So, for starters, their cakes are delicious. However, on the day of the wedding they showed up over an hou late (almost at the start of the ceremony) and decorated it on site. This would have been fine except for the fact that they decorated it... incorrectly. The bottom tier was supposed to have gumpaste flower petals all over, and instead they put very simple and not very pretty swirls instead. The cake also had a very obvious tilt, and honestly looked like it came from Publix. I emailed the owner immediately and it took her over a month to reply, at which point she disclosed that she didn't like the gumpaste petals and decided to change the design without asking me or anyone else. She did offer to give us a check with a anniversary cake, but we live 1k miles away so this wouldn't really work for us. If you want a simple design, this is a great route to go. But if you want some a little more ellegant and put together, find a different bakery.
