Sugar Pop Events

At first Michelle was great, she seemed to understand us, and offered great advice. She let us believe that she was the best one for the job, and made us think that she offered a lot of services as our Day of Coordinator. However this was not the case, it soon became clear that it was all talk. It started to become clear that things weren't going good, when a month from our wedding day, she hadn't finished or delivered the event schedules and contact lists to our vendors. We ended up having to do these ourselves just to have conversations with our DJ and videographer. Essentially it would have been less stressful to just have done these ourselves to begin with. It got worse the day of the wedding. She essentially only set up the candles and put ribbons on trees and then removed the decorations before magically disappearing. She was not the go between during the wedding that she was suppose to be. My husband ended up talking directly to the vendors, and his sister ended up going around and fixing all the tables to make sure everything was presentable. My mother had to prevent random people from playing with our giant jenga and corn hole games. Michelle and her assistant just never seemed to be around when they were needed. To make things worse though they packed away most of our wedding favors before people left. Then the ones they didn't pack away they ended up moving to a different location. Long story short, we ended up with a lot of favors that should have left with people. She made my husband look like and idiot after he had told everyone to take a favor, and plants before leaving. Of all our vendors, she is the only one we wish we never had. All around a terrible choice since we never felt like she was talking care of things.
