I am leaving this review about a year late, because after the wedding rush was over, I was extremely avoidant. However, that is not reflective of the wedding we experienced at Summit Bechtel. The team was just absolutely top notch. They were responsive during the entire year of our planning process, they ensured every guest was in the rooms we requested, they made sure every detail was complete down to the point. The day of was nothing short of magical, Liz kept everything running like a fine tuned machine, I didn't have to think about anything. She kept us fed and a drink in our hand. She made sure we had every private moment we desired. She kept the party alive. Not to mention, as the night came to an end she ensured there was fire wood and a giant pitcher of water, so we could party under the stars as late as we wanted. The food was amazing, I really hope you try the bacon wrapped scallops. Life changing. The venue was no joke, panoramic views of the most beautiful country side. We had a fall wedding and the foliage was WOW. The air was fresh. The venue was clean and absolutely stunning. The "Honeymoon suite" was the best ever, almost like the coolest Airbnb, we could walk 20 feet to the venue from there, and the "private" party going on in the living area during the actual reception was so much fun. I could go on about the wedding forever, but it was a perfect night in the perfect place with an amazing team to make you day perfect. PLEASE GET MARRIED HERE!
We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful venue than Summit Bechtel Reserve! The grounds are absolutely stunning, with so many breathtaking spots for photos. From the ceremony to the reception, every backdrop felt like a dream.
We were especially grateful for Liz, the day-of coordinator. She was truly wonderful to work with—so attentive, incredibly detail-oriented, and worked seamlessly with our wedding planner to ensure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to her and the entire staff, we didn’t have to worry about a thing on the big day.
The team handled all the setup, and someone was always available to shuttle us around for photos, our first look, and private vows. They genuinely doted on us throughout the entire evening, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and stress-free. They even personally served us dinner and left leftovers in our room for a perfect midnight snack.
The food was absolutely delicious. We went with the Italian menu option, and our guests couldn’t stop talking about how much they enjoyed it. Every dish was flavorful, well-prepared, and beautifully presented.
Our experience at Summit Bechtel Reserve was magical from start to finish. We’re so grateful for their incredible staff and this unforgettable location!
