Our wedding was amazing! Stacey truly knows how to make your day as stress free and easy as possible. She also helped us prior to the wedding since we were an out of town couple. She not only met with the florist and designed the whole reception but also was in contact with all our other vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. We hired Storybook Wedding & Events (SBWE) to host a crucial corporate customer event in Temecula. This event was critical in growing our business. Our event incorporated a site tour and three winery tours. I was highly impressed with the principal owner's level of detail and professionalism, Stacey. While I have experience in event planning, Stacey brought a new level of detail and pointed out things that I overlooked. I was also very impressed by how she cared about how my guests would enjoy and feel at each venue. Stacey went above and beyond by preparing gift bags for all of our guests and quickly learned the benefits of our company so that she could be an additional sales and marketing person while being our host. Experiencing her top-notched execution, I have already recommended SBWE to friends who are getting married later this year. I have worked with many coordinators and hospitality professionals, and Stacey far exceeded my expectations. She is truly a master of her craft.

We got married at Vista Valley Country Club and we are SO happy we chose Stacey as our wedding coordinator. She went above and beyond to make sure all details were covered during the planning process, and she ensured the wedding day ran perfectly. There are so many moving parts to a wedding - I cannot imagine doing it all without her. She guided us every step of the way, kept us stress-free, and always had a fun, positive attitude. Whenever an unexpected problem arose, she handled it with expertise and erased our worries. She executed our vision perfectly and was an advocate for us when we needed it. Of note, she stuck with us through a 17 month wedding date delay due to the COVID pandemic! In the end, she felt like a friend to us. Our experience with her was nothing short of exceptional. Her planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination with all Aspects of this process was first class. She approached every situation with compassion, sincerity and professionalism. She was always able to resolve every issue with creative and cost effective solution. Her flowers were amazing and totally over the top beautiful. Everyone in the wedding party knew what their role and responsibility was and was on time and in position. Stacey was amazing for our big day! She gave a lot of help and guidance leading up to the wedding, and getting to use aisleplanner is great for keeping all of the wedding info organized. We appreciated her check-ins, and the reminders for things that need to be done early that are easy to forget about. We had a decent-sized bridal party, so we needed a planner who could get everyone to pay attention and listen for what needed to be done/ what was next and we knew Stacey had the personality to wrangle everyone! Also, my venues grounds were huge, and Stacey REALLY kept the wheels on and kept us on time for the wedding day. The day went amazingly, everything was beautiful. I told her I was slightly worried about not eating or drinking enough water and she checked in often and had water or appetizers for me. Also, our officiant was a close friend who had never officiated a wedding before, so she had some great tips for him that none of us had thought of. Would highly recommend!

Thank you to Stacey and her team for their outstanding service! They definitely went above and beyond by proving several recommendations and other vendor resources that were excellent. Their open air photo booth is a must have for any celebration as they supplied unlimited photos, a wonderful backdrop and all of the fun photo booth options. They even gave us online copies of all photos taken at the booth. Stacey was always available for my endless questions and handled every conversation with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Stacy was wonderful to work with. The food and DJ services she worked with were amazing... I still miss my appetizers. She brought my #Merica dream wedding come to life. Even in the midst of RAIN coming in the day of, moving an entire outside venue inside, it couldn't of worked out better. Stacy kept me calm while I have a freak out moment. It was the best wedding I have ever been too and it was my wedding! She made sure every need was met and exceeded my expectations.

Everything about my daughters wedding was taken off my shoulders by Stacey and her staff. It was so nice to just relax and let her handle all the details. The wedding was held at Hawk Ranch in Murrieta and it was to be an outside wedding and of course in the midnight hour we have rain in the forecast. Plan B and all tables went inside with beautiful decorations. We were very happy. Everyone had such a good time. Her recommendations for photographer and DJ were spot on. Thank you Stacey for all your hard work.

