Strock Enterprises Inc. is a family-owned business and has been in operation for more than a century. Manager Kurtis has worked in the wedding industry since 2015 and loves helping people celebrate their relationships. This property is conveniently located, with hotels just a short drive away. Guests from out of town will appreciate the nearby Harrisburg International Airport if they're flying in to be with you.
Strock Enterprises Inc. has multiple event spaces for couples to choose from. The Catering Barn can comfortably accommodate up to 146 guests. Its wooden interior and natural light create a romantic space for your country wedding. It is a climate-controlled space, with heating and air conditioning for comfort all year round. The farm has changing rooms for the couple and their party to use. Tables and chairs are included in your use of any barn, alongside catering and servers.
The Corn Crib, meanwhile, is a more intimate setting. It also has lots of natural light, is climate controlled, and can comfortably fit up to 64 people seated at tables or 140 at a wedding ceremony. The Corn Crib has been also been used for the appetizer hour, rehearsal dinner, and bridal shower.
The Turkey Pen is a large, open-air, pavilion style venue which can seat at least 250 guests. Renovated in 2020, it is the perfect option for large wedding celebrations.
To simplify your planning, the team at this venue is happy to create a custom wedding catering package. They offer consultations at their office where you can explore your ideas and create your personalized wedding day.

Every single person we worked with was kind, professional, organized, and willing to go above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. They made the entire process feel stress-free and seamless, and you can truly tell they love what they do.
The venue itself is beyond beautiful — charming, elegant, rustic, and unforgettable all at once. Every corner of the property created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day, and our guests could not stop complimenting how stunning everything was. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the attention to detail throughout the entire venue was incredible.
The staff handled everything with such care and professionalism, making sure every detail was perfect from start to finish. The food was phenomenal, the service was outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded every expectation we had. We felt so celebrated and cared for the entire day.

After our first meeting, Briana and Kurtis were great at communication and making sure we were on the same page leading up to the wedding. They decorate for Christmas, and it gave the Catering Barn such a wonderful ambience to go along with the decorations we brought. They were very responsive to all of our needs and questions and all around very helpful throughout the entire process. One of the best things about Strock’s is the food!!! All of our guests were raving about it for days and my husband and I ate leftovers for a week straight! We had 130 guests which fit perfectly into the barn. All of our guests had a great time and the dance floor was packed all night! We also had Sharon Benyou do all of our floral arrangements and I cannot say enough great things about her. All of the bouquets and centerpieces were picture perfect – exactly how I had imagined them. She was able to make all of my floral dreams come true while sticking with our budget. The location is SOOOO beautiful, the barn is SOOOO beautiful. I highly recommend this location for a ceremony and reception, it is so pretty. At our wedding we didn't have a wedding coordinator and two women at the venue were so generous to help with that. One of them was extremely helpful with the setup of everything, and the other became the ceremony coordinator and told us when to walk out at the ceremony. Raelene is great to work with and her husband Kent walked around with my new husband answering all kinds of questions about their farm and was patient and as nice as anyone could be. I wasn't going for the whole barn theme but I couldn't pass up the fact that everything was in one location and when I saw that final price, of course it blew everyone else out of the water. The barn is fully updated with heat and AC and bathrooms are wonderful. Great dance floor. There is a groomsmen/ bridesmaid building that is the changing area, converted from the old chicken coop that is so cute. If you have any doubts, check it out and book them sooner than later! The food was amazing. I received sooo many compliments walking around at the reception, especially on the sweet potatoes with sausage and apples. They have some decorations already in place at the barn (lights and some draped toulle at the ceiling), and there are other decorations that can be rented for a fee.

got on the venue during and after our wedding this weekend. Add to that the delicious food and you can't beat it. It is one of the most unique venues in the area and one of the few barns around with both heat & A/C. It is also the best bang for your buck - they have the best catering prices that I saw anywhere (and even let you keep any leftovers!), and some of the food even comes from right there on the farm!!
We did both our ceremony & reception there (indoor ceremony, since it was February, but they do have outdoor ceremony space too). Raelene Strock was so easy to work with in the planning process and very flexible with all our special requests. Her staff definitely went above and beyond to make it all happen, and they were as sweet as could be.
Tables, chairs, and cake cutting are included in the extremely reasonable venue rental (unlike most places). You are also able to get into the barn the day before to do decorating and rehearsal. We also loved that they had some decorative items that we could rent from them.
The music sounded great in the barn too; even our DJ was impressed.
