Puja (Lead) and her team of coordinators (Nayva, Rachna & Aimee) made sure that our entire day went by extremely smoothly made sure we had little to stress about, even ensuring we, as the couple were fed by bringing us food and water to our rooms and making sure we had enough rest and energy to enjoy the whole day. We were also running ahead of time the whole day and received multiple comments from guests about how this was the best planned wedding they’ve been to. Puja also played a proactive role in helping plan the events of the day and coordinating with all vendors ahead of time to make sure they were aware of all expectations. When the hair/ drapery stylist had a last minute delay, the Sugar team stepped in and got the bride ready. We had heard from so many couples previously that they and their family couldn’t fully be present in the moment and enjoy themselves on their wedding day, but thanks to the Sugar team we were able to have the best day of our lives. Planner: We went with the partial planning option where we would primarily do the work of connecting with and choosing vendors initially and Riddhi would manage the coordination a few weeks before the event. (Note: there is a full option where Sugar Events would do the work to pick the vendors as well). Riddhi met with us very early on and helped us come up with a planning timeline of when we needed to finalize on what items (decor, food, photos, guest list, etc). She also gave us invaluable feedback on the day-of timeline and was a good sounding board for a lot of our decisions. We had no idea that our vendors needed as much time as they did, and we would have been in hard place were it not for her expertise. For day-of planning, Riddhi talked to all of the vendors and the venue to co-ordinate setup and tear down timelines a couple weeks before the event. On the day of, she made sure everything ran on time, coordinating family and friends, and making sure we didn't have to do the work ourselves. She also made sure we were fed and were having a good time. DJ: Sahil met us with before the event to understand what kind of music we would want to play at our wedding and when. In some cases we asked for very specific songs to be played, and in others we asked him to pick something in a specific theme. During the day of, Sahil was the MC, announcing important information and running the reception program. He has done many of these and knew how to keep the crowd interested and energized. He also was the DJ for the dance floor and did a phenomenal job. The music was great and also fit what we wanted. He also went above and beyond and added a few things we didn't even ask for, like letting us pretend to DJ. Overall, both Sahil and Riddhi were fantastic. They made us feel at ease, and took all of the work out of us and our families' plates, letting us just enjoy the event. We will be recommending them to all of our friends.

But the second I found out Riddhi and her team could come to Colorado Springs for our wedding, it felt like this giant weight was lifted off my shoulders. There were rituals and details about our wedding weekend that we wouldn't have even known about if it weren't for Riddhi, she killed it for the final 6 months leading up to the wedding.
