ceremony for us. She customized it in a way that fit us perfectly and made us feel so comfortable the day of the wedding! We were so lucky to find Julie through a friend who also used Julie as her officiant! Julie was so wonderful throughout the whole process. My Husband and I got married on September 1st 2023 with Paster Deb. We just saw our wedding video and we fell in love with the way our ceremony went once again. Paster Deb was amazing for us. We are Christian and we wanted to have a religious ceremony making sure we felt blessed and that the presence of God was there. Paster Deb had amazing prayers and blessings, we could not be any happier by how it all went! She was with us every step of the way before the ceremony as well, meeting with us via video and educating us on how to get the marriage license and other details. Julie was an absolute superstar, making the ceremony one of the greatest highlights of our day and giving us amazing memories. She was great to work with from day one. Her responses were always prompt, professional, and helpful. We did the “storied celebration” package and were so happy we did. We had an initial planning meeting to discuss the services she would be providing, and then she gave us questionnaires to fill out, both about what we wanted the ceremony to look like, and about our relationship and what information we wanted her to share about us with our guests. She took our ideas and wishes and turned them into a thoughtful and heartfelt ceremony. I would recommend her again and again.

Hiring Julie was one of the top 5 best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. She played a key factor in making our wedding ceremony the most special, memorable part of our entire day. Julie put together a ceremony that was everything we wanted and more. We wanted a ceremony that was full of not only love but laughter, and she did exactly just that! She made our guests both laugh and cry. We received countless compliments about our ceremony on how loving, intimate, and engaging it was from many of our guests. Someone said they want to get married just to have her do it. It was truly perfect. She is very organized and detailed with every step of the process. She really listens to what you want in your ceremony and crafts it to be very personal based on your love story. She went above and beyond by putting quotes from our favorite songs. She also gave us the idea to play Tic Tac Toe to see who will read their vows first, which we loved! We can’t recommend Julie enough if you are looking for an officiant who has true passion and love for what they do.

The connection we felt with Julie from the moment we met with her was undeniable! She made the process and planning for the ceremony as easy as possible and we are forever grateful. Julie did a perfect job officiating our wedding. We had a traumatic passing in the family a few weeks before the wedding and she did a wonderful job making the ceremony sentimental enough that people cried but adding just enough humor that no one was sobbing! So many guests asked if she knew us because of how personal she made the whole ceremony. I couldn’t recommend Julie enough to anyone getting married in the future! Can I give more than five stars !? Julie is AMAZING. I would recommend her to anyone! She is organized, effective, and efficient when communicating and planning your day to you! She is the calm to your day! Her presence is warm and inviting. The story she formulated was truly our love story and captured us so well. She not only planned our day but ensured we had the proper instructions for after! How to change your name, provided a binder and proper instructions to make the process less worrisome. She is the best.

We had Deb as our officiant and she was so kind , funny , and professional. She made our day really come together. She was amazing so sweet and great to work with. She really came through on our special day.

I cannot stress how much I recommend Julie!!! I'm pretty sure she was my favorite vendor of the entire day. She was so prepared the day of and throughout the entire wedding process and helped put our worries regarding the ceremony to rest. Her presence was truly SO comforting as we exchanged our vows. Julie was such a pleasure to work with - start to finish! Upon our first virtual meeting, we had no doubt that she was the right fit for us. Julie was so amazing to work with and definitely one of the best choices we made when planning our wedding! Where do I even begin!? Julie is thee most amazing wedding officiant ever and she made our ceremony everything we dreamed of and more! Booking with her was so easy because she is great with communicating and quick to respond. She is so knowledgeable about wedding ceremonies no matter what religion, and has pages and pages of readings and vows to chose from. The "Love Story" was one of my favorite parts! Julie truly gets to know you in just a few meetings/emails and puts together an amazing story that has your guests laughing and crying at the same time! We are still receiving compliments on our ceremony weeks later, and I cannot stop watching our wedding video with Julie's words as the background! If I could give Julie more than 5 starts I would!! She made our wedding ceremony absolutely amazing. She takes so much time to make it exactly how you want it. I can’t recommend enough for everyone to do the love story!! Our guests LOVED IT. It brought so many laughs and tears to everyone. Working with Julie was nothing short of a dream. She is kind, professional, and courteous. She writes beautifully and our ceremony was magnificent. Julie told our story so beautifully, and we especially loved how we “built our own” ceremony using Julie’s questionnaire and templates she sent over. I wish I could give Julie more than 5 stars! She was amazing to work with, from our first video consultation all the way through the wedding day. Julie is so fun, personable, and well spoken. We did the "Love Story" package with her, and the questions she asked us were so thorough and thoughtful, and helped her write an incredibly beautiful and moving ceremony that was the perfect length (~25 minutes) and really reflected our relationship well. She even helped us write in a super fun tradition that combined a Czech (myself) ceremony tradition with an Italian (my husband) one! Julie is also great under pressure - at the last minute, we had to move our ceremony inside because of storms, and she was so quick to make sure everything ran smoothly and ensure us that the ceremony would still be spectacular - which it was! As a bonus, the rain cleared quickly, and we were able to do the second half of the ceremony outside! Our guests absolutely loved the ceremony as well, and paid so many compliments to us about how personal and well-written it was, and how well Julie delivered it. Julie is an absolute sweetheart, incredibly professional and helpful, and should absolutely be your next vendor hire!

