Weddings in the Austin area will delight in Stregare Baking Company, a custom cheesecake and dessert bakery creating handcrafted items made from locally sourced ingredients – some of which are grown right on our own farm in Bastrop, TX! We started off with 30 flavors of cheesecake over 8 years ago, and things got crazy from there. We now offer over 100 flavors of cheesecakes, custom flavor creations, brownies, cookies, and a whole lot more. With design options as unique as our clients and a true passion for creating only the best desserts, we are taking the dessert experience to the next level! Services Offered Stregare Baking Company offers delicious cheesecakes in over 100 flavors, custom-flavored cheesecakes, cookies, brownies, cookie bars, cheesecake bars, and more. Our cheesecakes can stack to create beautiful and innovative bridal cakes, and of course, we make one heck of a groom's cake (chocolate honey whisky, anyone?). We do as many locally sourced ingredients as we can and grow some of them right on our own farm. The recipes can be customized to meet the dietary needs of those who have diabetes, gluten allergies, or nut allergies. Our guests have ranted and raved about our dessert table since our wedding. Everything from the cake that we used to cut to the cookies to the brownies to the INCREDIBLE cheesecake bites turned out perfectly! Luci and Mike helped us with the ordering and how much we should order and let me tell you, it was SPOT on with just enough extra to take home and enjoy over the next few days. One thing I enjoyed about Stregare (because there were several) was the fact that it was different, I haven’t been to any weddings that served cheesecake, so you know it was a huge hit! The good news is, they deliver! We will be ordering some cheesecake in the very near future!

Stregare is AMAZING! Not only are Michael and Luci just wonderful to work with, the cheesecakes we got for our wedding were so delicious. We cannot recommend Stregare enough, they are kind, professional, and just plain amazing at what they do!

Michael and Luci are awesome to work with! They were willing to work with my ideas to create a perfect cheesecake to surprise my now-husband on our wedding day. They met with my bridesmaids and me to sample a few of their flavors. Every single thing we tasted was amazing, but we ultimately decided on an Irish Creme Cheesecake with a chocolate crust. They were able to print my husband’s fire department logo on a sugar sheet and overlaid it on top. It could not have been more perfect. I cannot wait for the next occasion when I can order another cheesecake from Stregare Cheesecake!

We used Stregare Cheesecake Company for our wedding on the 27th of May. We ordered a large number bite-sized cheesecakes instead of having a groomscake. We had four different flavors which were all absolutely amazing! Seriously, best cheesecake we have ever had! There was not any left after the wedding reception. Michael is an absolute pleasure to work with, he came and met up with us so that we could try samples and was so easy to communicate with. Definitely, will be ordering more cheesecakes from them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for delicious treats!

I was helping my daughter plan her wedding and she decided to have a cheesecake instead of a traditional groom's cake. I ran across Stregare Cheesecakes when I was researching online. Michael and Luci met me, the bride, groom, and my husband with samples of their cheesecakes to taste, and we were amazed! Their cheesecakes are the best we have ever tasted, and the groom is an afficionado of cheesecakes! We ordered the Snicker flavor in the individual cupcake size to match the single serving style of the cupcakes we were also serving. Even though the cake/cupcakes that we ordered were awesome, the cheesecakes were the hit of the wedding. They went so fast, we couldn't get a picture! Stregare does not have a retail location where you can go and pick up a cheesecake, but they do deliver and it doesn't get any more convenient than that!!!

We ordered a 7" cheesecake as well as the cheesecake bites for our wedding guests. The cheesecake turned out amazing. They were even able to put a little sugar bicycle on the plain cheesecake bites. (our wedding theme). They drove down from Austin for our tasting, as well as to drop off the cheesecake the day of the wedding. They went above and beyond.

Amazing cheesecake and an awesome value. We weren't looking for a traditional wedding cake and decided on having cheesecake for our dessert. However, I did want a cake to cut into for the reception and came across Stregare. They met with us before and brought us samples of different cakes for us to try. They offer any flavor you can think of and several different size options. And the cake was delicious!!

We loved the cheesecake bites at our wedding! They are about the size of miniature Reese cups. They were all delicious (red velvet, kahlua, and lemon raspberry), but we definitely loved the lemon raspberry the best! It is cool and refreshingly sweet with some zest to it! If you are not big cake eaters, then I highly recommend you try Stregare Cheesecake Company! Another bonus is we did not get charged a delivery fee!

Stregare Cheesecake Company provided cheesecake bites for my daughter's wedding. These delightful little bites replaced the traditional groom's cake. The wedding guest raved about how wonderful these bites were. They loved the idea of cheesecake bites instead of the groom's cake. We had 4 flavors,beautifully decorated, and they were all amazing. Would definitely use Stregare Cheesecake Company again! They are wonderful to work with, very kind and professional. Not to mention, the cheesecake bites are to die for!
