l formal invitation suite. Sugar Press was the only place that showed us other options and we found the perfect fit for us - a simple card back with real wood and finished with twine. Although it can get pricey, Sugar Press broke down all of the costs and worked with us to figure out where we could save by doing certain parts ourselves (like assembling the cards and tying the twine). The team was very responsive to all of our requests, and worked with us to make whatever tweaks we wanted to the proof (even on the tenth go-round) as we finalized the text and design of the invitations. Sugar Press provided individualized attention to help us design the perfect invitation to set the tone for our wedding!

wedding invites and each time the staff was beyond great. My invitations exceeded my expectations. Sugar Press is an adorable shop minutes from my home. Nestled in a quaint, Swiss Chalet design of a shopping center right across the street from Tustin's Trader Joe's, I instantly ...
fell in love with the selection of the invitations. The service was less than outstanding, however. The level of communication in the ordering process, (or lack thereof) was awful. I had to call to see if things were being ordered, and when my invites would be finished printing. My salesgirl never smiled, and I felt like I was a burden to her, instead of a valued customer keeping her little store in business. It was at the beginning of a busy bridal season, and things can get backed-up and harried, but I felt like our invites were being put on the back-burner so that they could close the shop up & take off early for the weekend. Also, some changes that had been made had not been saved and our final printed invite was not what we had approved at the end. It was slight, and only we noticed the minor details, but for the money we did spend, it was a tad bit disappointing.