We found Storied Celebrations through a wedding expo, and we're so happy we did. Julie did an amazing job and made us feel comfortable and special throughout the whole process. The weather on the big day was iffy, but Julie didn't bat an eye. We're so thankful for her!

Julie was the perfect match for us. We were looking for an officiant who could help us customize a non-denominational ceremony. After interviewing a few different people, I really connected with Julie's warm personality, but also her real interest in getting to know us as a couple. She had a lot of great materials for us to use to think about different readings, vow options, traditions & rituals. We did a ring warming ceremony and it was one of my favorite parts - our parents who are religious were able to "warm our rings" by holding them and giving them a silent blessing. It was a great way to honor them while keeping the rest of our ceremony non-denominational. She crafted a beautiful “Love Story” for us. On the day of the wedding, she was a huge comfort. She arrived early, and I saw her connecting with our photographer and musicians to make sure everything was set up. She was a calming presence, coming into the bridal suite walking through last minute suggestions keeping me at ease. And most importantly, during the ceremony she was fantastic. The ceremony was the perfect mix of light-hearted and funny, while also being serious/emotional. I am so glad I have a video of my ceremony - I have probably re-watched it 30x!

Julie was the officiant at our wedding at the beginning of September 2021. The wedding was at a beautiful location, and was very unorganized when it came to event coordinators and communication, we were an out of state couple, getting married in PA, and were nervous about the final details that needed to go into our day. Julie was AMAZING, assuring us that everything would go as we had planned, and would be seamless. She came to the rehearsal and worked out all of the confusion about details that there was between us and the venue. We chose the Simple and Sweet package, and it was perfect. Julie made our ceremony personalized and unique. The whole evening, after the ceremony, everyone talked about how great she was and how personal the ceremony was. We would HIGHLY recommend Julie, and her company Storied Celebrations to anyone in need of an officiant for their wedding in northeast PA!

Julie was the absolute most amazing officiant we could have found for our wedding. Before we found her, we struggled to find an officiant that wasn't either 100 years old or that typically focused all of their ceremonies entirely on religion (not our thing). From our first meeting with Julie, she was so on top of everything and immediately just GOT us. It was important for us to make sure our ceremony was as personal as possible, and she was able to write a beautiful ceremony that we and our guests will remember forever - definitely get the "love story" option if you are able to! We alternated between weeping and laughing the entire time, which is exactly what our goal was for our day. She kept everyone calm, transitioned things smoothly and most importantly really captured who we are for our wedding. ALSO - there was an issue with our marriage license being sent to us and the day before the wedding we still didn't have the complete certificate. Julie handled calling the office and getting us everything we needed so I wasn't hyperventilating all day. She made sure we were calm and knew that she had control of the situation, which was both impressive and saved me from panic attacks. I wish we could get married again just so we could hire her another time for something!

I chose Julie as my wedding officiant because I saw how beautiful she told another couple’s love story at their wedding. Because of a covid wedding postponement I got lucky she was available on my new postponed date. She met with us over zoom and spent time reviewing our vows to make sure they were ready for the wedding day. I could tell she spent a lot of time reading through our responses and creating the best story special to us. I love the small details she put into our story and could tell how unique to us it was. The way she speaks and her flow of the ceremony made our guests emotional with tears and laughter. I heard from a few guest that they would like to use her too. During our ceremony when it began to hail she addressed it with a joke and lead everyone under the awning safe from the rain. Besides the part that she made our ceremony so lovely I am so thankful that she went above and beyond on our wedding day when rain changed our plans. She was fine with moving our time back in hopes the rain would stop and took the place of the Breakers on the Ocean staff who had no idea what to do to make our outdoor wedding work. I’m so thankful that Julie was creative and proactive that day to come up with a plan that could make the ceremony still work. This wasn’t her role that day but she filled a void and I’m so grateful. She saved us when our wedding venue staff didn’t. I’m looking forward to reading again and keeping the beautiful keepsake she made us of our ceremony. I would definitely recommend her for your ceremony!

We got married August of 2020. The person who had originally planned on officiating our wedding canceled a month before the the big day, so were in dire need of finding a new one last-minute. Our wedding venue recommended Julie, so we searched her on Facebook and reviewed a few of the wedding videos she had posted. We instantly loved her energy and the style in which she spoke. Soon thereafter, we had a video call with her during which we got to know one another better and review what we wanted our ceremony to look like. It was such a fun process, and Julie made us feel so comfortable! She was able to send us multiple ceremony options, and we had the opportunity to customize specific things we wanted mentioned. She was very responsive during the entire process and made us feel extremely heard and understood! On the day of, Julie did an amazing job officiating our wedding, especially given the bouts of thunder you could hear in the background. She used her bright personality and humor to make everything so seamless and natural. She had my husband and I, along with all of our guests, smiling ear to ear! We are so grateful that Julie was our officiant, especially so last-minute!

We hired Julie for our wedding this August and we had a great experience! We were planning from Michigan - but were able to meet & connect over Skype several times, which made the process very seamless. On the big day, Julie was well-prepared and very professional! Many of our guests remarked on how perfect our ceremony was - there was laughter, tears and many special moments. 10/10 Would recommend!
