made the entire process super easy. Ted shot our engagement photos, my bridal photos and our wedding day along with videography. Teds work more than exceeded our expectations! We're so thankful that we found Heritage photography and film to capture the memories of our wedding. Photography was at the top of our list of importance for vendors and as soon as we saw Teds work I knew we had to book them. We cannot thank Ted and Hannah enough for the amazing job they did - they were the best part of our wedding!

Due to construction my ceremony was running late on my wedding day and we had to take family picture inside instead of out after the ceremony and even though I may have been in minor panic :) Ted switched everything over without any flaws and kept me calm. They made the day even more exciting and fun filled. I highly recommend them to all brides!!

tage. The footage was only 54 minutes long which was disappointing for me to see. There was someone standing in front of the camera while I walked down the aisle and there were key parts to the day that were missing. I also was disappointed that just now 6 months after our wedding is when we're getting this flash drive. I expressed my concerns to Ted and he said it seems like he accidentally forgot to put all of the files on the drive. This was indeed the 2nd drive he had to send out because according to Ted the first one was sent out Nov/Dec time. I Had already contacted Ted about when it would arrive a couple of times so I was trying to wait patiently and quit nagging. When January came around I asked him again-turns out he assumed I had received it. Ted email response said: When it comes to waiting 6 months . . . I can't take the blame there. This is for sure the 2nd flash drive we've sent out. When we didn't hear anything in November or December we assumed you'd received the first one and all was well. We didn't charge for the additional flash drive or mailing because (as I stated before) things have been lost in the mail before. This part of his response bummed me out because we of course paid a decent amount for our videographer and it feels like he's suggesting we should have been charged for the second flash drive and the mailing cost (even though we never got the first one). I was happy with Ted on our wedding day and I was happy with our highlight reel. I'm disappointed in his communication and ways of doing business. I would've like for him to be a little more understanding.

their work turns out my only regret with them is that I didn't use them as my photographer. If you're getting married and planning on getting a videographer, get them now before they're booked. I remember being under a tight budget and not being sure who was worth it, if I should do it, etc. it's 100% worth it and you absolutely won't be disappointed with heritage. Using them was one of the best decisions I've ever made.
