We glad hired Gilbert as DJ for our wedding. We were clueless with what type of music our guests want. He read the rooms really well, and our wedding was lit and fun. He is flexible with last minutes requests at the wedding which was not mentioned in our plan at the beginning. I would recommend

We hired Arturo from Styles DJ Services for our wedding and he was fantastic. He was very receptive to what we wanted and communicated well. He checked in with me without being overbearing. We even experienced a monsoon on our wedding day and he totally rolled with the punches and improvised to provide great service. Would absolutely recommend!!!

We met Gilbert at a Wedding Collective event in November ‘23. We were planning a destination wedding from Illinois to the Hyatt Tamaya in Bernalillo. Gilbert was so approachable and easy for our young couple to relate to. He was kind, attentive to their questions and enthusiastic at the prospect of DJ’ing their wedding - he made them feel seen and heard. Gilbert just has an easy way about him and calmed some of the anxieties of the fiancés. They were very happy to hire him. During the wedding planning, Gilbert maintained constant contact and provided a very detailed questionnaire as to the music choices and to the role the couple wanted the DJ to play at the reception. He was quick to respond to any inquiry. In fact, we asked Gilbert to add on to his hours post contract signing and he was more than happy to accommodate the late request and made it happen. Arturo was our DJ for the ceremony and the reception. He did an amazing job seamlessly transitioning between 4 or maybe 5 different ceremony songs. He provided the requested classic crooner sounds during the cocktail hour. He got the entire group of guests up and clapping & dancing for the grand entrance of the wedding party and the newlyweds and then smoothly transitioned into getting all of the guests to the dance floor for a huge group photo! My only blip came during dinner service when the music was a bit too loud and a bit too rock & roll for that segment - while “give me three steps” by Lynyrd Skynrd might be a great dance tune, I would have preferred that Arturo stuck to the classic crooner sounds at a lower decibel during dinner service. But once the reception started, Arturo kept the energy up and our guests were on the dance floor the entire time. He graciously took and played requests! He announced all the special occasions with a lot of joy and excitement for the newlyweds. And he kept the music playing until the very last minute of the party! Styles DJs has many different DJs on staff and we had the absolute best time with DJ Breeze. He played an excellent mix that fit our friends and family perfectly. He knew exactly when to pump up the party and when to let us catch our breath. The transitions between all the events were very smooth and he did such a great job at announcements. He also managed our epic rainstorm without a hitch and worked seamlessly with our photographers and wedding coordinators. We could not have asked for a better person to join us on our big day. If you're looking for a DJ for your wedding, you've definitely found him.

We were lucky enough to hire DJ Styles for our wedding and it was the best decision we could’ve made! We knew that music was going to be a big part of our day and they couldn’t have matched our vibes more. DJ Breezy set the tone during dinner and continued to have our guests on the dance floor all night long! Arturo was great. The form we were given to fill out beforehand helped a lot, so we could think about what we needed and when. The day of, he was great at his job. He checked in regularly, was super chill about moving things when stuff didn't follow the original plan, and did an amazing job keeping people on the dance floor. Honestly, as the bride I was just sad I couldn't keep dancing as long as I wanted due to my dress and not drinking enough water ahead of time. He really listened to us, and made the night so much better!

Gilbert did a great job DJing our Wedding reception. He worked very well with our wedding coordinator. Calling the tables for dinner, first dances, and toasts all went smoothly. He payed a good variety of music that kept the evening fun for everyone.

DJ Arturo was absolutely perfect! He played all the music we wanted to hear, hit all the queues we needed him to hit for specific moments of the wedding and made all the announcements we needed. He was even able to read the crowd and change things up as needed. Would recommend him for anyone’s wedding or special event!!

Styles DJ service exceeded our expectations! He had everything set up and ready to go before the ceremony. We had a blast all night and he did a great job reading the crowd and keeping everyone engaged all evening. He took all our song requests and made sure to include everything we wanted. Gilbert was such a great asset to our wedding reception! We wanted a very specific music vibe for dinner, and Gilbert was able to capture exactly what we were looking for. He did an excellent job for finding the music that people wanted to dance to. We also really appreciated that the music was an appropriate volume for the space. We've been to several weddings where the music was just too loud, so it's not enjoyable to be in the reception room and you aren't able to talk to others. Gilbert made it so that we could listen to music AND hear other people, and that made such a difference.

Styles DJ Services is great! They reached out to me before the wedding asking about our music interests and how we wanted the evening to flow. Arturo was fabulous! We even got compliments on him throughout the night!

We hired Styles Dj Services for an India-themed wedding reception and were so pleased with the results! Gilbert communicated with us promptly from our very first inquiry. We chose Styles Dj because of their professionalism and excellent pricing! Our Dj, Arturo, arrived early and set up before the first guests arrived. Throughout the evening, he was very responsive to our requests (type of music, level of sound, etc). He had an excellent playlist ready to go which got lots of people out on the dance floor. We most highly recommend Styles Dj services and will call on them again if we need Dj services in the future.

The DJ was definitely one of the best we’ve had. He was very good with the transitions and the different genres of songs. He kept the crowd alive and didn’t fail us.

Our DJ Richard was amazing! He followed our itinerary perfect and took request from everyone. I had one artist one my do not play list and he followed that as well. He listened and was super helpful. Highly recommend. Reasonable prices as well!

Benny Jaramillo of DJ styles served as the DJ for our 250-person wedding reception at the Albuquerque Museum. He rolled with the punches including being prepared to proceed when their internet went down and calling the tables backward so our friends could eat first and we could move things along smoothly. He played a lot of our favorite tunes and responded promptly to our queries. They also brought some cool lights that we hadn’t expected. Thank you Benny and DJ Styles!

Gilbert Wickens is the best!!! He was super easy to work with and we had a lot to plan. We wanted him to play a mix of New Mexican Spanish Ranchera music, club music, 90s music, Bollywood music, line dances and audio files for choreographed songs apart from our first dance and the parents’ dance.. and he delivered. Not just that, he seamlessly mixed all the different genres, read the crowd so well and had so many people on the dance floor till midnight. I think we even heard someone say “Encore!” behind me! And his emceeing was awesome too - he made folks laugh and popped in some directions during our La Marcha for some of us who were clueless on the moves 😊 so happy he was our DJ!
