When you book SPR as your wedding venue, you get the experience and personalized attention of a venue coordinator who LIVES on site. Lori is incredible to work with and she has so much there already for you to work with - for decorations, tables, linens etc. We also were able to bring our horses for the weekend to be in the wedding (at no extra charge?!?! Like what!!). Also, we visited the ranch MULTIPLE times for vision planning and practicing with the horses - “no problem! See you soon!” When you book SPR, you have the entire weekend. Rehearsal done on site, option to do rehearsal dinner there (we didn’t), the whole wedding day including separate getting ready accommodations for bride and groom parties, and the couple gets to spend the night in the cabin. I can’t imagine a more stress free way to do it. We were married middle of June during a particularly wet year, and the wildflowers were insanely gorgeous, and we were married in a meadow with new wooden benches and wooden platform and arch that really tied the whole western vibe of our ceremony together. There’s a place for everything, multiple bars for welcome drinks, cocktail hour, and reception. Lori single-handedly saved our glass rental drop off from leaving before dropping off!! All the way around exceeded expectations. If you’re thinking of a ranch wedding and want personalized, private attention, look no further. This IS the place.
