We rented a tent thinking that our cocktail hour would be outdoors. Since we had a June wedding, we inquired about the tent being cooled. They recommended the most powerful cooli...ng system they had without being full blown air conditioned. As the day approached I called several times concerned about the outdoor heat. I was assured that with that particular cooling system under the tent would be about 85 degrees even though the forecast was 100 degrees. When we arrived at our reception I was disappointed that no one was under the tent. It was literally just blowing hot air and didn't feel any cooler than it was outside. The cocktail hour had been moved entirely inside. I was very disappointed that $1000+ had gone to complete waste. While the staff was friendly on the phone, they didn't deliver on their promises.
