I was a little apprehensive about choosing this place after a not so great tasting experience, but the customer service pulled through and everyone looked the snickerdoodle STARZ Hockey cake my groom had. The bridal cake was beautiful and so tasty.

After trying a few bakeries, we came to Sugar Bee Sweets and there was no comparison. We discussed and literally booked the next day. The team is communicative and the flavors are amazing! Our cakes came about gorgeous and were exactly what we asked for when it came to the design. I'll be coming back for cupcakes and other party cakes now! Highly recommend :)

If our coordinator did not save us a few slices, my husband and I would not have been able to try the cake until we had the top layer on our one year anniversary! Everyone, including us, loved and devoured all three flavors of our cake! They did such a fabulous job color matching the blue in the marble bottom layer to our wedding colors. From our first meeting at cake tasting to the final product, I cannot recommend them enough!

I will only ever order cakes and sweets from Sugar Bee Sweet from now on! I was so impressed with the cake flavors and texture during our taste testing and was so happy to see that it translated on a larger scale on our wedding day. This place went out of there way! My husband wanted a yeti cake with stickers on it. They took the images I sent them and make sugar stickers for the cake- amazing! Mine was kind of a copy from one she had previously done but she got the color spot on with me just telling her blue not a specific blue. They were gorgeous and delicious! Everyone loved them!

Sugar Bee Sweets made sure we had the best experience during our cake tasting (even during 2020) and their flavors were amazing! We took home our leftovers from the tasting and my sister ended up falling in love with a cake flavor and knew then they were the baker for her wedding as well! We ended up going with a regular 3 tiered cake and a sheet cake to get in an extra flavor because we couldn't decide. Leading up, they were prompt with their communication and made sure everything was still accurate. Day of, they were on-time and arranged the fresh florals we had left on our cake and it was better than we imagined. We had so many compliments on the taste and had several people take home extra! A year later and we are super excited to get an anniversary cake from them of one of the flavors from our wedding.

I planned a wedding in Dallas from Virginia, and they helped me design, create, and execute a surprise groom's cake that turned out wonderfully! It was such a highlight of our reception! The bakery was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. I was never left waiting for an answer to a question, or wondering when they would e-mail back (even over the holidays!). The week-of, they coordinated the surprise cake with my reception venue and planner to ensure the groom wouldn't find out about it until the perfect moment - and it worked! Sugar Bee Sweets was a great vendor! We ordered a bride's cake and a groom's cake. The bride's cake was an almond cake with raspberry buttercream filling. The groom's cake was Chocolate with a caramel & chocolate buttercream filling. Both cakes tasted amazing. Many guests complimented the cake, which I feel is rare. The cake tasting was a good experience. We ordered the set to go and tried them at home. Day of they arrived on time and placed the cakes with no issues. Correspondence between us and them was quick and professional. Would recommend Sugar Bee Sweets!

I knew immediately from the tasting that we were going to have them make our wedding and groom's cake. Their cake is absolutely delicious!! It was so good that we couldn't decide which flavors we wanted to choose, so we decided to go with 5 of them between the two cakes. Absolutely recommend Sugar Bee Sweets. The cakes were DELICIOUS and so so pretty! They were always super quick to respond and made sure we didn't over order on our cake with our final guest count. I loved how they did a final check in 2 weeks out and before the final payment. It helped make sure we had the numbers finalized and made any last minute changes. I was also super impressed with the groom's cake topper. My husband and I are Razorbacks and he really wanted a Razorback cake topper but was super nervous to ask for it because Razorbacks are easy to mess up. But Sugar Bee Sweets did not disappoint! Both cakes turned out beautiful and tasted wonderful.

We went in person for a cake tasting and all the flavors were so delicious it was hard to decide! We went with Sugar Bee Sweets for our Bridal and Grooms cakes, and they were super helpful throughout the process. Our cakes were mostly simple, but had a couple of unique details like our dogs on the wedding cake. They nailed it! We couldn't have been happier with how our cakes turned out.

YES! 5 star bakery! Sugar Bee Sweets made the MOST incredible wedding cake for our daughter’s wedding. Besides being absolutely delicious, they designed a multi-tier cake using the wedding’s gold accents and floral which was a real show stopper. Sugar bee sweets has always been my bakery of choice, so there was no doubt I would choose them to make my cake for my wedding day. We got our wedding cake and groom's cake from Sugar Bee and could not have been happier with both. My wedding cake was exactly what I wanted - they were even able to replicate the lace from my dress on the cake! My husband's cake looked like an galvanized tub of beers and looked so realistic some guests did not even realize it was a cake. The cake also tasted absolutely delicious! We will definitely be using Sugar Bee again in the future!

Sugar Bee sweets was the perfect place to get my bride and grooms cakes from!!! I was so stressed out and in a pinch for time before my big day and they were completely professional and very responsive!! I was nervous as I did not have a cake tasting and ended up just ordering a signature bride and grooms cake, and let me tell you they were so BEAUTIFUL and DELICIOUS!!!! We had so many compliments about our cakes! They were very professional and delivered the cakes on time. Definitely would recommend!!