My fiancé and I set up a site tour for a wedding here with coordinator Stacey on August 11th and she picked Aug 23 at 1pm. We said great. I asked if it was ok to being my SO's 3.5 year old as we were coming from a couple hours away and weren't sure if grandparents could watch him. She said no problem. I waited the two weeks until our tour and we left our home at 11am to give us plenty of time to get up there. While I'm driving, she texts me at 12:01 to tell me "I'm sorry, I have to move your appointment to 4. Is that ok?" For one, I'm driving and using my phone for nav so I can't just hand my phone off to have my fiancé text her while I'm driving. We were about 30 minutes away and already through the Cajon Pass by this time, and for all she knew we had a 3.5 year old with us on a 100° day. For two, for the love of professionalism, CALL WHEN YOU HAVE TO RESCHEDULE SOMEONE! My fiancé tried to text her back for a few moments but I needed my directions as I was getting off the freeway. She still hadnt responded. I tried to call, left a voicemail. She texted back 5 minutes later saying there was a staffing problem, if I can't do 4, she can try to do 2. "Please confirm". At this point it's 12:45 and I'm 5 minutes from parking on the site. So I texted her back then and told her we had just parked, hoping maybe she'd at least take a moment to come apologize or do or say something to us in person. We waited 15 minutes in 100° weather two hours from home. We had another appointment an hour away that I had carefully planned to give us an hour and a half to check out the venue. But 2 wouldn't give time. My fiancé texts her saying we waited 15 more minutes for a response and we will be leaving, will not use their venue, and will not recommend. Her only response was " Ok thank you have a great rest of your day and best wishes!" which was the "friendliest" message I had received in all our correspondence. We are terribly disappointed in their complete lack of professionalism, and I would never want to leave my wedding in her hands. We felt this could have been handled much better and we wouldn't be as upset, but she lacked any care in the world. Btw, I'm the "too kind for my own good" type, and my fiancé would not have been as kind as I was in my review Whatever event was going on, we saw no other masks, but we also refused to wander further than our vehicle since we just wanted to stretch our legs after a very long, very hot drive. After I posted this review to the venue's yelp page she continued to text me and attempt to guilt shame me for even posting my experience. I didn't think to find the event coordinator page until I confirmed similar experiences with someone else and they brought to my attention that this event company was indeed separate from the venue (although related) and this event coordinating info was found in a completely different county. Stacey is absolutely correct; her reviews will speak for themselves. Save yourself the hassle, because we would have been mortified if this was our wedding DAY and not just the tour - handled incredibly unprofessionally.

Stacey was amazing for our wedding in November! I have no experience decorating or being creative in any sort of way so the thought trying to make my wedding look good was completely overwhelming to me. All I had to do was discuss with Stacey over the phone a couple times with what my thoughts / visions were and day of she totally hit the nail on the head! She exceeded my expectations on everything and it looked absolutely perfect!! It was a November wedding and we were using "quartz" as our bridesmaid dresses and wanted some decor on our wooden arch and greenery arrangements on the chairs down the isle. I just had to show her a couple instagram posts and she delivered perfectly! Also (and more importantly) she was patient and completely willing to work within our budget (unlike many other florists I spoke with on the phone prior to meeting her). I almost gave up on getting professional floral arrangements until she I spoke w her and she was so flexible and helped me articulate my vision. So needless to say I recommend and you wont be disappointed!!

Stacey was great when we met with her but we understood we wouldn’t be able to have her for day of coordinating because she was already booked; so we were given one of her coordinators she has staffed. The day of coordinating was incredibly disappointing. Annber, who was our coordinator, was rude to me, the bride, several times; didn’t have champagne poured for toasts; and failed to complete numerous other things we were promised. She was also rude to various family members, our florist, and others. Luckily, it didn’t ruin the day. The most disappointing part of it all though, is when i reached out to Stacey after just to inform her; I was essentially told that none of that happened and I was lying.

I dont even know where to begin. Hiring Stacey and her team was one of the best wedding decisions I have ever made for my daughter! After doing our research, we finally set up a consult with Stacey. During our consult and per our discussion we knew she was who my daughter needed. Stacey and her team stopped at nothing to make sure we had the most incredible day of our lives! Their execution and delivery from the months leading up the wedding and especially the day of were completely flawless. My daughter was calm the entire time and my gut and heart knew we were in good hands. There is no limit that can capture all that storybook has done for us and I will forever be grateful for them. If anyone is looking for a coordinator that will guide you through the entire planning process and see through the day with both the highest professionalism and finesse, you will be making the best decision hiring Stacey.

