Studio Anew Salon Spa and Float Center

Had my wedding trial with Meghan C. before my bridal shower. She did well, but my eyelashes fell off halfway through the day. We agreed on hair and makeup that day and made plans for my wedding day. I wasn’t quite sure which of my bridal party needed makeup, but we had a tentative plan set. I reached back out two weekend before my wedding, calling, leaving voicemails, texting, and calling the salon with no response from Meghan. After a week of trying to get a hold of her, I went to the salon trying to catch her with no luck. The sweet girl at the front desk felt terrible for me and gave me the name of her friend who worked at the salon as well. She agreed to help me to the best of her ability. At this point, my wedding is a week away. She agreed to get back with me. After 3 days I did not hear from her and my wedding is creeping up. She is not texting back, and I’m panicking. I find a different salon to work with. They also felt terrible for me coming in clutch fitting me and 4 others in 4 days before my wedding. Thank you New Seasons Salon and Spa. This was not the stress I needed a week before my wedding. It ended up being a blessing in disguise, though, because New Seasons was amazing.

My in-laws took me here to relax before my wedding day. Was my first time floating. Not what I expected, but peaceful and relaxing.
