During the wedding day, summer and cassie were great and made sure we were taken care of. It was really great working with them and we would definitely recommend them!

Even when something didn't go as planned, Summer had it handled and made sure it didn't cause any stress. She ended up decorating my cake with the flowers my florist had forgotten to place, she got rid of some wedding crashers (I had no idea they were even there.), and she made sure I got some of my own wedding cake to take home without me asking. In the months leading up to the wedding, they checked in on me regularly and were a helpful resource as I navigated the world of wedding planning. When it came to the actual wedding week, I was able to focus on my job and visit with friends and family who had flown in for the wedding -- none of that would have been possible if I hadn't felt so comfortable handing off a year of planning to Summer and Cassie. From confirming with our vendors to handling our last minute changes (like when I realized a couple hours before the wedding that I hadn't picked a song for our father-daughter dance), Summer and Cassie handled everything professionally and more importantly, made me feel relaxed so that I could enjoy my wedding day. Our wedding day was everything we wanted it to be, and that is in large part because of Summer and Cassie's hard work. Even our guests who were involved in some of the behind the scenes aspects of the wedding spoke highly of Summer and Cassie. And finally, their ringing endorsement comes from my mother -- who was sure we could handle all the logistics on the day of the wedding without any help -- she now thinks hiring Summer and Cassie was the best decision we made for our wedding and I couldn't agree more.

We planned our wedding long distance from Seattle and they mailed us resources and constantly asked how they could make the process easier for us. They were prepared for every detail and last minute change and made our rehearsal the day before a breeze. It was amazing to hear from every friend and family member we sat down with after the wedding how much everyone noticed that Summer and Cassie had everything under control. They really did make our wedding perfect and made sure we got to enjoy things we would have missed in the craziness of the day. There is no need to look any further for day of coordinators. onal experience with planning events, it was incredibly helpful to have one of the owners, Summer assist me with it. Even though she was providing wedding day coordination only, she went above and beyond that. Throughout my wedding planning, she would follow-up with me intermittently just to see how everything was going. As much as I felt on top of the planning, I always had a million random questions about wedding reception details that she was always readily available to provide answers to. She also was a great person to bounce ideas or suggestions off of because she would provide her opinion based on her own past experience with other weddings. Another great service they provided prior to the wedding was they contacted my venue as well as all my vendors and made sure everything was ready to go for the day of the wedding and to provide her contact information for any further follow-up. To not have to handle any vendor issues was a great help and relief for a bride the week of her wedding! Sublime Weddings & Events provided excellent day of coordination as well. As with the months leading up to the wedding, they continued to go above and beyond my expectations. When they arrived at the venue, Summer took complete control of all the vendors and all the remaining details. Issues that arose during and directly after the wedding were quickly resolved such as I forgetting to pick up the coffee pot from a vendor and Summer graciously picking it up on her way to the venue. During the reception, we ran out of ice and the coffee beans bought were not working with the coffee pot ordered. Summer had her staff run to the store to get the additional items. They also stayed long after the reception was over helping family and friends clean up. Little things like these, made a huge difference in my reception going smooth and maximizing my husband and I's enjoyment. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is getting married or is having a big event because unlike other wedding vendors I interacted with, they really listened to what I wanted from my wedding day and made sure that the things that I was most concerned with, were not on my radar the day of but still taken care!