Stacey is absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for me and my event, I cant thank her enough! She had done all my flower arrangements and all I did was send her a few pictures and talked about my vision of what I was looking for and she rocked it. All my arrangements were better than I could even imagine. Thank you Stacey and your team I couldnt have done it without you!

I will NEVER recommend this coordination to anyone. She bailed on us after making a $1k mistake that she asked us to cover, and when we are upset with having to cover her mistake she chose to pull out of our wedding - leaving us with zero wedding coordination and a major mess to clean up 9 days prior to our wedding. Stacey Rayburn was highly unprofessional, unreasonable, rude, scattered, and clearly cannot handle a very concerned and stressed out couple who chose to only speak to her with professionalism and kindness after being let down by her SEVERAL times. Please please please take my advice if you are the type who reads contracts, wants the most out of the service you are overpaying for, and wants your wedding coordinator to spell your name correctly! I am posting this review out of love and concern to all of the brides out there who should experience nothing but happiness throughout their wedding planning as should be the happiest time for you. xoxo, bride

I just want to start off by saying how professional, patient, and kind Stacey is. Shes extremely organized, has excellent time-management skills and multi-tasks under pressure most people couldn't handle. Shes also crazy knowledgeable and passionate in what she does. She 100% catered to my needs and wants as a bride and stressed the importance to stay on budget as much as possible. She was always willing to offer contacts that best suited our needs and never pressured any vendors that were over budget. She's also really friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to. I never felt embarrassed or scared to reach out to her and I really felt comfortable as if i was talking with a friend. With her crazy busy schedule, she always made time out of the day to speak over the phone than through text. Those type of things really made me feel valued as bride. My husband, huge bridal party of 18, family, friends, and all vendors LOVED working with her and had positive things to say about her. I'm so happy I made the decision to have Stacey coordinate my wedding at Hawk Ranch. I'm really just impressed and honored to have had her throughout this whole experience. It truly was a day we will never forget and that's all thanks to Stacey and her team.

Stacey did an exceptional job. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about my experience working with her. She exceeded my expectations. I really had no clue what I was doing but Stacey made the process so enjoyable and so easy on me and my now husband. She was very responsive and knows her stuff. My wedding was at Avensole Winery in Temecula which is a beautiful venue. We got married under an arbor that Stacey decorated beautifully with flowers and greenery. I had a somewhat small budget that she was more than willing to work with and gave me the best results. My flowers were amazing, she really went above and beyond. I can’t tell you how happy I was when I took a step back and looked at how beautiful everything looked. I would 100% recommend Storybook Wedding and Events, there is no doubt in my mind that I would work with Stacey again. Thank you Stacey you’re the best!!!

Have you ever been told “Only the best is good enough for you”? Well I’ll tell you what, if you are a bride, you deserve the absolute best and that’s exactly what Stacey is! The absolute best!!! I am that girl who thinks she can plan it all and do it all on her own. In fact, I didn’t even want to book Stacey because I thought to myself why do I need a wedding planner/ day of coordinator? I’m already halfway through planning my wedding and almost done. But boy was I wrong. Stacey was the answer to all my prayers I didn’t know I needed! Without her my wedding wouldn’t of gone as smooth as it did!! She made sure my dream come true wedding was brought to life, and if anything went wrong. I didn’t even know about it because she handled it for me. If you are planning a wedding and are on the edge of not knowing if you need a wedding coordinator. You do. It’s a nice piece of mind and honestly let someone else worry about the things that go wrong and let Stacey fix it for you because she will. She is such a charm and amazing to work with. Stacey is so talented and truly creates the most beautiful flower arrangement! From our glamorous, yet elegant centerpiece and bouquets to our boutonnieres and cake flowers! Her knowledge, experience, and overall attention to detail comes through in her work. The flower arrangements were all magnificent and we received so many compliments throughout the evening!! The way Stacey arranged our stunning centerpieces was exactly what I had envisioned for our special day and they will be something I will cherish forever when I look back at our photos! We highly recommend working with Stacey and we look forward to using her services in the future.

