Strings for all Occasions is an ensemble of professional musicians that performs for weddings and special events in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and southern Maine. The ensemble has performed at some of the most premier venues in the area, including the Charles Hotel in Boston, the Inn at Church Landing in Meredith, NH, and the Mt. Washington Hotel in the White Mountains. Strings For All Occasions offers the option of having a string quartet, trio, duo, or solo violin on your important wedding day or event. The group performs a great selection of classical repertoire, as well as some modern music. The ensemble also does arrangements of songs to fit the specific needs of our clients.

We also had Yolanda and the other half of the duo, Gary, learn a specific song we wanted. A few days before the wedding Yolanda emailed us to ask a few questions to be sure to fit the song to our ceremony and that was it. All of it was beautiful but when they started to play the song we requested as I walked down the aisle both of us started to cry. One of the very few things I regret from our wedding day was that we didn’t get to meet and thank Yolanda and Gary in person after the wedding. They really made the ceremony beautiful and I would recommend them highly.

She was very upfront about everything and quite accommodating to our vision; she even emailed us clips of her playing certain songs and learned how to play new music specifically for our ceremony. She was on time and professional. Her talent is amazing! I was nearly in tears, listening to her play as I walked down the aisle with my dad. Many of our guests have reached out to us after the wedding to compliment how much Yolanda added to our ceremony and how beautifully she played; she made a world of difference.
