I set up services for the ceremony package thru Lisa. I appreciated having the opportunity to hire musicians for just the hour and found Lisa very helpful and easy to work with. There was plenty of music to chose from and it sounded quite lovely. I would recommend String Celebrations.

String Celebrations were amazing from start to finish! They have a huge selection of music and when I was stuck on deciding pieces to select Lisa helped me figure out what pieces to pick. I decided to have a string duet, a violin and a cello play for my wedding ceremony. They sounded amazing and our guests raved about them after the ceremony. I highly recommend them. Not only were they amazing, they were not crazy expensive. I was a bride on a budget and they were right within my price range.

We had String Celebrations trio perform at our wedding and during our cocktail hour. They were easy to work with and reasonably priced. Their repertoire was quite wide and included both classical and modern music. In addition, they're willing to learn additional music if there's something specific you want that isn't already listed. Overall, we were very happy!

On New Year's Eve String Celebrations played for my daughter's wedding ceremony. The arrived on time and were very professional. Their music created a magical ceremony.

They were very helpful in selecting music and figuring our the details prior to the big day. Also, they will help find sheet music for any specific requests. We were very happy with our choice and highly recommend them if you're looking to have string musicians at an event!

String Celebrations performed the most elegantly wonderful music for our daughter's wedding at Kenwood Country Club. The trio, harp and vocalist set a magical tone for the outdoor ceremony. Great detail was given in the planning. Lisa Black provided a list of her suggestions to help in the selection of very traditional pieces for the ceremony. She was very prompt and helpful through the process. Following the ceremony, the trio transitioned indoors for a cocktail hour with more of a mix of classical and modern pieces. String Celebrations added such a lovely atmosphere for the wedding, an absolutely perfect detail for a perfect wedding.

I contacted String Celebrations through a referral from a friend. We retained their services approximately 6 months prior to our wedding date. I received a quick and friendly response to my initial inquiry - in less than a day. I requested info through their web site. I emailed a few times with follow up questions and continued to receive quick and friendly replies. They were very helpful in advising me on the order and selection of music. Our ceremony was non-traditional and we incorporated a mix of classical music and popular music from contemporary genres (at no extra charge). They were even able to play an arrangement not on their list - for this, we purchased the sheet music. From inquiry to contract took less than one week to execute. The contract and terms were straightforward and simple. String Celebrations confirmed everything again about a week or so before the ceremony and no surprises or changes. The day of the wedding they arrived on time and in appropriate attire. I felt very secure in working with this vendor that they would be reliable and dependable. I had no issues or concerns at any time in working with this vendor. I wish other wedding vendors I worked with would have taken a lesson from this business. String Celebrations are very professional and talented musicians. Our wedding party and guests thoroughly enjoyed the mix of music and the mood they created for our ceremony! I would highly recommend booking String Celebrations for your wedding!

String Celebrations provided the ceremony and cocktail hour music for our January 2013 wedding at the Hilton downtown. They did a lovely job and were more than willing to learn the music I wanted - they also let me select a playlist for the cocktail hour! Very professional and sounded amazing.

This company played as a trio for our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour of our reception. They were professional, easy to work with, and met our every need (including tracking down personal pieces that were meaningful to the two of us). Lisa was our contact person and she was accessible and trustworthy. We recommend them without hesitation!

They performed the music for my ceremony and for dinner. We used the Trio and they did an outstanding job. Deborah did a great job of staying in contact with me to be clear on all expectations. They did an amazing job during the ceremony even working with my soloist who had never worked with them before on the day of the ceremony. They played lovely music during the cocktail and dinner hour and I got many compliments regarding the music and just how fancy it made the event!

With wedding planning comes lots of meetings with millions of vendors, my favorite thing about String Celebrations was that we never had to meet and we did everything via email and the first time I saw them was the day of the wedding. I trusted them to do everything and they did it at 110%. They are so organized and they even had a planner that was a great help and Lisa one of the directors was also a GREAT help! Highly recommend!
