The woman we spoke with on the phone seemed pretty knowledgeable but the people that showed up the day of the wedding didn’t follow what was discussed over the phone at all. They w...
ere able to handle the number of people but considering we provided all the alcohol they poured small servings, the menus provided werent on the bar so our guests didnt even know what their options were and there was no champagne on the tables ready for toasts during the reception. We were disappointed.

I was in contact with Patti for 4 months trying to book her for my wedding. She would take 2-3 weeks at a time to respond. When I asked her how to proceed with payment she didn’t r...
espond for over a month.
When she finally emailed back I decided I would continue working with her because if the fair pricing and she said she had been busy with tax season. However after waiting another 2 weeks to get the official pricing she told me she booked someone else.
I’m sure the bartenders do a great job, but the professionalism and customer service to get them is very poor.

t customer service. Our 2020 wedding was postponed due to covid and Patti did not miss a beat, she was so kind and immediately moved our date and made herself available. We just had our wedding on 8/7/21 and Patti's sister did the bartending and she was absolutely wonderful. They communicated so well with each other to coordinate everything perfectly and all went smoothly. She showed up early, stayed late, and kept everyone happy :)

hrow a party. Our wedding was during Covid times and Patti was able to provide OUTSTANDING service while keeping everyone safe and happy. Her crew is efficient and although we had a lot of guests who like to enjoy a few cocktails, there was never a wait at the bar. She is funny, always smiling, and an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn't be more thankful that she was recommended to us. Cheers!
When they say stressless, they mean stressless!! Patti and her husband are a great duo! They are very flexible with what you want for your wedding and are very reasonably priced. ...
Drinks were delicious and they never ran out of any alcohol. Our guests were very happy. Working with them was almost too easy!
