I walked into my Strike appointment believing I had found my dress at another boutique and I walked out with a deposit on a dress I never would have tried on if it wasn't for my st...
ylist.
The space itself is a little weird to get into [you have to walk through a bar & grill], but once you are inside the light and glitter and champagne bring you to another world.
My stylist Teresa Murray was fun, energetic, enthusiastic, and patient -- you could tell she is passionate about her work and genuinely wants her brides to find their dream. I thought all hope was lost until she brought me her "wildcard" and [using whatever magic she hides away] BAM! THAT was my dress! She was my strongest advocate and loudest cheerleader, and if I could shop with her again, I would!!
I had a wonderful experience at Strike Bridal Bar and fell in love with the first dress I tried on. They aligned their recommendations to my style inspiration and helped me through...

dgeable, and kind! Even amidst their AC being out on a hot July day, they ensured I had the best experience and made it all about me and determining what I might love for my big day. A big Kudos goes out to stylist Jimmy who played a great role in helping me find my dress! He listens, gentle guides, and supports with a quiet strength. 10/10 recommend requesting him!

pointment to confirm they had a dress I was dead set on trying. Well, they didn't but, they contacted the designer and got the dress in just for my appointment. Talk about going the extra mile!! Added bonus was a champaign clink and confetti pop when I said yes to the dress! Could not recommend this shop more!!!

dows was perfect, creating a warm, welcoming vibe without feeling overwhelming. The best part was having your own private changing and display area, which made it more personable and avoided awkward run ins with other brides.
The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the experience. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful (Shout out to Heidi), offering the perfect balance of guidance. The delicious drinks and macarons, were also a nice touch!
The dress selection at Strike Bridal was what stood out. They offer such a unique variety with so many beautiful options. I was unsure what style I was looking for, yet I found "the one." I received so many compliments on my wedding dress and how it was "so me." My husband was blown away and I could not have been happier with my choice.

carons & fun cocktails to the grand reveal behind the curtain, the whole experience truly made me feel like a Bride.
Speaking of, I got married in 9/6/25 and still receive compliments on my dress and veil to this day! I ended up adding sleeves to it to cover my shoulders for our church ceremony with extra tulle from my dress. I am happy to be a Striking Bride & absolutely loved my dress! 👰🏻♀️ ⚡️
The women at Strike were amazing! This was the first wedding dress store I ever visited, and they all made me feel so welcome the entire time! My guests loved the experience ❤️

o the community. Strike delivers on all this and so much more! The entire experience is comfortable and in a gorgeous space - I felt so understood and heard by my stylist Heidi. She was able to find my dream dress with me/my party at my first visit! (their signature celebratory mimosa is delicious). Smooth process, open communication, and an authentic + friendly team. Couldn't ask for more! 🤍⚡️

incredible—kind, attentive, and truly made me feel comfortable every step of the way. As a lesbian marrying the love of my life, I was a little nervous about how we’d be received, but I cannot express enough how affirming and welcoming everyone was. Not once did I feel out of place. I left my appointment with a gown I absolutely love, and I know I’m going to feel so beautiful on our big day. Thank you for helping make such a special part of this journey feel safe, joyful, and unforgettable. 💕🌈 -Johnni

or the experience, but it ended up just being perfect. I felt like a princess in my dress all night. Thank you Strike for helping me say yes to my dream dress!
I cannot say enough incredible things about my experience at Strike Bridal Bar. It was truly magical from start to finish. This was my first time trying on wedding dresses, and I w...
alked in feeling a little anxious. But the moment I stepped through the doors, all of that nervous energy melted away. The space is bright, airy, and peaceful, with an elevated yet relaxed vibe that immediately put me at ease.
What really set the tone was the warmth and kindness of the entire staff. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. There was only one other appointment happening at once in a completely separate part of the space, which made the experience feel intimate and unrushed. It never felt chaotic or overwhelming, just calm and focused.
Now let’s talk about Jimmy, my stylist, who was an absolute gem. Jimmy was genuine, thoughtful, kind, patient, and incredibly intuitive. He took the time to really listen to what I was envisioning—even things I didn’t know how to fully articulate—and somehow managed to pull the dress that I didn’t even know I needed. It wasn’t on my radar at all, but the moment I put it on, I felt it was the one. Jimmy made me feel confident, beautiful, and completely supported. I never once felt rushed or pressured. He allowed me to try on as many dresses as I needed, answered all my questions, and created such a calm and empowering experience.
Even with two energetic little flower girls at the appointment, the team was incredibly patient and welcoming. We ended the appointment with celebratory drinks, lemonade in a disco ball cup for the little ones, and popped the confetti to seal the moment.
If you’re looking for a personalized, supportive, and unforgettable dress shopping experience, Strike Bridal Bar is it. And if you can, work with Jimmy. He made the entire appointment so special and memorable. As one of my flower girls noted, “Wow Jimmy did a really good job finding that dress!”

