Our wedding was a destination for many of the guest, so we wanted to make sure everything was perfect for them and definitely Brianne guided us through our process and the day of to make it the most beautiful experience for us and them. She was constantly on the ball. If I texted her with a question or problem she was working on solutions within the hour, such as working with our dream caterer to ensure that we could have them at our wedding. Brianne took on extra work at the last minute to ensure all our details came together, including making our place cards so we did not have to, and driving by our hotel the morning of to pick up items that needed to be transported to the venue. She was definitely on us about getting things done in the leadup to the wedding (we needed this, so this was helpful!) but on the day of the wedding she truly made it so we were not personally stressing about anything. All our vendors who had worked with Brianne previously were excited to be working with her again, which tells you how respected she is in this area. We highly recommend hiring Brianne to help plan your wedding!

With an outdoor ceremony a bit off-site, there were a lot of logistics to manage on the day of, and we never had to give anything a second thought - just purely enjoyed the moment to the fullest. HELP. Hiring Brianne from Stress-Free Weddings was the best decision we made. Brianne answered all of our questions and helped us find the perfect venders that matched our vibes and what we wanted our big day to look like. Brianne’s quick email responses put us at ease. The day of our wedding went so smooth with Brianne and her assistant being there with us. They even made a timeline schedule for the day which the wedding party and all the venders absolutely LOVED!!!! y fiancé, our families, and I were able to fully enjoy the wedding day without worrying about or being responsible for anything pertaining to the event setup or vendor coordination. Brianne absolutely exceeded this expectation, making sure our wedding day functioned flawlessly. We had the added challenge of planning our wedding from afar as neither me nor my fiancé live in Iowa and Brianne had tons of experience supporting with “destination” weddings from other couples in similar situations to us. When we first began working with Brianne, she provided a list of trusted vendors that she had first-hand experience working with. This was so helpful since I had no experience with any wedding vendors in Iowa. We booked the majority of our vendors based on her recommendations and to no surprise, they were all incredibly professional and exceeded our expectations on the day. Of the vendors we booked on our own who hadn’t worked with Brianne before, they were all incredibly complimentary of how organized and communicative she was. Many of them mentioned that her support made their job easier and helped them enjoy the day even more which I loved! Throughout the entire process Brianne made it clear that she was there to execute on me and my fiancé’s wishes for our wedding and would not waiver in the face of tricky family dynamics. Not only did she stay true to her word on this, but she did so in a way that didn’t throw me or my fiancé under the bus which I am so grateful for. She went above and beyond on multiple occasions, including printing the seating chart and bringing it to the venue, filing the marriage license for us, and even giving me, my fiancé, and some of the wedding party a ride back from rehearsal when we couldn’t get an Uber. Brianne and her assistant, Ellie, were the keys to our wedding day running smoothly and I know without a doubt that their planning and coordination helped everyone (guests and vendors alike) have a great experience which was my top priority in planning our wedding. Throughout the entire process Brianne was professional and pleasant to work with. She is extremely detail-oriented, communicative, polite yet direct, and easy to be around. If you’re looking for a wedding planner and/or day-of coordinator in Iowa or Illinois, I really cannot recommend Brianne enough!