Stacy, was my coordinator for my wedding and she did a wonderful job! She was attuned to every detail and communicated effectively with all my vendors! She has a wonderful personality and connected with everybody. All my bridesmaids made good comments about her the day of the wedding. One of my bridemaid said, " she is firm and sweet and very respectful and always mindful about what the wedding party wanted." I honestly felt like she was part of my wedding and helped my wedding experience be amazing! I will hands down recommend her 100 percent and I will vouche that you will not regret having her as your coordinator. She communicated with me throughout the wedding process and gave me ideas. I felt like I walked out also making a friend. So brides, if you're looking for someone that is genuine, sweet and caring, stacy is your person. She made sure everything was absolutely perfect and I am still getting phone calls and text messages on how beautifully she decorated our venue! Stacey and her crew at Storybook Weddings quietly set up for my daughter's wedding, bringing my daughter's vision to life. They followed the instructions my daughter had provided beautifully. And then Stacey made sure our event not only started on time but ran smoothly throughout. Stacey made sure everyone was where they needed to be at the right time without being pushy. Really appreciated how professional and unobtrusive the crew were.

Stacey & Annber were awesome to work with! Stacey helped me with the planning and the design side. I started working on a lot of it before I met Stacey, and I had a vision that I wanted in place, but didn't have the expertise or the time (3.5 month engagement!) to finalize the details. Stacey did such a great job of helping me finalize details and helping me pick out finishes and she even put together a mock table for us where we could physically see the table setup to help us choose our details. It was such an amazing touch! She also put me in contact with a baker she works with and she made such amazing desserts for our table! For being such a short timeframe, Stacey was so on top of our timing and gave me reminders to make sure everything was ordered with enough time to spare. The day of the wedding, Annber did a wonderful job from coordinating and setting everything up to handing out tips to our vendors. We loved everything about their team and am so appreciative and thankful that we found them and were able to use them for our wedding! Definitely would not have been the wedding it was without their help!

Stacey saved our wedding!! When our first wedding planner flaked on us and left my (then) fiance high and dry, we were left scrambling and trying to figure out what to do. Luckily, my sister recommended Stacey (as she was her wedding planner/florist). Stacey has been nothing but professional, kind, warm and prompt with all her replies to all our questions and concerns. One of my wife's coworkers had suggested Storybook Weddings since she used them as well for her own wedding. We booked Stacey for full coordination of our wedding (including day-of) and floral. Stacey really relieved stressed for the both of us, since we didn't have a clue the first thing about wedding planning. She was very helpful in suggesting accommodations for our guests (vacation home rentals or airbnb instead of traditional hotels), making our florals to fit our budget, planning out the timeline, etc. Everything went so smoothly on our special day. Stacey will make sure to keep you on scheduled for wedding planning. She even worked with our vendors to ensure everything was according to plan. My wife loved her flower arrangements during our wedding. I would highly recommend her. She was well worth every dollar!

We got engaged in July 2018 and decided to have our wedding in October 2018. Not a lot of time to plan for a major event like this. Luckily, we got a tip about Hawk Ranch and Storybook Wedding & Events. Our wedding planner (Stacey) helped us thorough the entire process (vendors, website, payment, advice, setting up and coordinating the event). We couldn't have pulled this off without her assistance. So if you are looking for a planner, this is the way to go.

Stacey was such a pleasure to work with and we could not have asked for a better wedding cordinator! If you are debating whether or not you need a cordinator or who to hire, look no further. When we first met, she related that she grew up in the wedding planning business. That fact became very evident throughout the planning process. She was able to bring up several small details my wife and I had not even thought about which made our special day that much more perfect. She was always very prompt at returning our calls, emails, or texts with a detailed answer or solution. We never once felt that we were a burden, as she was eager to help. As the big day approached, she kept us informed and remained in contact with all our vendors saving us countless headaches. We had several vendors compliment her and tell us that she’s the best/ most professional cordinator they’ve worked with. Once our special day had finally come, she was a rockstar. She was working along side all the vendors, ensuring not a single thing would go wrong. She was constantly checking on us, asking if we needed anymore drinks, food, etc. At one point, she had overheard my wife say that she didn’t like a bow another vendor had placed on our seating chart. Without skipping a beat, Stacey replied, “I’ll take care of it.” She worked her magic, rearranged it with with some flowers instead, and it was perfect. My wife and I can honestly say that we can’t imagine a better cordinator. Stacey is such a genuine person and we could not thank her enough for ensuring our wedding was flawless!

