We had a decent-sized bridal party, so we needed a planner who could get everyone to pay attention and listen for what needed to be done/ what was next and we knew Stacey had the personality to wrangle everyone! Also, my venues grounds were huge, and Stacey REALLY kept the wheels on and kept us on time for the wedding day. The day went amazingly, everything was beautiful. I told her I was slightly worried about not eating or drinking enough water and she checked in often and had water or appetizers for me. Also, our officiant was a close friend who had never officiated a wedding before, so she had some great tips for him that none of us had thought of. Would highly recommend!

Hawk Ranch in Murrieta and it was to be an outside wedding and of course in the midnight hour we have rain in the forecast. Plan B and all tables went inside with beautiful decorations. We were very happy. Everyone had such a good time. Her recommendations for photographer and DJ were spot on. Thank you Stacey for all your hard work.

She exceeded my expectations on everything and it looked absolutely perfect!! It was a November wedding and we were using "quartz" as our bridesmaid dresses and wanted some decor on our wooden arch and greenery arrangements on the chairs down the isle. I just had to show her a couple instagram posts and she delivered perfectly! Also (and more importantly) she was patient and completely willing to work within our budget (unlike many other florists I spoke with on the phone prior to meeting her). I almost gave up on getting professional floral arrangements until she I spoke w her and she was so flexible and helped me articulate my vision. So needless to say I recommend and you wont be disappointed!!

The most disappointing part of it all though, is when i reached out to Stacey after just to inform her; I was essentially told that none of that happened and I was lying.

Please please please take my advice if you are the type who reads contracts, wants the most out of the service you are overpaying for, and wants your wedding coordinator to spell your name correctly! She 100% catered to my needs and wants as a bride and stressed the importance to stay on budget as much as possible. She was always willing to offer contacts that best suited our needs and never pressured any vendors that were over budget. She's also really friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to. I never felt embarrassed or scared to reach out to her and I really felt comfortable as if i was talking with a friend. With her crazy busy schedule, she always made time out of the day to speak over the phone than through text. Those type of things really made me feel valued as bride. My husband, huge bridal party of 18, family, friends, and all vendors LOVED working with her and had positive things to say about her. I'm so happy I made the decision to have Stacey coordinate my wedding at Hawk Ranch. I'm really just impressed and honored to have had her throughout this whole experience. It truly was a day we will never forget and that's all thanks to Stacey and her team.

We got married under an arbor that Stacey decorated beautifully with flowers and greenery. I had a somewhat small budget that she was more than willing to work with and gave me the best results. My flowers were amazing, she really went above and beyond. I can’t tell you how happy I was when I took a step back and looked at how beautiful everything looked. She was able to bring up several small details my wife and I had not even thought about which made our special day that much more perfect. She was always very prompt at returning our calls, emails, or texts with a detailed answer or solution. We never once felt that we were a burden, as she was eager to help. As the big day approached, she kept us informed and remained in contact with all our vendors saving us countless headaches. We had several vendors compliment her and tell us that she’s the best/ most professional cordinator they’ve worked with. Once our special day had finally come, she was a rockstar. She was working along side all the vendors, ensuring not a single thing would go wrong. She was constantly checking on us, asking if we needed anymore drinks, food, etc. At one point, she had overheard my wife say that she didn’t like a bow another vendor had placed on our seating chart. Without skipping a beat, Stacey replied, “I’ll take care of it.” She worked her magic, rearranged it with with some flowers instead, and it was perfect. My wife and I can honestly say that we can’t imagine a better cordinator. Stacey is such a genuine person and we could not thank her enough for ensuring our wedding was flawless!

Much of my family has worked in the food industry so we are not easily impressed, but we were all totally impressed and grateful from the start of our wedding weekend there. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. I recommend a sunset wedding to really use the grounds to their full potential. It was a glorious space for some of the children who attended as there was space for them to run about and the hill behind the altar makes a great spot for the guests to take pictures and enjoy the true beauty of the desert. It was amazing how Stacey took my ideas and helped me define what I really wanted out of the wedding. Her taste and understanding was so appreciated and she and I truly worked together to create a beautiful event. Her expertise is unparalleled and her floral arrangements are unique and so very beautiful. I can't sing her praises and the venue's praises enough. They made the stresses of planning a wedding enjoyable and manageable.
