We kept getting pointed in Jen's direction - and let me tell you - it was the best decision we made. Jen made the wedding planning process seamless from the minute we hired her. She was organized with each of our vendors, focused on what I wanted, and was the core they kept us afloat when things went wrong. As luck would have it, we ended up have to re-plan our entire wedding after I had a medical emergency just a week before our original wedding date. When my mom called Jen to break the news, Jen immediately stepped right back into coordinator mode to inform all my vendors, help get flowers sold, cancel and reschedule plans, etc. She did all of this without a single complaint or question asked. I cannot tell you how much easier she made the entire situation for us, as this could have easily caused a lot of panic for my family during what was already a difficult time. Once we were able to get the wedding plans rescheduled, Jen was right there again with contracts, communication, etc. She executed the day flawlessly, and was even able to accommodate last minute requests from us that day. I can say with certainty that I (and my mom!!) wouldn't have had as much fun or felt as relaxed on the wedding day if we hadn't had Jen.
