Summerour Studio

Summerour was the perfect venue for our wedding. We had visited 10+ venues around the Atlanta area, and when we saw Summerour we knew it was the venue for us. We were envisioning a venue with beautiful greenery/ courtyard area and also a place you can really feel like you are in the city of Atlanta since all our guests were out of towners and we wanted them to feel a balance of being in the city but also somewhere beautiful and scenic. It was the perfect place for us. Originally we were going to get married in July 2020. In May 2019 we started venue hunting after getting engaged, and we asked to be on the waitlist for summer dates since they were booked up. Eventually we got off the wait list and booked for July. Monica was incredibly kind and flexible. When COVID hit, she was very helpful to us to find a new date in 2020. We also downsized our event from 200 people to 50 people. Since we postponed to the Fall, we were able to get married outside since our guest count was smaller and the weather was beautiful. Originally we were going to get married inside because of Georgia heat. What I liked about the venue was there is so much space you can utilize for different things. We used the upstairs area for our ketubah ceremony which we loved. The foyer was decorated with our photos and so were the smaller rooms. The event space made our guests feel comfortable that they could spread out and be socially distanced. Great location and we gave our guests a variety of hotel choices to stay nearby. The ceremony looked like a fairy tale and the reception room was so dreamy! We wanted signature cocktails and I was able to email Monica some ideas and she made our vision come alive. As photographers, we love Summerour! It's a stunning venue inside and out. There's so many areas around the property that are perfect for photos, but the lush courtyard has to be our favorite. We can't wait to shoot here again!

Summerour is definitely one of the most popular venues in Atlanta, and for good reason! Monica is so accommodating and easy to work with. She is very prompt and thorough with her communications, as well, which makes it much easier on a wedding planner like me! The venue is beautiful. The stone terrace out front is perfect for an intimate ceremony or a welcoming cocktail hour with live music. Once guests move inside, there is more than enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Summerour really provides a clean slate for clients to dream up their own reception and design details that are unique to their own story. We love working at Summerour and with their team!

Summerour is the perfect venue! Gorgeous, a great space and an amazing team to work with. Monica is fantastic and super responsive. We held both our ceremony and reception at Summerour and both were amazing. We loved that the reception area was big enough to fit everyone without anyone being hidden around a corner or behind a wall. Our pictures turned out incredible and we couldn't have asked for a better venue.

Summerour is just as beautiful in person as it is in photos. The openness of the ceremony and reception spaces allow you to create whatever vision you have in mind. And it goes without saying that the courtyard is to die for. Further, Monica is a dream to work with. She is super sweet and very responsive to calls and emails. If you’re going for a unique, Tuscan-like venue with a city view, Summerour is absolutely perfect!

Summerour is THE BEST of the best. In my wildest dreams, I could not have pictured having such an amazing backdrop for our wedding. Monica, the venue manager, is a dream to work with - super quick to respond, very fun, and incredibly helpful in planning. Every other vendor was so excited to work with us when they heard we were using Summerour. Your guests will be impressed from the moment they walk in the door. And your pictures will be stunning! PERFECT venue in the middle of Atlanta.

We could not have picked a more gorgeous backdrop for our wedding! Summerour is absolutely breathtaking -- if you are just starting to look into venues online, I HIGHLY recommend taking a tour because it is even more beautiful in person. Monica, Summerour's venue manager, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She answered all of our questions, suggested ways to keep our costs within budget, and even provided recommendations as we were looking for our vendors. The staff that was on site for the wedding itself were all very professional, and they ensured that our day ran smoothly. My only letdown was not being able to do a sparkler send off (though I understand why the policy has changed in an attempt to preserve the the beautiful greenery in the courtyard). We were able to use metallic gold ribbon wands as an alternative just in case anyone is looking for something that gives the same effect :)

Summerour was a dream!!! It looks just like the pictures on The Knot, their website, and google. The Tuscan-inspired courtyard is to die for! The flow of the venue is perfect as it provides space for a ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all-in-one! There is so much natural beauty built into the venue through architecture, lighting, greenery, and skyline that you do not have to add much. Monica- the venue manager was very easy to work with and responsive, she is very experienced and is able to answer all your questions. I would choose Summerour every time if I did my wedding again!

