Danielle was the makeup artist for my wedding this past September. The "big day" can cause a lot of anxiety, but Danielle made me feel calm and relaxed. She is truly talented. Danielle was the absolute best make up artist a bride could ask for. When i went for my trial run she made it so easy and talked to me like we had known each other for years. I had seen a picture of her work after my trial run and decided that i had liked that makeup style better than what i had picked out and Danielle listened to my changes and said it would be no problem. Danielle traveled to the hotel that my wedding party and I were getting ready at and let me tell you all my girls absolutely adored her. I had some crazy bridesmaids that do not embarrass easily but Danielle fit right in and thought they were all hysterical. She took the time to talk to each girl as she did their makeup and actually cared to get to know everyone. Danielle was a delight to work with and everyone loved their makeup and eyelashes. My sister first recommended Danielle to me when I was looking for a makeup artist for my wedding - and I’m so grateful that she did! Danielle is so talented, and she made me feel absolutely beautiful on my special day. She also did the makeup for my mother, flower girl, and all my bridesmaids! I have had the pleasure of knowing Danielle for over 10 years. Not only is she a wonderful human being, she is an extremely talented make-up artist. I had Danielle teach my daughter’s middle school friends how to apply age appropriate make up and those lessons have stayed with them through high school. Danielle came highly recommended by my cousin who was in a wedding that used Danielle for makeup. Danielle is an amazing makeup artist, I was so lucky to have found her when I did, I had just had a make up trial at a salon on the south shore that's very large and very upscale and well known for bridal hair and makeup, and the hair was fine, but the make up appointment was terrible, firstly the make up artist smoked, and I could smell it on her fingers as she applied it, I even let her know it was bothering me and asked very politely to wash her hands, I then found out half way through the application that it would be a different person the day of the wedding, the salon used mineral makeup and came across very shiny and sparkly. Pretty pretty princess was not the look I was going for, this was my wedding not halloween. At the time I thought it would make sense to get my hair and makeup done at the sameplace for one stop shopping, but I was so put off by that experience that I started looking elsewhere. I thought having a make up artist come to the house the morning of my wedding would be to expensive. Let me tell you it was soo worth it! Enter Danielle, when I met her she took to the time to hear what I was l looking for, a natural but slightly more glammed up look that made the most of my features with out looking overdone. Her technique is flawless, she was able to give me a natural glow and applied a few false lashes that I was super nervous about but looked stunning but not fake and over done! The best part was her coming to the house after we had gotten back from the hair salon, having her there to do my Mom and my sister's make up as well, my wedding was in 2012 and she still does mine and my sister's make up. I also should add that my Mom looked stunning, she is an older woman in her 60's that has had a lot of sun exposure and is legally blind, and has one eye that droops significantly d/t some surgeries, Danielle made her look amazing, my sister is Asian (adopted) and I am white, Danielle did a fantastic job on both of our looks and picked really natural looks for both of us. I feel like I should add that b/c it's nice to know she is great with many different skin tones and facial structures. The best part was that she put us all at ease and made us look and feel beautiful, and was so much easier having her in the house. I am so grateful to have met her and had her a part of that day!

We love Danielle!! Danielle has helped us with multiple family weddings. I met Danielle when she was was working at Neiman Marcus in Boston. Her personality was incredibly warm, confident and charismatic. It was clear that she knew her way around the makeup counter. She generously shared her time and knowledge. After our first chance encounter, I continued to seek out Danielle any time I had a formal event that required amazing makeup. Danielle was my makeup artist for my wedding and she was absolutely AMAZING! She is beyond talented and knew exactly what I wanted even before I told her. I had never felt so beautiful! Danielle was amazing, she did the most beautiful natural yet elegant look. She really listened to what I wanted (and my bridesmaids!). She was so calm on such a hectic busy morning, which was much appreciated by an anxious bride :) I'll always remember Danielle...she had just finished my amazing make up and there was a knock on the door and my flowers were delivered when I looked in the box, my bouquet was completely wrong (smaller than all the bridesmaids flowers too!) Danielle did my makeup for a friend’s wedding and was absolutely incredible!! Danielle is amazing at her craft and what she provides for her brides, bridesmaids, mothers, plus so much more. I used Danielle for my Wedding this past September, 2018 in Newport, RI. Let me start off by saying I went to two different make-up trials before I found Danielle. I immediately felt at ease with Danielle when I came in for my trial. Danielle did the makeup for my bridal party and some extended family. Every single person LOVED it, and all of the bridesmaids who were not married yet already know who they are using for their wedding. From the flower girl who is 4 years old, to my great aunt who is 96, she managed to nail everyone's distinct personalities. The morning of my wedding I was so nervous, I hadn't slept the night before. Danielle's magnetic personality immediately calmed my nerves, and she helped made everyone in the room feel beautiful and special. I really felt like I could trust her, and things were in good hands. Also, just to note, my makeup stayed put from 11am to 11pm! 

