ne for over a year later I confirmed with the owner (Albert) over a year in advance with all of the details. I also reconfirmed everything with my vendors every 4-6 months between. A week before the wedding when I was doing my final confirmation of all details and confirming that he received the final payment, I reached out to Albert who told me he was good with everything and then said he couldn’t get the backdrop from the backdrop company. This was crazy to me that those details hadn’t been worked out on his end and I only found out because I reached out (and after we paid). I wanted to cancel it and Albert offered a full refund but my husband said no so I picked a basic backdrop that Albert had in stock instead and had him refund me some money. He also said he would throw in unlimited prints but that was already part of the package I picked, showing he didn’t really look at all the details. All of this aside, the photobooth was amazing at the wedding - well run by a tech and the props were good. The scrapbook came out AMAZING. I am happy we booked it and happy with how Albert made things right but I think it was unnecessary stress a week before my wedding.

event. We wanted the print outs thinking the less digitally inclined wouldn’t know how to work the GIF option. The print outs also served as wedding favors since it had our names and wedding date. When people emailed the photos, they turned to GiF’s which people uploaded on social with our wedding hashtag. • No Booth set up: it was important to have open set up so people wouldn’t feel limited. The pictures were clear and bright. Groups of people got in on the fun. • Set up and delivery included: our wedding was in Westchester. Other places we received quotes from were having us pick up the booth and set up ourselves, with no attendants, to come down on costs. With Albert’s package, that wasn’t off the table to meet our budget. Having him and his staff there to manage lines, props was crucial. • Communication: Albert was responsive, no matter the time of day he would respond to my texts and questions in a timely manner The selfie booth was the hit of the wedding, with both old and young. We’d do it again in a heartbeat and recommend him.
