Summer Daze Photos

were able to capture our whole weekend. On the wedding day they were super organized and made family photos quick and easy. They work so well together and made us feel completely comfortable, even someone who normally feels awkward in front of the camera! We got sneak peeks just a couple days later, and the full gallery came back so quickly. Our photos are dreamy, warm, and beachy, everything we were hoping for! So grateful we chose them 🤍

nitely capture your big day (or little moments) perfectly. Very simple to book with and then great communication leading up to the event. 11/10 experience

of the camera. It never felt posed or forced — just fun and natural. They captured every special moment perfectly and felt more like friends than vendors. We couldn’t recommend them more!

photos we wanted and so many family photos without us missing anything in our day! The photos look so amazing and will be cherished forever. I recommend them to anyone in Jacksonville looking for a photographer!

veryone feel relaxed, comfortable and photo ready! They cultivated a fun environment that made everyone genuinely smile, not just pose for the pictures! I never thought in a million years that all of my groomsmen would basket toss me into the air while we were all wearing suits — now it’s one of my favorite pictures of all time, and a genuine memory we all recall fondly! They made my gorgeous bride look like an angel sent down from Heaven above, surrounded by flowers and light. We loved their mix of digital and film photography. They made our ceremony look like the dream come true that it was. And their photos of our reception made it look like the party of the century! The turnaround for the photos was so fast we got our sneak peeks the same weekend as our wedding! We got the rest of the photos within a month (perfect timing for Mother’s Day gifts). They captured every moment we wanted to remember, and thanks to them we have our memories on gorgeous photos spread throughout our home, and we appreciate their work so much!

nted but also so kind, thoughtful, and easy to work with. On our wedding day, they blended right in while still capturing the most beautiful, genuine moments. We’ll cherish our photos forever. Highly recommend over and over again!!

anyone could possibly imagine. From planning the timeline to the day of, they made everything easy and effortless for us, so the day went as smoothly as it could have. You can tell that they love what they do, and they have fun while doing it. They are great with direction on poses and also capturing YOUR vision. They made us feel super comfortable and calm. Sometimes, having your photos taken can be exhausting or frustrating, but not with them. They made it fun and exciting. Emily and Jake have the perfect personalities for this. They got everyone excited and knew exactly what to do and say in every situation. The photos are amazing. They are even more than what we were hoping for. They are just perfect. They show exactly how beautiful our wedding day was, and we couldn’t be happier. If we could give a million stars, we would. We definitely recommend Summer Daze Media! Thank you so much, Emily and Jake, for capturing our wedding day so perfectly. We hope to work with you again in the future!!!

Emily did our engagement shoot, her and Jake were a part of our welcome party, and then they captured all of the little and huge moments of our wedding day. What we personally loved is how organic they allowed us to be with our photos. They would do as many "posed"/"traditional" pictures that we wanted, but they were amazing at letting us be us on our wedding day and standing back and just capturing those moments. It was amazing for us to sit and relive our entire wedding day, even moments that we had missed in the moment, through looking at the gallery they delivered. Emily and Jake are incredible at what they do and deserve all of the praise for it.

n the day of the wedding during the ceremony and reception we didn’t even know they were there but they captured every single moment so perfectly. When it came time for bride groom shots they made us feel so comfortable and just laugh. I’m normally not someone who is good with PDA in public but I felt so good and the pictures turned out AMAZING. AND BEST PART we got sneak peeks back the next day!!

nd guests feel so at ease with them while taking pictures. This is something I hadn’t experienced with wedding photographers before, they made the whole experience so comfortable, which is reflected in the pictures they captured as well. They also both have such an incredible eye, vision & passion for what they do. The photos we received are absolutely stunning. We could not be happier with how they turned out!! We also absolutely loved how they stayed for the entire wedding to make sure that not one moment was missed. This was something many other photographers did not offer and I am forever grateful that Emily & Jake do! Some of those pictures towards the end of the night are my absolute favorite. They were able to capture moments that I would have never been able to see otherwise. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen - they were the best! I can’t wait to work with them again in the future since they also offer couple & family sessions as well. Thank you again Emily & Jake for capturing the most beautiful pictures of our day!

eautifully, from the little candid laughs to the big, emotional ones. Looking through our pictures feels like reliving the best day of our lives. If you want photographers who are fun, professional, and insanely talented, Summer Daze is the way to go!💕🥂

nd creativity. They are professional, personable & fun. Emily was so intentional to ask if I had a specific vision in mind for our engagement shoot & showed up with my ideas memorized and brought everything to life better than I could have imagined! Our wedding day with them was a dream as well. I was particularly grateful for the way they moved through family shots with ease - no small feat with our crew. All of our photos turned out beautifully, and we will treasure them forever.

ations and were not only professional but also so much fun to work with! I can’t wait to use them again for more exciting life events in the future!

photographed because we aren’t used to it but they made us feel so comfortable. Not only were their photos amazing but they were so easy going it made everything feel stress-free. We received a preview of my photos within the week so we were able to share with our family and friends & the whole album within a month which was incredible! We could not recommend them enough. If you want amazing photos (digital and film) and videography we would highly consider using them, you will not regret it!! They are amazing people inside and out and it really reflects in their work.

etter than expected. Emily was so easy to communicate with even before meeting her in person. It was truly so pleasant and amazing to have them there on our special day to capture our moments! I highly recommend them!

to our wedding and how beautifully they captured our special day! Booking a photographer is a HUGE part of your wedding. And I can promise you cannot go wrong with Summerdaze Photography! I hope to use them again for other special life events.

mmunication is top tier! If I had any questions at all, they answered them promptly and effectively! An engagement session was included in the package we selected and we were in JAX for July 4th, so they kindly worked with us over the holiday week and SLAYED our engagement photos. When I posted them online I felt like we broke the internet lol. I have never felt so comfortable working with a photographer than I did with them! The vibes of wedding day were so high! Emily and Jake made me and my husband feel like the 100% priority!! They helped me create a timeline/schedule of the day that was very custom to my wants and desires of the day! Their lock screen of their phones the day of the wedding was our schedule to ensure we were on time! Even the bridesmaids were asking Emily where we were at for the day! All of the wedding party grew to adore Jake and Emily as much as Bryan and I do. I’m honestly bummed we don’t live in the same state as them because I never want to see myself through anyone else’s lense. If you are even considering booking Jake and Emily for ANY session I could not recommend them enough. I forgot to mention they squeezed in last minute an extended family photo shoot for my family the night of my rehearsal dinner. My whole family traveled from Ohio to Jacksonville and they wanted pictures of everyone with my grandparents and my entire family LOVES the pictures and I will cherish those with my grandparents forever. Having these special 2 work with you on your special day would be a great privilege! Thank you Emily and Jake for being so amazing to work with & capturing breath taking photos!!

The gallery DELIVERED!!!!!! Choosing “favorites” is a challenge because how beautiful every photo is. From both of their personalities to their professionalism, they are top tier and I am so grateful they were able to travel to Georgia and shoot our wedding. Summer Daze forever!! 🤍🤍

I loved Emily’s website, and thought I’d take the leap and book her for my June 2024 wedding. Hands down, best decision I made. Emily and Jake quite literally took everything I was picturing in my head and made it real. Not only are they talented and intentional with their art, they are incomparably kind. I did not spend one second of my wedding worrying about how the photos would turn out, I fully trusted their process. But, more importantly than the absolutely stunning gallery they created, they took my attention away from what social media says a bride or wedding should look, and allowed me to focus on being present. I was able to have the best day of my life so far because I was focused on my husband, my family, and my friends. And Emily and Jake are the reason for that. I could not recommend them highly enough.