Danielle is THE BEST makeup artist you could have for your wedding, for many many reasons. Makeup aside, she is a true professional and the most reliable vendor I worked with for my wedding. She communicates quickly, checks in before appointments, and has been in so many highly-emotionally charged situations (hello, weddings) that she can handle anything. For example, I had a huge parking issue at my getting ready location, and she wasn't even fazed. She quickly came up with a game plan and resolved the issue on her own, and kept me calm through the whole predicament. As for the makeup: Danielle is a true artist and has such skill. She always comes prepared for any skin type or color, has the cleaneast / most organized / expansive makeup kit, and ensures that everyone feels comfortable with their end result. She asked me (the bride) for the type of makeup I wanted for my brial party, just to check in if I had any special requirements. I didn't, and so she checked in individually with each of my bridesmaids and tailored the makeup specifically per their tastes and requests. My mom and I both never wear a full-face of makeup and wanted something that would come across in pictures, but that would still look like "us". I felt so comfortable in my makeup (which I'm never comfortable in makeup), and felt like the best version of myself. The booking process was easy and professional. I met Danielle for a trial and we discussed my daily makeup routine, what I was looking for, and a game plan for the trial. After the trial she made sure that I was comfortable, and asked me to wear it around for the day and see how the products felt on my skin and wore over time. She didn't want there to be any mistakes day-of, and having that trial gave me such peace of mind. She wrote down everything I liked and didn't like in detail, and referenced those notes for my day-of makeup. She was so prepared! I cannot say enough good things about Danielle. She is so prepared, professional, reliable, and the best presence to have while getting ready for your wedding. She bonded with our whole group and kept things fun, but also moving timely. She was well aware of the timeline and didn't dawdle, but she took individual care with each and every one of us. I highly highly recommend Danielle for your wedding day makeup!

She was recommended to me by one of my bridesmaids and is now the “go to” makeup artist of all of my best friends. I already have two weddings this year where Danielle has been booked. Danielle does breathtaking work, and she's such a pleasure to have around on the Big Day. Here's my best proof: I've been married twice, and Danielle did the makeup for both weddings. When I remarried, I wanted NOTHING to be the same as the first time wedding (as you can imagine, it didn't go all that well, hence the second wedding). I'd had vendors that I really loved and trusted the first time around, but I couldn't stomach using them again, for the associated memories. I made an exception for Danielle, because her talents are that impressive, and her company that lovely. I recommend her wholeheartedly. She'll make you look beautiful and feel beautiful.

Danielle is incredibly talented! I first saw her skills in action on my Sister-in-Law at my brother's wedding. Years later when it was my turn, I connected with her and arranged a make-up trial. Prior to the trial we spoke a bit via text and I shared some photos of myself in a couple of different make-up looks from every day beauty to Vegas make-up. During the make-up trial Danielle made great conversation and was skilled with the application. The finished look was a little more on the Vegas side than I had in mind and we chatted about what I wanted to change (more chocolate brown, less black) and what I wanted to keep (all the lashes!). I did not schedule an additional trial and instead trusted her to take my feedback and apply it to my wedding day. On my wedding day - she nailed it. It was exactly what I had in mind being soft, yet boldly glamorous like a bridal magazine. It was the absolute best and most beautiful version of myself and it photographed like a dream! By the way, if you're on the fence about lashes, get them! You will look like a princess in your photos. She also did an amazing job on my maid of honor, who looked simply glowing! My make-up stayed put the whole night, even through a ceremony in a church without AC, and hours on the dance floor.
