I spoke to Brian and made an appointment. I asked him the what the cancellation policy was. Instead of telling me what the policy was he gave me a lecture on not making an appointment. He said no one cancels. I asked him what the problem was and why he was talking to me like this he hung up. I called back and asked for his name, he hung up again. I called back to ask for the owner. He was not there and I could leave a message with him on my complaint. He then told me to call back on Friday to speak to Michael ( owner). When I called back 4 days later my phone number was blocked. They have terrible customer service. I have been going there for years and they don't value their customers. If you call for any service you might want to ask about the cancellation policy and see how you get treated.