Sugar Bee Sweets was a great vendor for our cake. Cake is way more important to my (now) husband than it was to me, so SBS’s options for a “signature” cake, and their skills for a special grooms cake made the process so easy and simple for us. We had to make some changes to our cake order in the last 3 weeks due to number changes as a result of the pandemic which resulted in our “signature” order becoming a custom order that was more expensive since the signature cakes are not flexible on changes – so if you do decide to go with SBS that is the one thing I would be aware of. However, it was so worth it to make those changes and know that our guests were safe. And – in the end it was all worth it. Our custom grooms cake (designed after the custom Nike’s we had ordered to wear during the reception) was INCREDIBLE, and looked just like our shoes. The cake was DELICIOUS and we received numerous texts the next day for both the peach amaretto and the strawberry cake. My husband and I ate leftover cake multiple days in a row it was still so yummy.

When looking at cake options we made an appointment on Sugar Bee Sweet's website to do a tasting. Four of us were able to go to the tasting, and tried 8 different cake flavors. Of the eight flavors, all were amazing, and we were unable to decide between five, so the bakery let us do each tier a different flavor. We had a three tier bridal cake and a 2 tier grooms cake. At the tasting, we were given books of the bakery's previous work and were assisted in building the two cake designs from scratch. They were so helpful, going in I had very little idea of what I wanted the cake to look like, and by the end of the hour we had everything completely figured out. The cakes were delivered on time and the delivery person decorated the cake with loose flowers we had available. Everything looked amazing and we got so many compliments on all the different cake flavors (although red velvet and chocolate stout seemed to be crowd favorites!). I would absolutely recommend this bakery to all!

They did a wonderful job on our wedding cake! It was beautiful and delicious! The process in choosing was also made easy and delicious. Everyone is still raving about the cake balls we did as well. Would 100% recommend!

I took finding the perfect wedding cake very seriously. I tried about 5 or 6 dallas metro cakes before I decided on Sugar Bee Sweets and they did not disappoint in flavor. Everyone at my reception commented on how perfect the cake was and it truly was delicious. Only bummed that I have to have another wedding to get more. I ordered a almond cake with white butter cream and again it was the perfect wedding cake.

Sugar Bee Sweets was amazing! My husband is not that big of a cake guy and when we went in we only had intentions of planning a bride's cake. That quickly changed after we tasted the chocolate with the caramel bottom. It was delicious. They made our vision come to life! The only complaint I have... I wish I would have taken more with me to the hotel!!!!! You should totally book with Sugar Bee!

Our cake was one of our favorite parts of our wedding day. It was beyond what we could have ever imagined in both flavor and design. They were also affordable and very pleasant to work with. You MUST pick Sugar Bee for all baking needs!!

Sadly my wedding had to be cancelled due to COVID 19. We were unable to postpone the wedding as well. All of our vendors have been more than happy to give us a partial refund except for Sugar Bee Sweets. I even have an email stating they had not purchased anything yet for the cake and Hedi is still taking the total amount which is around 1,500 dollars. They offered to give us a credit for a future event, but we do not even live in the DFW area, so there would be no way for us to use it. This is an unfortunate situation but you would hope that they could be reasonable and give SOMETHING back. Hedi would not offer us a cent back.

Sugar Bee makes the BEST CAKES EVER. We got our wedding cake, grooms cake, and we also ordered macarons and cookies! All so yummy and so gorgeous!! Totally recommend!

We chose Sugar Bee Sweets for our wedding cake and it was just perfect! We worked with them on the cake design and the cake they delivered was exactly what we had asked for. We choose a white cake with a blackberry cream cheese filling and it was delicious. We also had red velvet cake that was a nice compliment. From our cake tasting meeting at the shop where we described our vision to enjoying the delicious cake on our wedding night, it was top notch service, through and through. It is comforting to work with someone that you can trust to execute the vision you have, and after our initial meeting with Sugar Bee, we knew we had that trust and did not look at any other vendors. We ordered cake and cake balls for our wedding, and they all looked exactly as we had imagined on the big day. Sugar Bee Sweets does beautiful, custom designs and their cakes are DELICIOUS! So often you go to a wedding and the cake is just OK -- but that is not the case here. We are so thrilled with how our bride's and groom's cakes turned out, and we enjoyed our experience working with Sugar Bee Sweets!

So I forgot to order my wedding cake... We were scrambling to find week-of wedding cake options. Sugar Bee Sweets has signature cakes that you can order in the very same week! We ended up getting 2 10" signature cakes (Vanilla Strawberry & Texas Butter). When I saw them, I thought we had ordered way too much. They were huge! We also had a whole dessert bar with ice cream, cookies, & churros so I didn't think there was any way these cakes would get totally eaten by then end of the night but they did! Everyone loved them. I highly recommend Sugar Bee Sweets!
