Sue Ann’s Bakery

Kerry at Sue Ann's was great to work with! Our cake was amazing and exactly what I wanted. We wanted just a simple cake - vanilla with vanilla buttercream, and red velvet with vanilla buttercream and it was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend Sue Ann's; they were so great and helpful to work with and the cake was delicious!

Don't get me wrong about Sue ann's bakery, their cake is amazing, they tasted so amazing and the overall look of the cake was amazing... however they put the wrong last name initials on my cake. It should have been a "J" and instead it ended up being a "B". They said that they were rushed because the flowers were not how they should have been (I was never instructed on how to have the flowers besides having them by the table) and then said that someone could have called them to come back and fix it (I didn't have anyone over looking them because I didn't think there would be a problem). I did contact them after the wedding and they are going to compensate me with a 6 in round anniversary cake.

Jennifer at Sue Ann's Bakery was such a pleasure to work with. From the moment we began discussing my vision she seemed to know exactly what I wanted...and I was so pleased with the final product. Everything was perfect, exactly what I had envisioned. Oh, and let's not forget the most important part -- DELICIOUS!

After receiving an estimate about a wedding cake, I was surprised by both the reasonable pricing and especially the service I received. Jennifer at Sue Ann's went out of her way to help us design the perfect wedding cake that looked beautiful at our wedding. She was professional and quick to answer any questions, and I very much enjoyed working with her. She even went so far as to match our turquoise beach-themed cake to my bridesmaids' dresses. It turned out exactly as I had hoped, if you want personal service and a great cake, go to Sue Ann's! They are a wonderful local bakery that show great dedication to making beautiful cakes and providing a great experience to their customers.

All I have to say is WOW! I went to Sue Ann's for my first tasting. The shop is small and quaint! The staff is amazing! THe girls were so helpful in helping us design our perfect cake! We emailed back and forth many times with many ideas and didnt stop until we were satisfied! They ordered specific modings for our cake at no extra charge!The flavors of the cakes and frosting were UNBELIEVABLE! No other bakery coud come close to comparison! THe second place I went was larger but the owner had the personality of a clam and the cake was terrible! Her designs were beautiful but taste was more important! She also told me to hurry up and let them know if we were going to use them because they only had one spot left for the day of our wedding...I found that hard to believe! After going with Sue Ann's, I received multiple calls from the other bakery sounding desperate for business! Ironic since there was only one place left! I say all this because it only makes Sue Ann's look even better! They were friendly, honest, and not pushy at all! It was more of a passion than about making money, and that was apparent throughout the whole process! Truly wonderful experience!

I just happened to see this bakery while driving to work one day and popped my head in to take a look. I'm so glad I did! Jenn was a pleasure to work with. Our cake turned out perfect and they make the best cupcakes I've found in the area! We had to have both! The prices were very reasonable too. The only problem is I had to purchase a cupcake every time I stopped by and was worried I'd gain weight before the wedding! They were just too yummy!
