I used String Serenade during the ceremony and reception at my wedding. They were great to work with and the music was beautiful. It was everything I could have asked for!
String Serenade was amazing. Their sound was incredible and beautiful. They were professional and patient with me throughout the process. They made the ceremony complete. I made it...
a point to enjoy the music as I walked down the aisle as some brides told me they didn't pay attention to the music and I loved it! I highly recommend String Serenade for every wedding!!!
We booked String Serenade because they were listed on our venue's preferred vendors list. Three months before our wedding we found out they are no longer on that list and we could ...
agree with why. They never responded to emails, it took several phone calls to get in touch with them when we really needed it, and they had overall unprofessional communication. We would have never booked with them had we known it was this bad.
I cannot say enough about how wonderful it was to work with Rich! We hired Rich to perform both string and DJ services for our wedding. He customized an instrumental version of o...
ur first dance song for my walk down the aisle for strings and it was beautiful. My guests RAVED about the strings during cocktail hour (even busting out some Zepplin!) and the DJ portion was fantastic. Rich kept the party flowing, reading the crowd and seemed to know just the song to play to keep people on the dance floor. I have received SO MANY compliments from my guests and requests for his information. I honestly believe our guests didn't even drink as much as we expected because they were so busy on the dance floor! Also, I appreciated Rich's ideas (like a toss bouquet w/ loose flowers) and openness to customizing the night in the order and timeline we wanted. He also limited his use of the mic to only needed announcements vs. some DJs that see it as an opportunity to showcase themselves. He let his music do the talking! You could even catch him grooving to the tunes as he played - he truly LOVES his job! Thank you to Rich and our violist for making our wedding spectacular. Hands down, the best decision we made for our entire wedding!
String Serenade was fabulous- we had so many compliments from our guests. Rich was really great to work with. We gave him a song we wanted played at our wedding and he made it work...
with an acoustic guitar and viola. Also, Rich was our DJ (with Mancini Entertainment) and was so great about getting all of our guests on the dance floor. He was very professional and he really helped to make our day and night very special.
I have tried to both call and email Sting Serenade for a quote. It has been a month and I have not heard back from them. I think this is a bad way of doing business, especially whe...
n they are considered a "preferred vendor".
Jennifer and String Serenade made my ceremony unforgettable. They came dressed to impress, played the perfect music, and worked in-sync with the chaplain to make the ceremonly run...
smoothly and perfectly. Jennifer is personable and extremely helpful. They have a huge song list to choose from, even to create a special theme. Highly recommended.
Jennifer from String Serenade was easy to work with and her musicians were lovely. Because our wedding was in the Arizona off-season (August), we were able to book String Serenade...
on a few week's notice, and they even learned a new song for our wedding.
They worked with my husband on every item and were up for anything he threw their way. They provided the perfect ambiance for our wedding!