I have to say that Stacey and her team were AWESOME!! Stacey was very organized and professional. My daughter was married at Hawk Ranch in Murrietta, CA. Stacey and the team at Hawk Ranch executed exactly what my daughter wanted. Had glitches with the prop rental company that didn't deliver what was ordered and Stacey was on the phone finding what we needed. I can't thank her enough for listening and executing my daughter's dream wedding.

Storybook Weddings & Events was wonderful to work with for our wedding flowers. The flowers were so beautiful and Stacey was extremely easy to work with and very helpful. We had several calls and emails to make sure we got the right look for my wedding day. Everything was exactly how I envisioned and I would recommend them to any future bride!

I needed a florist for a large Temecula prewedding event. Living in Houston, I had to select a florist based on web reviews. Stacey at Storybrook immediately responded to my inquiry and we continued with a wonderful experience. She was easily available by email or phone, worked patiently with me through numerous pictures of centerpiece ideas and when I approved of white tulips, she quickly proceeded with the execution. Our white tulip centerpieces with floating white candles made for a beautiful table and lots of compliments. Thank you, Stacey!

From the very beginning the venue was very kind and helpful in scheduling our event. We were connected with Stacey who manages the events of the Hilltop Tavern & Inn. She was helpful in guiding us to the package that worked best for our budget. I would truly go with a package if you're able to afford one. All of Stacey's recommended vendors were fabulous and a total delight to work with. They all were able to work together throughout the planning process and day-of to make a (what appeared to be) effortless day for both my husband & I, as well as our guests. The Hilltop Tavern staff was also the top in their industry and I couldn't have felt more blessed to have them running the catering and bartending for the event. Much of my family has worked in the food industry so we are not easily impressed, but we were all totally impressed and grateful from the start of our wedding weekend there. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend a sunset wedding to really use the grounds to their full potential. It was a glorious space for some of the children who attended as there was space for them to run about and the hill behind the altar makes a great spot for the guests to take pictures and enjoy the true beauty of the desert. It was amazing how Stacey took my ideas and helped me define what I really wanted out of the wedding. Her taste and understanding was so appreciated and she and I truly worked together to create a beautiful event. Her expertise is unparalleled and her floral arrangements are unique and so very beautiful. I can't sing her praises and the venue's praises enough. They made the stresses of planning a wedding enjoyable and manageable.

From day one after meeting with Stacy I absolutely loved her! I was confident in her skills as a planner, and she did not disappoint! I never had to worry or stress about anything, it was amazing showing up for our wedding and just getting to relax and soak it all in. Stacy hands down made our day absolutely perfect!!! Every detail was taken care of and the flowers were above and beyond beautiful! Even my guests commented on how beautiful the flowers and centerpieces were. Stacy and her assistant were attentive and the day was beyond perfect! I am so thankful for them for making our day so special!

I can't say enough great things about Stacey and her team. Stacey was our coordinator and florist, and also provided the photo booth for our wedding. As a coordinator, Stacey was communicative and efficient from the time of booking up until the wedding day, and very helpful coordinating vendors and schedules. Stacey from Storybook Weddings not only made my vision come to life, but she was absolutely pleasant to work with. I met Stacey while visiting a venue that we didn't end up booking and then again at an event. I started communicating with her and she was very sweet, responsive and listened to my wishes and budget. She was very realistic about what I could and couldn't do. I sent her a ton of pictures of what I liked for the bouquets, centerpieces, arrangements, boutonnieres, etc. She completely understood my vision and well exceeded my expectations. They made my special day a dream and I cried of pure happiness and the overwhelming sense of love when I walked into our reception room for the first time, it was decorated beyond what I could’ve imagined and just so gorgeous. She understood exactly what kind of wedding I was thinking about and gave me some great ideas from the very start on how we could personalize the wedding. I was in good hands during the entire planning process and she kept us on task, budget and on schedule. The actual wedding was fantastic and perfect, just how we planned it and Stacey and her staff kept everything on time and stress free for me. Stacey did an excellent job as our day of wedding coordinator. From several months out, she helped point us in the right direction with vendors and timelines, as we were doing a DIY wedding. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, the support increased and we had regular calls, texts and emails to coordinate and plan out last minute details. Stacey and her team were most valuable the weekend of the wedding, obviously. She managed all of the vendors and dealt with any small hiccups along the way great. She managed the wedding day very well. Everyone knew what to do, where to go, when to be there. I couldn't be more pleased with Stacey and her team. She was amazing. Stacey and I are in the process of planning my daughters wedding for a little over three week away. I cannot say enough about her professionalism and her hard work ethic. I have worked with Stacey many times she is absolutely amazing! Her and her entire team are very detailed oriented and make sure that each brides dream wedding comes true! I would highly recommend Stacey to anyone in need of a great coordinator!

