Absolutely wonderful! I started off the booking process by speaking with Ted and I don’t have enough words to describe how helpful and great he was to speak to. When I was started ...planning my wedding I was working nights and almost always asked to stay late and wasn’t home until at earliest midnight most days so between 1am-3am was my prime planning hours. Ted was so kind about my 1am emails and some nights even responded if he was awake! What a guy! But the real star of our wedding show? Heather !!!! We only did their 6 hour videography package (we had hired a photographer I had worked with previously) so we were blessed to have Heather as our videographer that day. Not only did she provide our wedding video back faster than contracted. (Turn around time of 3 months, received at a month and half) it was absolutely jaw dropping. I’m plus sized so I have many insecurities in that regard but when I watched that video I cried at how beautiful Heather portrayed me as. Girl got all the good angles !! Not only was the video itself cinematic and 10000% delivered to their style and claims on their website, but Heather was an absolute joy to be around. There were many stressful and unplanned hiccups in the getting ready process, but Heather and our photographer remained calm and made a stressful situation fun. It was like I had known her for years the way she jumped into our day and got along with us so well.
