Story Lantern Photography

We had decided to do a destination and themed wedding. It was fun putting together but it was interesting trying to pick the perfect vendors for all aspects when we live in Eugene and we had planned on getting married in Sun River. I was looking for a photographer in the Bend/Redmond area for the occasion and after looking at several photographers photos online and emailing some I chose to go with Story Lantern Photography. Jarred was very good about getting back to me, answering any questions I had all the way through the process. We had not met face to face until the wedding day and I was little nervous but he was so easy to work with. Thought the ceremony I had many compliments regarding Jarred and how easily he blended in as if he were a guest who just happened to be the photographer. That was huge for us in the fact that he got some really good candid photos of not only the wedding party but the guests and family. We had done some photos outside as well as inside and they turned out amazing. I am very impressed with every aspect of working with Jarred and recommend Story Lantern anyone looking.

I am so impressed by Jerrad's work at Story Lantern Photography. I called/emailed/messaged over 50 photographers in Oregon when I was first deciding on our photographer and was the most impressed by Story Lantern because of the quality of the photos, the value of the wedding package, and the genuine care that seemed to go into the galleries on their website. We did our engagement photos with Jerrad in March of 2016 and he matched our "vintage elegance" theme perfectly and captured some extremely special moments. On our wedding, he was professional, kind, had great advice for photos, and captured so many moments. I have full confidence that our wedding photos are going to be lovely and special! We hired Story Lantern to photograph our wedding after searching high and low on the internet for photographers who didn't charge half of our wedding budget. There were a few things that were most important to us: 1. Price for full day of coverage, 2. We got to keep and own all of our photos (and print them anywhere), 3. Have beautiful photos to remember our day. Story Lantern nailed all of them. Jerrad and Stasha were an amazing team and captured every part of our big day. We couldn't be happier with the photos we have. The quality and color are stunning. Jerrad was really easy to work with and super fast to respond any time I had a question. We hadn't planned on doing engagement photos, but they came with the package that we booked and we are SO GLAD that we had them done. Jerrad met us at Suttle Lake with no extra travel charge and we had our sweet, cute, amazing photos back within 3 weeks. Our wedding photos took exactly 2 months to receive, but we were given a sneak preview of about 10 photos within about a month. We were very happy with the amount of time and the amount of photos. We just had them printed and some blown up very large (20x30). Quality and clarity are still great. THANK YOU Jerrad and Stasha for all your hard work! I barely noticed you were there but you captured so many great moments that we get to remember forever through your work.