Summerour was my first choice for a venue and I was so excited to be able to book the venue for our big day within a 6 month window. Monica, the venue manager, was incredibly helpful and coordinated great with our family and wedding planner to make all the planning and the wedding day go by seamlessly. Summerour is a beautiful venue with so much to offer, including plenty of space for food, bars, photo booth, band and all the dancing! Although, the venue has plenty of space, its design created the perfect intimate setting for our wedding that has led to many, many compliments from our friends and family.

Obsessed is an understatement! From the second we walked in to check this venue out during the planning process, we fell in love. It was the PERFECT place for our reception venue! So many of our guests have complimented us on how beautiful and unique our venue was. Monica was wonderful and easy to work with, and made sure everything was perfect for wedding day. We cannot tell you how much we loved having Summerour as our venue!! Not only is it beautiful, but the service from all of the venue and event managers is top notch. They made everything so easy. Monica was wonderful to work with and helped me with finding vendors. The courtyard and the staircase inside are so unique to any other venue. The venue also provides plenty of space for all of your guests to mingle and dance! I am SO happy we chose this place for our wedding, you will not regret it! It was definitely worth the investment.

We cannot say enough great things about this place! My husband and I were wanting a venue that had a rustic Italian feel, without having to go to Italy for our wedding venue, and Summerour had just what we were wanting! All of the staff were a pleasure to work with and very responsive during the planning process. I highly recommend this venue and it's beautiful views of Atlantic station!

Absolutely stunning venue! Once we saw Summerour I knew that it was the perfect place to have our wedding reception. The skyline of Atlanta and the Italian/Tuscan feel was so dreamy! Monica was great to work with and easy to communicate with. She took care of everything and made the process so smooth. I love everything about this venue!

We absolutely LOVED our venue! Monica (the event space manager) was so so helpful. She gave wonderful advice and has great vision for the space. She also gave great recommendations for vendors to use. She was a prompt communicator as well which was great! The outdoor courtyard is totally gorgeous, but if you have a guest count much greater than 120, don't have your heart set on getting married outside. At first we really wanted it outside, but instead we moved the ceremony to inside and had the cocktail hour outside which was just perfect. the inside and outside are both equally as beautiful. Also note that the inside is a big space, so it takes a bit more décor than we expected, but the space honestly has so much natural character that you really don't need to. My favorite part about the space is that you have a rustic "al fresco" feel with the Atlanta skyline twinkling in the background. So in love with this venue!

I knew as soon as I walked in and met Monica that this would be our wedding venue. It is unique, welcoming and just beautiful!! Our wedding was in early July and we had about 190 people. Our ceremony took place in front of the stairs and then we had our cocktail hour outside and used the upstairs space. Our in town and out of town guests loved it and said they have never been to such a beautiful venue. Monica is not only incredible to work with at the venue, but she is so knowledgeable about vendors. She provided us great recommendations and we could not have been happier with out choice to have our wedding at Summerour.

We LOVED our wedding reception at Summerour. The space is absolutely beautiful; all of our guests commented on it. The staff was also fabulous. Monica made sure that everything we wanted happened, and they worked seamlessly with our other vendors. We really cannot say enough wonderful things.

Summerour is the dream venue. It provides you the city views but through the romantic industrial glass windows, nestled in an Italian garden courtyard. It's gorgeous and different and offers so much. First off, it offers Monica, who is absolutely amazing to work with and then it offers plenty of space (we had 170+ people attend our reception here). I can't say enough how much I love Summerour. The inside, the outside, the whole place is total perfection. It offered just enough of a blank slate to design and decorate to make it our dream but still provided detail and charm. Summerour studio is a beautiful venue!! Me and my husband fell in love with it as soon as we laid eyes on it. Not only is the venue beautiful but the event staff was great! Katie and Monica were awesome to work with! Both always very responsive and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better place to have our reception!!

