Sue was incredible! From the time of our engagement shoot to the Big Day, she was so open, creative, fun, and relaxed. We feel like she really took time to understand what was important to us and make sure it all shone through. During the planning process she was thorough and communicative and helped push the planning process along. On the day of, she really helped us relax and enjoy everything. Everyone in our families complimented how sweet she was and are now in awe of the photos. Hiring Sue was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding!

Sue was absolutely brilliant for our wedding last fall. Clearly very experienced photographing weddings, she asked us what moments we wanted captured prior to the wedding, and included many options we hadn't even considered. On the day, she walked with us around the venue to find the best locations, and the photos testify to her excellent eye for detail. We were particularly impressed by her attention to textures and lighting. We can be a bit camera shy, and appreciated Sue's candor to help keep us from feeling too awkward! When time came for family photos, Sue kept things orderly and got all the shots we wanted succinctly. Throughout the reception she was excellent for capturing moments that we are very glad to have and remember. I cannot recommend Sue highly enough. Her presence and professionalism greatly improved our wedding, and we will treasure the photos she took for us for years to come.

Sue was truly amazing.......an incredibly talented and gifted photographer. She has an artist's eye and was able to capture the beauty and essence of the most meaningful moments of our wedding day. Sue is super easy going and a consummate professional. We did one goofy photoshoot and one more serious one and we loved how they came out. She finds the right mix of being present to direct you while also making you feel at ease so the photos feel natural. And she's great at photoshop for post editing, which can be underappreciated. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Sue’s passion for photography blossom into an endeavor that has taken her around the world and brought endless joy to so many people. I dabble quite a bit in photography myself (it's not a job, but a side hustle, for sure), I am very picky when it comes to photographers. Sue was the obvious choice for my wedding. Her style is so wonderfully refined and polished (but not overly so—), and I am over the moon about how the photographs turned out from our New York elopement. The pictures are so iconic—forever grateful. (And how can I not give an extra, 6th star on this review?!)—seriously—she goes the extra mile. Cannot recommend her more highly—!!!!

Sue was the absolute perfect choice to capture our wedding. She has a super fun, down-for-anything personality, so if you want specific shots or maybe have an idea that’s a bit unconventional, she’ll go for it! I specifically remember her diving on the ground of the dance floor to get some really cool pictures; you can’t expect anyone to do that, but she will for her art! She was with us for the entire day, on time and ready while we were getting ready in the morning, and she stayed until all of the action was over. She also did our engagement photos, which was another great experience! She has a great eye and was able to direct us into the space (The Highline in NYC, which can be very busy!) to get some really beautiful photos. At the end of the night it started to rain, and she asked us to get in the street for some really magical rainy photos that I wish I could upload here! Sue is a treasure.
