Summerwood Winery & Inn is a winery venue that caters to weddings, located in Paso Robles, CA. Located on the Central Coast and just a brief drive from the city of Paso Robles, this property offers both the beauty of the countryside and the amenities of a city. This venue is owned and managed by staff with a passion for excellent wine, and who are dedicated to providing a fantastic experience to all guests. The estate was founded in 2001 when the Kesao Fukae purchased the site to achieve his dream of owning a winery. Naming the property after his son, he began to create a team that would be as focused and dedicated to his vision as he was. Shayne Kline, who leads the company as the general manager, joined the team in 2012, bringing with him over 13 years of winery management. The on-site winemaker, Mauricio Marchant graduated with a degree in Agronomy, before gaining experience working in Chile, Oregon, and Napa Valley. Staff at this venue will work with newlyweds-to-be to make sure that their celebration is everything they dreamed and more. The winery offers spectacular outdoor event spaces, for those who want to enjoy the warm days and dry nights that are typical of this region. Couples can exchange vows shaded by magnificent greenery, with a backdrop of vineyards spreading far into the distance. Receptions can also be held outdoors, allowing guests and couples to dine and celebrate surrounded by lush landscapes of breathtaking natural beauty. This venue can accommodate up to 150 guests for an event or special occasion. Overnight accommodation is available at the Inn, which was renovated in 2013 to introduce modern sustainable elements to the property. This has resulted in a gorgeous facade with natural materials and a light, airy feel. The Inn boasts nine rooms offering stunning views of the surrounding area, with some also providing private decks and patios for guests to enjoy in solitude. Each room at the Inn has been named after a different variety of wine, and are individually furnished to make them as distinct as their surroundings.