We're glad we decided to get married at Summerour! The space is so beautiful! Certainly worth going to see if you're considering it!

The venue was absolutely PERFECT! It's the most beautiful old building with vines growing up the brick front and the cobblestone courtyard overlooking the city is the perfect place for happy hour while the main room gets flipped as well as some FANTASTIC shots of just the bride and groom. There's beautiful rusty doors at the building next foor that make for a nice back drop too. (Plenty of room for corn hole and outside mingling.) The quality:cost ratio is actually pretty good because they supplied beautiful farm tables, and 200 chairs, and the bar package. The representative on sight during our wedding, while a different person than I had worked with throughout the process, was beyond accommodating and professional. Everyone I worked with at Summerour (Novare Events) was absolutely phenomenal! Monica, the main on-sight rep, is top-knotch! You can tell she's been in this industry forever and she did such a great job and helped me out tremendously!

My wedding was a perfect mix of downtown and rustic elegance at Summerour studio. The venue is giant and perfect for a large party. We had almost 200 guests and there was tons of space for dancing, eating, drinking, and everyone to spread out and have a blast! The view of atlanta out the window made for a perfect setting, and the courtyard was the most stunning place for our first look and my photos are incredible!

We didn't need to look at any other venues after we stepped foot in Summerour Studio. It is absolutely beautiful inside with a romantic, rustic charm, and the outside gives you the feel of being in Tuscany. All of the event staff and support were phenomenal on our big day! Monica is the absolute best. Would definitely recommend this venue!

This venue is beautiful! It has a rustic and industrial feel with an awesome night skyline view of Atlanta. The venue manager was a joy to work with. Only complaint, which no one can help...is that the space is HUGE. It seemed empty even with my 125 guests. It didn't matter in the end though! Love Summerour!

We loved everything about this space -

The venue was exactly what we were looking for, rustic yet elegant. We held our ceremony and reception here, draping part of the main space for our ceremony, and the cocktail hour taking place outside in the courtyard. Monica at Summerour was incredibly helpful throughout our planning process, and was very responsive to any questions and concerns we had. Dexter, the night of coordinator, went above and beyond, he even offered to leave and purchase additional alcohol for us when we were running out half way through the night. The pricing is high, but it was worth it. They surpassed all of our expectations.

We were looking for a wedding space for over 250 people that was not a hotel ball room or an old Antebellum house. The pickings become a little more slim once you remove those categories. Once we walked into Summerour, we both looked at each other and said "yes!". Monica Zanger and her staff were amazing to work with. Any questions or recommendations about other vendors we had, she took care of right away. The space is beautiful on it's own, and the view of the city from the gorgeous courtyard is beyond compare. If you're looking for a space that allows you to be indoors and never HAVE to face the weather, but also offers an immaculate outdoor area, see Summerour first!

This is absolutely hands down, the best venue in Atlanta if you are looking for something that doesn't need a lot of "dressing up". We toured several popular venues around Atlanta and this place really just fit us. Monica Zanger was phenomenal to work with and very accomodating. I would recommend this to any and every bride in Atlanta!

I loved this place and Monica with Novare events. You can bring in your own alcohol which save me a lot of cash. The space is stunning....lots of room for larger weddings.

Amazing for pictures, esp in Spring/Summer time! Convenince of having ceremony and reception at 1 site. You can bring your own alcohol which helps with cost as well as renting on a Fri. or Sun. Great place and people to work with too!

Cannot say enough great things about Summerour Studio. All of our guests raved about what a cool venue it was. Monica and her team did a phenomenal job - the service was excellent. Would highly recommend this venue to any future brides!

Summerour was amazing. The moment we saw the space we knew it was right for us. It is like having a small piece of Tuscany right down the street. Original 1920's hard wood floors, 8,000 square feet, a courtyard FULL of mature rosemary, a hand-crafted wood replica of Michelangelo’s Laurentian Library staircase, beautiful windows everywhere... it was just perfect. Incredible venue...
