Hey There! We are Max and Mariana from Stronger Together, a husband and wife wellness coaching team based out of Philadelphia, PA. We help brides and grooms show up to their big day looking & feeling their absolute best. How It Works: Our 3 Month Look Good, Feel Good Program starts with a FREE consulatation call. We talk about how you want to look and feel on your wedding day. We address your hesitations and you say "I Do". Then, we assess your likes, dislikes, past experience, schedule regarding work, social life, relationship, and any other thing that is important to you. We take all that information and build your customized plan. Your plan is delivered and easy to access through the mobile APP. Your plan includes: Movement: Customized workout plan Food: Customized food plan Support: Accountabiliy & availability every step of the way. Monthly coaching call and check-ins. We don't just give you your plan and say "Good Luck. Have fun!". We know that getting in shape for your wedding can be hard and overwhelming. But, it's ok. We are here to help you through it every step of the way. We don't require that you join a GYM. We don't do crash diets. Our goal is to not only help you show up to your big day looking and feeling amazing, but give you an easy system that allows you to look and feel your best for years to come.
