d how beautiful and personalized our ceremony was. Our ceremony was probably one of the most complimented things of our wedding. We originally had a someone else officiating our wedding who fell through less than 2 months before the wedding- but we ended up being so grateful that this lead us to finding Julie! She got to work immediately with us, offering a no commitment video chat to get to know each other to see if she was good fit for us, and that was amazing- we ended up asking to sign with her right after meeting! We opted for the storied ceremony which was so personalized and incredible, Julie was quick to get a draft written after we answered the questionaries and she made as many edits and adjustments as we needed until it was exactly what we wanted! She made herself very available via email and phone, on top of the multiple scheduled meetings we had with her. She also met with us when we had everything set so we could go through how the ceremony would run and what to expect, and also provided us guidance on what to practice/ review, and tips to make sure we felt prepared. She got to the venue early before the ceremony to meet with our coordinators, and our DJ to go over music cues/ processional music etc, and also made sure to come meet both of us to make sure we were comfortable and ready, which was wonderful because it gave us some peace of mind knowing she and we were on the same page and knew what we needed to do. I can’t express how grateful we are that our planning path led us to Julie because she crafted the most personalized and magical ceremony- she asked us if we wanted a light hearted, emotional, funny, etc vibe and we wanted an emotional tear jerking ceremony, with some laughs and lighthearted moments mixed in, and she did exactly that! She had all our guests, and us, laughing and crying, and I don’t think anyone else could’ve made a more perfect ceremony for us. It was so personalized that we had a few guests who were shocked to hear that we didn’t write the scripts ourselves, and also that we didn’t know Julie at all until we hired her 2 months before the wedding (it was so wonderful some people thought she was a friend!). She took care to ask us questions that we hadn’t even thought of (how do you want to be announced? How do you want the hand-off to go with your father? We loved getting on zoom meetings with her because her personality is just infectious. She truly cares about creating your dream ceremony and has so much knowledge and many ideas to help along the way. We were able to create a completely unique and fun ceremony that all of our guests were raving about afterwards! The day of the wedding, Julie made sure she came and saw us and our bridal party to go over logistics before the ceremony. She saved the day and was able to put together a truly beautiful ceremony despite the quick turnaround. The ceremony was thoughtful and unique and really told our love story. When it came to planning our ceremony she gave us so much information, different unity cermonies, vows, readings, etc. We had so much to choose from which is amazing, when you want this to be as perfect as possible. We loved how informative she was and easy she was to work with! She helped us know when and where to apply for our marraige liscense and after the wedding she handled sending it to the county. When things needed to be changed or tweaked she was more than happy to do so. On the day of when the memorial flowers weren't delivered and we had to improvise with the toss boquet, she was able to adjust and change the wording so it didn't say roses and just said boquet. I would recommend Julie to anyone who needs an officient, she is so kind, sweet, and caring. Julie was the perfect officient for our wedding and we are so grateful to her, I mean without her we wouldn't be married lol.

We did the "Love Story" package with her, and the questions she asked us were so thorough and thoughtful, and helped her write an incredibly beautiful and moving ceremony that was the perfect length (~25 minutes) and really reflected our relationship well. She even helped us write in a super fun tradition that combined a Czech (myself) ceremony tradition with an Italian (my husband) one! Julie is also great under pressure - at the last minute, we had to move our ceremony inside because of storms, and she was so quick to make sure everything ran smoothly and ensure us that the ceremony would still be spectacular - which it was! As a bonus, the rain cleared quickly, and we were able to do the second half of the ceremony outside! Our guests absolutely loved the ceremony as well, and paid so many compliments to us about how personal and well-written it was, and how well Julie delivered it. Julie is an absolute sweetheart, incredibly professional and helpful, and should absolutely be your next vendor hire!

connected with Julie's warm personality, but also her real interest in getting to know us as a couple. She had a lot of great materials for us to use to think about different readings, vow options, traditions & rituals. We did a ring warming ceremony and it was one of my favorite parts - our parents who are religious were able to "warm our rings" by holding them and giving them a silent blessing. It was a great way to honor them while keeping the rest of our ceremony non-denominational. She crafted a beautiful “Love Story” for us. On the day of the wedding, she was a huge comfort. She arrived early, and I saw her connecting with our photographer and musicians to make sure everything was set up. She was a calming presence, coming into the bridal suite walking through last minute suggestions keeping me at ease. And most importantly, during the ceremony she was fantastic. The ceremony was the perfect mix of light-hearted and funny, while also being serious/emotional. I am so glad I have a video of my ceremony - I have probably re-watched it 30x!

ypically focused all of their ceremonies entirely on religion (not our thing). From our first meeting with Julie, she was so on top of everything and immediately just GOT us. It was important for us to make sure our ceremony was as personal as possible, and she was able to write a beautiful ceremony that we and our guests will remember forever - definitely get the "love story" option if you are able to! We alternated between weeping and laughing the entire time, which is exactly what our goal was for our day. She kept everyone calm, transitioned things smoothly and most importantly really captured who we are for our wedding. ALSO - there was an issue with our marriage license being sent to us and the day before the wedding we still didn't have the complete certificate. Julie handled calling the office and getting us everything we needed so I wasn't hyperventilating all day. She made sure we were calm and knew that she had control of the situation, which was both impressive and saved me from panic attacks. I wish we could get married again just so we could hire her another time for something!