ery nervous about finding a dress and it coming in time for my wedding. Heidi was amazing, and assured me that we could do a rush option and my dress would be here with ample time for alterations. Heidi listened to me and understood what I loved about certain dresses or didn’t, and gave recommendations. I felt super comfortable with her and overall just very welcome in the shop. I would recommend Strike Bridal Bar to anyone and everyone looking for their wedding dress!
I had an UNMATCHED experience at Strike!! All of the staff were so kind and truly let us lead the appointment, allowing me to grab dresses off the rack and listened to my vision. I...
visited on my FIFTH dress appointment, and they treated us like family. I struggled to find dresses at other stores that had sleeves or more modern designs and they had sooo many to choose from! They made me and my group feel comfortable and confident in the process and eventually, in choosing this dress! I got my beautiful veil from here as well and they made ordering a shipping feel like a breeze. I LOVED this place!!! Thanks for all that you do <3

standing on a pedestal in a white dress. Jimmy and the entire team at Strike turned all of those fears and nerves into the most joyous experience. I had so much fun, felt so confident, and most importantly felt like my authentic self when I put on “the one.” Jimmy hyped me up from the moment I arrived and was able to help me determine my style quickly without me even realizing. The entire atmosphere feels like home and is so relaxed. I would recommend Strike Bridal a million times over to every bride and bride to be.

t importantly, he made my daughter feel confident. It’s all about customer service and Jimmy is the best. He treated us all so well and knew exactly how to pick dresses to try out based on my daughter’s likes. I am so grateful for Strike, and I’m so happy we found her dress here. From the bottom of my heart, thank you, Strike, and thank you, Jimmy. ❤️

never would have thought that Jimmy and Emma would be able to choose “my dress” on the first try! They had listened to all my wants and pulled the most beautifully amazing dress I’ve ever seen (even after trying on multiple at the boutique before). I would highly recommend any bride to visit Strike Bridal Bar!!

r… he was wonderful!) and I also talked to Teresa on the phone several times and she was so very nice and comforting.
Long story short, Strike has a no-return policy (like I’m sure most places do), & I purchased the “wrong” dress in the heat of the moment (it’s laughable now). Teresa & Jimmy were so incredibly understanding when I called later that same day to tell them about how I was feeling. I was emotional and feeling embarrassed, and they were so gentle and reassuring that we were going to find a solution and that everything would be okay. If it weren’t for their commitment to making sure I was feeling confident about my decision, I’d be out a pretty penny and a dress. I was able to go in the next day and choose the right dress (thank god). They let me take my time in both of the dresses I was torn between, I was able to FaceTime someone important to me, and they listened to me spew my thoughts out loud about the original dress I chose and the new one that in the end, was my absolute fav and right for me. I wouldn’t be laughing now had they not been so kind & helpful.
I had heard about strike from some friends who said I may not like it as much compared to the other traditional bridal boutiques in the area, and they couldn’t have been more wrong. I loved the styles of dresses that they carried. Some dresses were unique and “non-traditional”, but they advertise that so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone. They also advertise that they are inclusive, something I felt throughout my entire experience. It felt so good to shop at a bridal store that makes woman feel beautiful in their own skin, and not a store that creates this picture/mold you have to fit.
Thank you Jimmy & Teresa for being so lovely to work with. I can’t wait to come back for my reveal🤍
My Strike experience was incredible, and something I will never forget. My bridal stylist, Jimmy was the best. He found me my perfect dress and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Jim...

did not like about dresses in general, I loved on the dresses at Strike. They have a beautiful stock of dresses that confused me about what I wanted, in the best way. I was able to try on a huge variety of dresses and Teresa was very helpful at narrowing down what I wanted based on what I said about the dresses. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend Strike to everyone!

for and even pushing me outside of what I was expecting to widen my scope. Strike is such a fun and unique experience because they allowed me to make adjustments to the dress I tried on to make it my dream dress. I was able to take the dress I tried on, remove the sleeves, use a pattern from a different skirt, add panels under my arms so I don't get scratched, and lengthen the train to make a completely custom dress that was exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them for any bride!

