The wildlife, 2,500 feet of water frontage, century-old trees, and exotic flowers are like nothing you've seen before. The property has 2,500 feet of water frontage, a 3-acre fully-stocked and spring-fed lake, a 1,000-foot pier and boathouse, and an amazing collection of old-growth trees and wildflowers. The property's 2,500-square-foot party barn (known as the "Sugar Shack"), was built in 2007. It's the ultimate party spot, with a full kitchen, two bathrooms (with London pub doors), a stage to accommodate almost any band, a 1,500-foot hardwood dance floor, and a 500-foot outdoor (partially-shaded) deck, overlooking the crystal-clear pond.

tiful, private, secluded venue in Florida! A place where you can escape the hustle and bustle of the city & enjoy the privacy of the entire 50 acre estate on the Bell's River. There is no shortage of photo op spots. The River House is the perfect place for the bride & her team to spend the week. The grounds will leave you in complete awe! From the towering century old trees, beautiful flowers & the waterfront boathouse , you eyes will be in for a complete treat. The barn, better know as he Sugar Shack is the perfect place to dance the night away. We would give Sugar Pointe Estate 20 stars if we could. This wedding was planned from Alaska and Kelly Manus made planning the wedding as smooth as butter. She is simply the best & will bend over backwards to ascertain that you are more than happy. We reschedule from 11/28/2020 to 11/27/2021 due to Covid. Kelly immediately returned calls & emails, answered all our questions, she essentially went above the call of duty not once but always. Kelly makes planning a wedding @ Sugar Pointe easy. She is the best of the best. We would choose Sugar Pointe Estate again & again & again.

u’re looking for a magical place to host all your wedding festivities, this is the place! The estate house was an amazing location for our rehearsal dinner, bridal party “sleep over,” getting ready, and pre-honeymoon! The Sugar Shack couldn’t have been a better place to dance the night away. The entire property offers endless opportunities for whatever your event dreams!
Kelly does an amazing job of making you feel like a bride through the entire journey and really goes the extra miles will special touches throughout! So extremely happy we found Sugar Pointe and cannot wait to return for anniversaries, family reunions or any other excuse we can find to return to this perfect spot!
