oughout our interactions with him, we absolutely loved his professionalism !! He also went beyond his own work, and recommended us vendors based on our tastes and gave us some great referrals for vendors we also ended up working with! We then got in touch with Ridhi based on his recommendation for wedding coordination and it is safe to say that without her, the event would have not gone this smoothly! She pulled her magic and was there when we needed her! She was super hands on and pushed us to get all the details on time prior to the event and spoke to all vendors to made sure everything from decor, lighting, catering and DJ came together in time! She also was a superwoman when it came to crowd hearding which can get challenging with Indian events as things seem to run late - but Ridhi was on top of her game and made the show run the way we wanted it!! Sahil too got an detailed schedule from us to make sure he would know when to play the songs, speak in between and when to hype up the crowd. He had also provided us uplighting, sparklers and dry smoke and even put the sparklers on when we were getting family pictures done to make the backdrop even more beautiful! This was an addition to what we agreed and we really appreciated this pleasant surprise!! As a huge plus, he knew how speak at an event and hyped up the crowd during our entrances, and the dancing ! He didn’t let the party stop which was the best part!! Getting so so many compliments for the reception is a testimony to Sahil and Ridhis work and we are glad we worked with them to make this function magical for everyone!!

We planned logistics for the entire day, including getting ready and arrival times, planning photo locations and travel, ceremony events, reception events, and food service. Riddhi was in communication with all of our vendors and made sure the food, decorations, and cake arrived on time, our transportation and photographers stayed on schedule, and most importantly, that all the wedding party and family members were at the right place at the right time. She even attended our church wedding rehearsal and seamlessly took care of last-minute changes of our wedding day plans, including changing decor on all of the tables and getting permission for us to use a new photoshoot location the day of. Riddhi also recorded a choreography tutorial video for our first dance, which she catered to our skill level, and it was a huge success. In addition, she and her team members are super nice and helped make our special day smooth and stress-free, allowing us to enjoy it to the fullest! We would 100% recommend Riddhi P. to our friends looking for a coordinator, especially for planning a big Desi wedding :)

Seriously, I would get married all over again just for them to DJ/MC it again. They made me feel special and always followed up with my wife and I throughout the whole process. They accommodated 140 people in Cancun for our destination wedding and it was effortless. They are meant for greatness and I promise you, if you hire them, you will not be disappointed! They also made sure our events went smoothly and timely, which is especially hard to do at an event of 650 people, but they did it flawlessly. And we couldn’t have done it without Riddhi’s expert coordination from cueing up the smoke machine for our first dance to confirming the timeline with us the day of and keeping us on schedule throughout the event which helped us fit in everything important to us without getting distracted. All around WONDERFUL experience with the most AMAZING team!!

ome up last minute. He was always on time and easy to get in touch with-responding within a 24 hour window, but usually sooner. To say he is proactive might be an understatement, as we received multiple lists of songs to review in order to give him a better understanding of our tastes, as well as a combined online document we could all share and edit to plan out the day. He went to our venue a few weeks in advance to check it out, and to see how he could best accommodate our vision in the space. When the day came he brought the energy, made little adjustments to best suit our needs (as we had previously discussed) and things could not have gone any smoother. It was an amazing celebration and we cannot understate this: if you want your day to be carefree and an absolute blast, check Sugar Events & Entertainment!!

ultiple meetings weeks and months in advance for my fiancé and I to go over our taste in music, the timeline for the evening, and logistics of how to accomplish everything in the exact way that we wanted, and always got back to us very quickly whenever we reached out with any questions. Most importantly though, our dance floor was absolutely packed the entire night, start to finish. I've been to fun parties and weddings before but I've never seen energy like that on a dance floor. Even the quietest of our friends couldn't help but join on the dance floor. I give DJ Sahil and his entire team all the credit, the music and dholi were absolutely phenomenal and all of our guests made it a point to tell us how much they loved our DJ. As a cherry on top, although we had expected our venue to provide day-of-coordination and we declined this service through Sugar Events and Entertainment, their team stepped up in any ways that our coordinator from the venue fell short. Their passion for what they do and putting the event first through these small acts of kindness didn't go unnoticed. In short, do yourself a favor and hire Sahil, Riddhi, and the Sugar Events and Entertainment team. It'll be the best decision you make for your big day, like it was for ours.

During the weeks leading up to the big day, she was in constant contact with us and all of the vendors ensuring everything was just right for the big day. We were truly blown away by the way her and her team navigated everything during the wedding weekend. From ensuring that the decorators arranged things just as we wanted to , managing every hiccup along the way with innovative solutions right on the spot, making sure we were well taken care of and attended to during the entire night, and ensuring that things ran according to the timeline, managing difficult family members, all with a smile on their faces. Weddings are truly such an emotional time. Riddhi and her team were so warm and kind and really put the whole family at ease during the entire process. I'm most grateful that my parents were able to enjoy the events and tend to our family and friends whole someone else took care of the rest. I will forever be thankful to Riddhi and her team for executing such a perfect weekend for us. I truly cannot come up with a single thing they could have done different. Riddhi and her team were not only extremely professional and detail oriented, but they were truly the kindest and most genuine team we've had the pleasure of working with. It was very clear that they were so passionate about our wedding and happy to be there as family would be. They always gave us sincere advice and it was very apparent that none of them were in this for the money. Riddhi and her team really showed up for our family as if we were a part of theirs. Thank you thank you thank you. My sincere advice to anyone getting married would be to hire Riddhi and her team for their wedding. It made the entire world of a difference!

They were very organized and very receptive to our recommendations on what types of songs we wanted to hear at the reception. The execution was seamless and the dance floor was full all night. 10/10 would recommend them for a fusion wedding day!

He’s very organized and has everything mapped out so that stressing over your DJ isn’t even a consideration when planning your event. I especially appreciated his open and prompt communication, always being ready to take my call or reply to my text should something come up. Sahil was also on top of communicating with the venue, taking additional time to visit and walk through beforehand so that he was 100% good to go on the day of our event. I don’t plan to have an event of this caliber too often in the future, however I know that should the need ever arise, I can count on Sugar Events to go above and beyond as my DJ and entertainment vendor. Special shout out to Dholi Ayush, he was so energetic and seamlessly transitioned from desi beats to western music to German Polka!