elped me put my thoughts into words when I didn’t know how to come to conclusions on my own. He gave me honest, genuine and supportive feedback. The overall atmosphere was welcoming for my family & friends that attended and it was FUN! I had nothing to worry about other than selecting the right dress for me. The rest was taken care of; and this goes for the pre-appointment process as well. I can’t wait to come back and pick up MY dress 😁 I will be recommending Strike Bridal Bar to anyone I know that is looking for these same things in a perfect “Say Yes to the Dress” day. Thank you!

sses. I made the mistake of leaving to go to another store which was nothing compared to Strike. I ended up coming back the next available day because I really wanted to get a dress here. They have super unique dresses that you most likely won't find on every other bride. I felt like Heidi really listened to me & made the experience a lot less painful then it needed to be since I didn't have my mom there. I would recommend Strike to any bride!

ulled spectacular options, actively listened to my feedback, and asked thoughtful questions throughout the entire process. As a mid-sized woman, all I wanted from my bridal appointment was to feel confident and feel like myself. Jimmy made it happen!
But Jimmy even went a step further - My future Mother-in-Law couldn't make my initial bridal appointment, due to a death in the family. During that first appointment, I actually found my dress, but realized I couldn't say yes without her. When I informed Jimmy of the situation, he suggested we come back and "recreate" the appointment for my future MIL, so she can be a part of the fun! I absolutely loved the idea, came back with my future MIL a few weeks later, and Jimmy played along, so we could surprise her. Not only did Jimmy give me an incredible shopping experience, but he also gave my family a memory that we will never forget!

I wasn't there but my wife said she had the most amazing time and felt so welcomed there. The jumpsuit fit her perfectly and between Strike and the Studio Levana, they made her dreams come true. If you are in Milwaukee, we highly highly reccomend Strike Bridal Bar.

’t sure what I was looking for. This was my first dress shopping appointment and I wound up saying yes to the first dress I tried on (after trying on multiple more!) Jimmy was the absolute BEST bridal consultant I could’ve ever asked for. Jimmy listened to all of my thoughts, guided me through the process, pulled some AMAZING options for me to try, and hyped me up so much throughout the entire appointment! Jimmy made me feel so comfortable and confident. And can’t forget about the signature drink and confetti popping when you say YES to your dress!!! Seriously can’t recommend Strike enough! 10000/10

ked for! I trusted her from the moment I met her and she did an amazing job listening to what I liked and choosing a bunch of dresses I loved. I also appreciated that she always prioritized me as the bride, and how we narrowed down to my #1 dress via “tournament style”, which made it quick and straightforward. I ended up ordering the first dress I tried on and I am in love with it! I would highly recommend Strike to anyone looking for an easy process and positive dress shopping experience.
Customer Service was subpar, Lead Bridal Stylist (Teresa) and owner (Abby) were not prepared for my appointment. When I booked my appointment, I indicted the type of dress design t...
hat I was seeking. When I arrived, Teresa asked what style of dress I was looking for and stated that they did not have anything in the store that would fit my style. She then instructed me to look at the rack while she called their sister Plus size store (Rare) to see if they had any openings. She claimed that Rare would have dress styles that would better suit my style. I was perplexed because I am a size 8, so why would she send me to a plus size store? I expected the owner Abby to be a bit more customer-centric and apologetic about the fact that they didn't have anything that I was looking for or even go the extra mile to offer up any new designs that they might have in the pipeline when they go to market. To my dismay, she was not apologetic at all and didn't seem to care. I left the store EXTREMELY disappointed and to think, I paid $25 dollars to book an appointment. It was a total waste of time.
Just for kicks and giggles, my mom and I did go to Rare, and just as I expected, they didn't have anything that suited my style. Abby, I implore you to work on your customer service skills and be a bit more compassionate. As you know, Bridal dress shopping/wedding planning is an extremely exciting and momentous time. I would not recommend your establishment to anyone. Your dress selection is basic, and you are out of touch.

n the entire Midwest - Strike actually had the dress, in my size, to try on! That was a huge reason I chose Strike, but I also had heard great things about it this salon too. And the hype was so accurate!
As a curvier bride, it can be so nerve-wracking to try on anything, especially wedding dresses! But my stylist, Teresa, made it so cozy and comfortable! She was amazing. She anticipated the dresses I’d want to try on and even when there was one dress I wasn’t very comfortable in, she quickly replaced it with a different dress that was a lot more comfortable!
Not only was Teresa amazing, but the salon itself was so beautiful and it made it even more magical to stand in front of my crew to try on dresses.
At the end of the appointment, when I had found the one, which was the last dress I tried on, we got to celebrate with a delicious cocktail and I got to do an adorable “I found the one” confetti popper. I can’t speak more highly of Strike. If I could repeat the day all over again, I would pick Strike, time and time again. I can’t wait to go back when my dress arrives!
