. Alma stated this policy was non refundable under any circumstances, and that it’s on the invoice which is correct. However you receive the invoice after you pay. After bringing that point up I was told by alma she would look into a refund and asked if I would be happy with a partial refund and I said anything is better then nothing. After a week of hearing nothing I followed up and was told there was nothing she could do but it’s there store policy. I find it interesting how there is nothing the manager can do. I wouldn’t recommend them for any services. I didn’t choose to cancel my wedding, Mother Nature did. Sad that they can’t even provide customer service and refund me when they hadn’t even ordered the flowers since my wedding wasn’t until May.

ould use Suellen's Floral. My husband always came home with the biggest, brightest, and freshest flowers every month. And on every occasion he could, he would have flowers delivered to my work or our house, and they would be the prettiest floral arrangements I've ever seen! Because of their quality of work put into each arrangement, I ended up using them for my grandmother's celebration of life ceremony, to which they exceeded all of my expectations and MORE! So when it came time to choose a Florist for our wedding, I had no doubts of who I would use! Not knowing anything about weddings or where to start, I came to Suellen's with just an "idea" of what I wanted my arrangements to look like, again, not having the slightest of clues of what I wanted or even needed for my ceremony and reception. She and Her team were extremely delightful to work with and were very understanding of all my needs for my wedding day and then MORE. She and the rest of the Floral Team made MAGIC happen for my special day! My wedding day would not have been possible without these professionals taking charge and running full force into setting everything up AND making sure it "met my expectations." I told them it didn't "meet my expectations." It was literally EVERYTHING I had wanted and MORE. Everything they did and provided EXCEEDED my expectations 110%. They were in CONSTANT contact with me every step of the way, even day-of when they personally hand delivered my bouquet. My girls were in such awe of how beautiful and extravagant my cascading bouquet was. Everything was just breathtaking to say the absolute least. Ladies and Gentlemen, I will truly and honestly admit that the staff at Suellen's take pride in their work! And to be quite honest, they've hired the utmost professional, caring/loving employees I have ever worked with. They made me feel like FAMILY! This is a quality YOU WANT decorating YOUR wedding or even celebration of life! Their pricing beats all the other competitors, their flowers are superb, and they're handled with care. Most of all, they are made with LOVE. I could not have asked for a better Florist to showcase my ideas into a reality dream of mine! I am and will be forever grateful for their services. Don't hesitate to hire them for anything, YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! You will gain a family at the end of it all. With all sincerity

Alma was great to work with and stayed under our budget. They were all so sweet when we stopped in before the wedding to see the progress of the bouquets and arch piece. Very friendly and sweet! Thank you ladies!!