I thought a wedding coordinator was supposed to coordinate vendors and guide the couple to get things done timely. Perhaps taking a vacation right before the wedding (as the coordinator did) is not a good idea. The only vendor coordinated was the make-up artist and the scheduling for this was too early. The wedding party sat around for 2 hours, fully dressed and nothing much to do for 2 hours before the wedding (making them very antsy). The rehersal was done without music resulting in the music at the wedding being so bad it was funny. The transition from the wedding to the reception was chaotic. On a good note, the coordinator did make the bride feel better when the cake topper was knocked off the cake.

Stacey and Storybook Weddings made our wedding absolutely stunning. We chose Stacey and her team to take care of everything and couldn't have been more pleased. Our entire experience was "stress free", as I knew she would take care of all the details. Our guests complimented the decor, service and had a blast with the photo booth! We were very impressed by the service we as the bride and groom received throughout the entire planning and especially the day of our wedding! We will cherish our special day for years to come and highly recommend Storybook Weddings to give you the wedding or event of your dreams!

I am so happy that I booked our day-of planner with them. Theresa was super amazing! Love her for doing the best job ever. Our venue was for the most part all inclusive but I didn't want to be running around the wedding day putting out fires or trying to organize everything. Well she took care of it all. I had a lot of DIY crafts, and she set them all out prior to the ceremony and took care of picking up everything at the end of the night. Because of her I was able to relax and enjoy our wedding day stress free. So great full words can not express!

Stacey was amazing to work with. She was thoughtful, complete, kind, and always available. She took the guess work out of the stress of planning. She finished my visions when I couldn't and was able to put my visions into reality additionally, her suggestions and help with the vendors was spot on. Thank you so for everything.

I love Stacey! Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous. This review might be a bit lengthy but we'll worth the read! We had a vintage tropical tiki themed wedding in the winter with colors of pink and aqua and she made it all work. I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out. The venue, the linens, the decor, the flower arrangements, the music, the food, the ambience! Stacey also does the flower arrangements, you must book her for this! She also does the photobooth, everyone loved the photo both! How she came up with these gorgeous tropical retro tiki Tropicana flower arragments is beyond me. They turned out so much more gorgeous is person. The flower arrangements knocked me off my feet! Stacey is wonderful to work with. I have such a busy schedule with work and the kids that planning a wedding was going to be way to much. I thought I could do it on my own, but there are so many things to do and think off that aren't even on wedding checklists I've seen. She kept us on track and helped us with ideas and recommend vendors that all turned out great. She gets to know you and takes her time with the planning and the ideas. The last week leading up to the wedding is so stressful but she takes care of so much especially the day of. The day of the wedding she keeps everyone on point and the day moves on so smoothly. My guests had a great time and so did we! She recommend the bakery and our cakes and deserts looked amazing and tasted great! The dj we picked on our own didn't end up working out for us, and she found an amazing Dj last minute for us and she was amazing the music, the lighting our tiki head gobo! I recommend Stacey to anyone who needs help planning and coordinating their wedding. This is a special moment and there are so many more moving parts than one can imagine. She makes it easier and takes the stress out of it, so you can enjoy the planning and have fun. I am definitely using her again for parties in the future.
