hair done at one time and the other half makeup, and then switch. We had it all planned out, or so I thought, and then it seemed like something was off and half of my bridesmaids ended up being late to get ready back at the hotel. I understand if you are running a bit behind, but then a couple of the staff members were a bit rude to my bridesmaids. We actually showed up 15 minutes early, so I'm not sure where that miscommunication was. Also, as I was getting my makeup done, I just felt tension in the air because they were already acting like we were behind. I felt rushed. It wasn't the fun getting-ready experience that I had hoped for on my wedding day. I'm disappointed especially because I'm a regular customer that enjoys going to the spa for nails and facials, but didn't feel valued on my wedding day, which was unfortunate. The quality of the makeup was fine, but it was overshadowed by lack of experience.

ad I did a makeup trial with her and she figured it out. Lol I appreciated her sweetness and patience. The other sugar spa ladies who did my bridesmaids makeup also did a wonderful job. They are a super sweet and hilarious group which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The eyelash extensions were a great addition to my wedding look. I got so many compliments on how natural and beautiful they looked. Pink initally did my lashes "for the makeup trial"and her sister amber did my relash a couple days before the wedding. Both did a wonderful job. I also got nails done with pink and they were beautiful.

he salon looks nice inside, and the staff was friendly during our services, but due to the staff not planning the time appropriately I was unable to have the design and style that I wanted for my manicure for my wedding day! The entire manicure experience was stressful and rushed, and I ended up being significantly late to my own wedding rehearsal because of the nail appointment did not end at 3:00 or 3:30 as the salon had confirmed via phone. I was only taken back for my manicure at 3:00, resulting in a very hurried and rushed manicure of poor quality, with none of the glitter polish details I had hoped for. Also, the big toe on my pedicure had a huge chunk missing later that same night requiring me to run to the store the morning of my wedding to find matching nail polish to fix it! My gel manicure lasted less than a week with almost every finger peeling or chipping. I was completely disappointed with my experience at Sugar Spa and cannot recommend it given that the manicure experience was stressful and rushed, and the manicure and pedicure quality was some of the worst I've ever had. Even after messaging the company after my wedding to share my disappointment, I never heard back from the owner.

elf and 5 bridesmaids had our makeup done by the makeup artists at the spa. The experience was fun and the artists really listened to exactly what each of us wanted. I just got the photo proofs back from the photographer and I can't believe how fantastic everyone looks. I felt like a gorgeous, glamorous bride on my wedding day. I can't recommend them highly enough.
