I can't recommend Lauren enough! From the very beginning, she was so kind and personable. I ended up doing two trials because I wasn't sure what I wanted, and she was so patient with me while we figured it out (including answering text messages about how frequently to get my hair cut prior to the wedding and assistance with our getting ready schedule, and through it all, never made me feel like a burden). I even asked for some adjustments day of the wedding and she was not only able to incorporate them, but she offered expert insight and made my hair truly PERFECT. I couldn't have been happier with how it turned out visually, it was comfortable, and it stayed alllll day with no problems. She did an amazing job with my mother's hair and my MIL's hair as well, dealing with different textures and styles. In addition to her incredible work, Lauren is a positive addition to any getting ready room--she is warm, good-natured, and easy to talk to. Everyone loved her!
