y. Many months went by before the wedding and when I saw the cake on our wedding day I nearly cried. It was absolutely perfect. I have been to several weddings and never remember the cake, I'm probably biased but I ate 3 pieces at our wedding. She also left a little cupcake version of our cake at our seat which we enjoyed later that evening. THANK YOU!

int was the fact that I was about to walk down the aisle, and we had no cake. My mom had to call and found out that the cake hadn't even left the bakery yet. Thankfully, it was there by the reception time.

incorrectly. The bottom tier was supposed to have gumpaste flower petals all over, and instead they put very simple and not very pretty swirls instead. The cake also had a very obvious tilt, and honestly looked like it came from Publix. I emailed the owner immediately and it took her over a month to reply, at which point she disclosed that she didn't like the gumpaste petals and decided to change the design without asking me or anyone else. She did offer to give us a check with a anniversary cake, but we live 1k miles away so this wouldn't really work for us. If you want a simple design, this is a great route to go. But if you want some a little more ellegant and put together, find a different bakery.

being a "B". They said that they were rushed because the flowers were not how they should have been (I was never instructed on how to have the flowers besides having them by the table) and then said that someone could have called them to come back and fix it (I didn't have anyone over looking them because I didn't think there would be a problem). I did contact them after the wedding and they are going to compensate me with a 6 in round anniversary cake.

at our wedding. She was professional and quick to answer any questions, and I very much enjoyed working with her. She even went so far as to match our turquoise beach-themed cake to my bridesmaids' dresses. It turned out exactly as I had hoped, if you want personal service and a great cake, go to Sue Ann's! They are a wonderful local bakery that show great dedication to making beautiful cakes and providing a great experience to their customers.

dnt stop until we were satisfied! They ordered specific modings for our cake at no extra charge!The flavors of the cakes and frosting were UNBELIEVABLE! No other bakery coud come close to comparison! THe second place I went was larger but the owner had the personality of a clam and the cake was terrible! Her designs were beautiful but taste was more important! She also told me to hurry up and let them know if we were going to use them because they only had one spot left for the day of our wedding...I found that hard to believe! After going with Sue Ann's, I received multiple calls from the other bakery sounding desperate for business! Ironic since there was only one place left! I say all this because it only makes Sue Ann's look even better! They were friendly, honest, and not pushy at all! It was more of a passion than about making money, and that was apparent throughout the whole process! Truly wonderful experience!

We had to have both! The prices were very reasonable too. The only problem is I had to purchase a cupcake every time I stopped by and was worried I'd gain weight before the wedding! They were just too yummy!
